07/02/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. The meat was served almost raw, the dishes weren't cooked properly, and the ice cream was clearly expired—it had a strange taste and questionable texture. Nothing was right from start to finish. The service was inattentive and no real solutions were offered. Frankly disappointing; I do not recommend it.

05/02/2026: Mediocre, uninteresting, and of mediocre quality.

05/03/2026: The pros: magical location, cleanliness, and the service, which has improved considerably this year. The cons: the food: firstly, it's a self-service restaurant, and secondly, the food selection is basic, incomparable to most mountain restaurants in Megève—for example—yet the prices reflect those of mountain restaurants. That said, the food is quite well cooked, coffee aside. Note a comment made today to an English-speaking customer: the manager is anti-Trump to the point of boycotting Coca-Cola. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even to the point of missing Khamenei, but it seems to me that in business, one should refrain from sharing it.

02/06/2026: I had breakfast here, so I asked for a glass of water with it. The woman gave me a glass, but it wasn't even full, not even half full. That's awful. See you soon, they'll start charging for tap water. I won't be back. Avoid this place.

26/05/2026: No loyalty card offered. Salad combo (salmon, avocado, cucumber), dessert (slice of coconut flan), soft drink (raspberry iced tea, bottle) €13.50??? The "soft" drink was "hot"... The avocado turned brown in the salad (a little lemon juice would have prevented this)... The flan wasn't cooked enough...

24/05/2026: We asked if we could sit on the terrace. We were told yes, and someone immediately came to take our order without giving us the menu. We ordered two flavors of ice cream, and the waiter told us he wasn't sure if he had one of them and asked us to choose another just in case. When he arrived, he told me he'd put raspberry on because he didn't have either of the other two (strawberry and mango), so we had no choice. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Anyway, €26 for a shandy, a beer, a crepe, and two scoops of ice cream.

10/05/2026: It takes a very long time to be served. I ordered fries that tasted burnt. I told the waiter, and he said he would replace them. However, after 20 minutes, I was served the exact same fries again. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place.

28/05/2026: We ordered a delicious beef burger and steak.

28/05/2026: I ordered the beef burger; the portion of meat was unbeatable, and it came with fries and lettuce. My second order was a steak; the steak was clean and delicious.

22/04/2026: Reasonable prices, good sandwiches and good fries...

19/03/2026: Bare minimum. 52 euros for two chicken stews and dauphinoise potatoes. 10 euros for a draft beer. Not good. No service. In short, necessity and the abuse of necessity.

12/05/2026: We'll try to raise the rating because, honestly, we're always served incredibly well. The staff is friendly, but I can understand the occasional "down" moment given the low customer volume and their limited productivity. The Subways, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious and generously loaded (thank you 😭🙏🏻). Every visit is a pure delight. We'll be back!

12/05/2026: Every time I go, it's excellent; I'm never disappointed. It's always perfect, just as I imagine it in my mind, in my wildest dreams. It's the best Subway in the area, by far. Thank you to the employees who make my wishes come true 🙏

18/01/2026: Disappointing country bread. (3+1) A loaf without salt (not requested without salt) – not great, an oversight? Very frustrating when your guests point it out!!

31/12/2025: I called this morning for information, and someone answered in a silly voice while their colleagues laughed in the background. It was like a school playground! 👏

22/09/2025: Poor quality bike and definitely not maintained! Derails several times and is so seized up that even when going downhill the bike stops! Do a few more km and you will find much better quality bikes at the same price!

12/03/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed by this restaurant. The prices are outrageous for what's offered. The daily special was even more expensive than some of the à la carte items, which makes absolutely no sense. The service was also clearly lacking. You feel like you're bothering them more than anything else, and the service is practically nonexistent. Several times, it felt like we were practically expected to serve ourselves because no one came to help us. For the price paid, you expect at least a decent welcome and proper service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at all. At best, stop by for a drink... but that's it. Otherwise, run away.

04/09/2025: We came as a couple. The crepes were so thin that my partner had to order two 😲 The prices are high, too high for what they are. We didn't have dessert. And none of the ciders on the menu were available. We do not recommend it.
