13/07/2026: For a first experience at this restaurant, it was a disaster. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the restaurant was also very dirty. To be clear, we were seated on the terrace. Upon arrival, I noticed that the glasses were dirty, the table hadn't been cleaned, and the floor was filthy. We ordered an iced tea, and given the heat, I expected it to be cold, but no such luck—it was lukewarm with only one ice cube. We had ordered two pizzas, and after a 40-minute wait, we left. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. I should mention that I have been in the hotel and restaurant industry for 17 years and have worked in hundreds of restaurants, so I feel I can say this with confidence.

03/07/2026: A regular customer of Primo Piano (and Casa Bini), I thought I was on familiar ground. Big mistake. Pappardelle with rabbit confit: **two bones in the dish**. After the second one, I simply stopped eating. You don't mess around with that—it's a risk of choking or breaking a tooth, not a whim. I pointed it out, and at the register they offered me… **a ​​Coke** for the "inconvenience." A Coke. Faced with a food safety issue. I replied that this was the dish they should have offered and asked them to check with the kitchen. The cashier came back and said to me, **with a mocking tone**: "I thought the bones were bigger." So, danger is measured in centimeters now? When I pointed out that he was mocking me, he retorted, "Did you just say that?" in a provocative tone. His name is **Antoine or Alexandre** I'm a restaurateur myself, and that's precisely why this management appalls me. A bone in your dish happens—it's the response that makes all the difference. Here: zero apologies, zero gestures of goodwill, and only one visible obsession: to offer nothing. A contemptuous attitude where one expects a minimum of professionalism and common sense. For an establishment of this reputation, at Le Bon Marché, it's deplorable. A loyal customer until now—I won't be back.

04/05/2026: Magnificent! We love coming here to enjoy authentic wood-fired pizzas 🍕, which make a huge difference in taste! It's so rare to find something like this these days. The owner is charming, and we always receive a very warm welcome. He takes the time to chat with his customers, which is a real pleasure. Next time, I'll come back with my little one... She loves it ☺️👍 Also, the setting with its exposed beams creates a lovely atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: I just called to place an order. I wanted to know if there was a special offer on pizzas for delivery. I got a very condescending man who absolutely insisted on knowing how many pizzas I wanted. I told him I didn't know the number and just wanted to know what the current offer was. He said that since I didn't know how many pizzas I wanted, he didn't know what the promotion was either. I told him that didn't make any sense; you have a flyer, you should know the offer. He replied that it was 50% off the second pizza. I thanked him and hung up. I'm going to order from another restaurant!

11/07/2026: I am shocked by what happened to us tonight. We received a pizza with a defect in it! We called the establishment, and the manager laughed in our faces, repeating everything we said. I've attached a photo. We opened the box, removed the slice, and took the picture. The manager is a disgrace and so disrespectful; I've never seen anything like it in my life. Avoid this place at all costs! I will obviously be filing a complaint.

14/07/2026: I discovered Pizza Aixpress, a pizzeria that's been open since 1991, thanks to an acquaintance. I usually always go to the same place for pizza, so I was a little hesitant. But I have absolutely no regrets! The pizzas were excellent, generously topped, and very tasty. Plus, the prices are really affordable: for two people, we ate very well without breaking the bank. The pizza chef is very friendly, funny, and creates a great atmosphere. As a bonus, he has excellent taste in music, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pizzeria itself is also very attractive and welcoming. A fantastic find that I highly recommend!

07/07/2026: The scallops were good. The homemade mashed potatoes had a unique flavor. The salmon steak was actually good, the creamy orzo was just okay.

04/07/2026: The staff service was impeccable. However, the risotto was sticky and overcooked (too fluffy without cream, using cheap rice) and cost €24! The ham on the pizza was tasteless and cost €21. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

We were truly delighted with our experience... and the gentleman chatted with us very nicely, as we were going to an amusement park the next day... There were five of us, and we're from the north... and we highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: The welcome was very haughty and unfriendly, but the pizzas were very good, though very expensive! We spent over €140 on 8 pizzas and two bottles of Lambrusco...
