07/05/2026: I had dinner with friends last night. The service was very good and the food was of good quality. I had a Caesar salad, which was quite generous.

02/05/2026: Very disappointed by the drop in quality since our last visit in 2025. A long wait for early evening, and the pizzas were noticeably different: undercooked and heavy crust, undercooked vegetables on the pizza (vegetarian pizza). It was cold in the conservatory, and the service was minimal. We won't be back.

07/08/2026: We stopped by Hazard for a drink on Wednesday. The welcome was very lukewarm; we were stared at from head to toe by a young woman and a young man, plus a gentleman. The worst part, actually, was the toilets: dilapidated and disgusting, a horror to avoid.

07/08/2026: This is my fourth time at My Ami, and the experience is always excellent. The burgers are delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is incredibly kind. Plus, the 60s decor is really cool. I highly recommend My Ami to you, whether you're with friends or family. Go for it!

We urgently needed a new Aixam, and in less than 10 days, the financing and preparation of the car were complete. We drove away this morning, ready to go. 10/08/2026: We had lunch yesterday at La Potinière in Chamonix with my boyfriend during our 4-day holiday in the region, and we had a wonderful time! 😊 The meal was absolutely delicious. I had a croûziflette and my boyfriend had a tartiflette, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it! The portions were generous, flavorful, and perfectly suited to a good mountain meal. 🧀🥔 We also really appreciated the restaurant's atmosphere and the warm welcome. It was a great find during our stay in Chamonix. We highly recommend La Potinière without hesitation, and if we return to Chamonix, we will definitely go back! ❤️🏔️

10/08/2026: The staff were unpleasant; the waiter didn't give us time to choose our order and rushed us to pay because he was about to finish work. The price was not worth the quality of the food or the service. I absolutely do not recommend this place; there are much better bars with better quality food just down the street or a little further away.

13/08/2026: No complaints about the products themselves, but a lot to say about the upkeep of the place. Tables weren't cleaned, dirty dishes were piled up. It really doesn't look inviting because it's so unclean. It gives a bad impression of the brand.

12/04/2026: On the eve of closing time, the food was deplorable; we were there to finish the leftovers, and there was no more bread. We weren't warned. The dish was served cold 😭. Why not offer discounts to make up for the disappointment?

03/04/2026: Poke bowl with rice that must have been three days old, stale bread, homemade dehydrated blueberry pie that had probably been sitting in the fridge for three days—in short, bad… very bad…

07/03/2026: We came for lunch during a day of skiing. The positives: the food was very good and the location is great. However: it's very expensive and, above all, the service is very inconsistent and lacking in friendliness. There were four of us adults with an order that suggested a reasonable bill. Our only request was for the cheese to be served separately in the soup (an appetizer costing over €10). The soup arrived with the cheese already in it. Without a word. I called the waiter over to point it out, and he offered me a small bowl to remove it myself. A waitress brought it to us and, far from apologizing, said, "It's the chef's fault." No apology, and she was condescending when I tried to say that it wasn't what we had ordered. In short, we won't be back: there are much nicer people at much more affordable prices all over the resort!

18/07/2026: We got the buy one, get one free pizza deal. Just a reminder it’s only available for takeaway or if you eat in. They have a wide variety of options on the menu, pizzas, tenders, wings, and sandwiches. Everything was really good. The pizzas were the size we expected, and the service was friendly and fast. We’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this place!

05/07/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was very warm, with a special mention for the waitress, who was truly lovely. The Caesar salad was delicious, the crepes generous, and the trampolines right next door were a real bonus for the children. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
