13/07/2024: Bistro de la gare à ST ismier Fuyez ! Les serveurs sont désagréables Menteurs et de mauvaises foi … Du plus jeune au responsable ! Les tarifs sont excessifs et les pizzas sont corrects mais sans plus . Et en plus c’est très bruyant ! Si vous voulez passer un bon moment un conseil passez votre chemin ! j’étais venue fêter mon anniversaire, je m’en souviendrai ! On a été servi par 5 serveurs différents 3 étaient détestables, pas souriants, menteurs, mal polis et arrogants. On choisit la première pizza la marinara cf photo avec de l ail et du pecorino . Une amie en prend une sans fromage . On nous amène les 3 sans fromage . Les erreurs ça arrive pour moi aucun soucis . On leur fait remarquer gentiment demandant juste le pecorino qu’ils avaient oublié . Au lieu de s’excuser ils nous ont même ouvertement menti en nous faisant croire que dans la pizza que nous commandions il n y avait jamais de fromage ! LOL on était plusieurs et on sait lire le pecorino c’est du fromage . Et s’y mettre à 3 serveurs pour nous le faire croire c’est vraiment pas agréable à vivre ! Surtout que la carte est en ligne et qu’il nous a fallu 10 secondes pour le vérifier . Apprenez votre carte avant de faire passer les clients pour des menteurs ! Au départ on a pris un cocktail . Mon amie me fait juste remarquer que son verre était plus petit que le mien lol pas méchamment du tout, nous avions pris le même cocktail . Je m apprêtais à échanger mon cocktail avec celui de mon amie pour lui faire plaisir car je m m’en moque de prendre le plus petit . On était là pour passer une bonne soirée :) Le serveur l’entend nous arrache les verres des mains, sans un mot, et nous rapporte deux petits verres en nous précisant maintenant c’est les mêmes lol ! Avec un ton méprisant ! J étais contente vous imaginez on vous sert un grand cocktail on vous le prend des mains on part avec sans un mot et on m en ramène un plus petit sans raison ! 3 cuillères sur 4 qu’on nous a données pour le dessert étaient collantes et sales . Personnel froid pas souriant 0/20 Si vous voulez passer une bonne soirée passez votre chemin Certains desserts sont à 10 /11,5 e cf photo Même le pichet d’eau était pas bon lol Et même quand on demande une boule de glaces au lieu de deux à la carte ( 6 e les deux boules ) on vous répond c est pas possible vous ne pouvez pas avoir une boule on fait ça que pour les enfants . Si tu peux faire deux boules tu es capables de m l’en servir qu’ une ! Il n y a rien de compliqué à ça ! Et j’aurai même pu payer 6 e une boule mademoiselle cela ne m’aurai pas ennuyé . Je voulais juste en manger qu’une c’est tout . Franchement on a passé entre amies une très bonne soirée grâce à la zenitude de toutes car ça nous en a pas empêché de profiter et on a plutôt rit de ce manque total de savoir vivre et de professionnalisme. Mais c est sûre que j ‘ y remettrai pas les pieds car j’ai jamais vu un service aussi mauvais ! Et ce n’est pas la faute d’une petite jeune qui arrivait car même le responsable était désagréable lol J’ai l’habitude d’aller au restaurant Mais là c’était vraiment le pire que j’ai jamais fait en terme de Service . Il faut changer de métier plutôt que d’être tous aussi aigri avec les clients . Nous nous étions agréables polies et souriantes avec vous c est sure vous nous ne l’avez malheureusement pas du tout rendu .

19/08/2024: Lots of breakage, it's not very serious, we understand the problems of catering, but the rest of the dishes are not mastered, legs overcooked (for my taste), cream not good for me and my friends did not not particularly liked either, it's terrible to admit it but we eat better pasta at home and it's very sad. The glasses arrived dirty, I only asked to change the wine glasses which also arrived in a shameful condition, and they came back "clean" with traces and hairs from white tea towels, I avoided sending them back again but clearly a huge problem. Is this also indicative of the dirty dishes in the kitchen? In short, we ate our fill, that's what matters, but it was clearly expensive for what it was.

18/08/2024: Endroit assez agréable. Serveur à l’écoute est agréable Repas pris en famille. Rien à redire sur les pizzas qui sont très bonnes. Néanmoins les pâtes ne semblent pas être leur spécialité pâtes au saumon avec un morceau de saumon ridicule et une sauce très liquide qui ne semblait pas être cuisinée. C’est bien dommage pour un restaurant italien.

12/09/2024: Having been a regular at this restaurant for over 10 years, I have noticed a collapse in quality and service. We were served by a waiter who had consumed certain substances which were clearly visible to all, forgotten orders and incoherent speech. My dish was garnished with hair from a waiter or cook, we asked for bread that was stale, the waiter replaced it with bread from the day before put in the oven. Finally, after complaining about all this, this same server offered us a 10% discount noted on the receipt but made me pay the full amount without the discount. Thanks to my partner who noticed it when leaving the restaurant, I went back and this same waiter continued to have an incoherent and unprofessional speech and he struggled to refund the money in cash. Finally, all of the restaurant's customers did not smile and all seemed doubtful and observing the waiters who were more than incompetent and having worked in the restaurant business, I can recognize people who were not in their normal states. This restaurant is an emblem of Bordeaux and deserves better than that, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

12/09/2024: I have been frequenting this restaurant for over 10 years and have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in quality and service. We encountered several problems: forgotten orders and difficult communication with a server. My dish had hair in it, and the bread we ordered was stale. When we asked for a replacement, the new bread appeared to have simply been reheated. After expressing my dissatisfaction, a 10% discount was offered, but it was not applied at checkout. Fortunately, my partner noticed this, and we were able to correct it after leaving the restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and unorganized, which clearly impacted the overall experience. It’s a shame, because this restaurant, which is an institution in Bordeaux, deserves better, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

29/10/2024: Le personnel est vraiment accueillant. les plats sont maison et copieux. Le cadre est superbe. Les prix contenus. Nous reviendrons.

29/10/2024: Nice place in the town to stop for an hour and take a break. Pizza and drinks were all very good and reasonably priced. Staff very attentive and helpful. Give it a try.

01/09/2024: What can I say apart from the presence of cockroaches which, according to the reviews, have been there for many weeks. We stopped for an aperitif (9 euros for a 25cl beer and a glass of white wine, but let’s move on…). None of the employees seem shocked by the presence of pests, it must be recurring. This is the first time I've seen this. The icing on the cake with I guess the manager telling us that we shouldn't have paid. It’s a little late when the customers are already outside sir… in short, flee!

17/04/2024: We ate last night at this establishment. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the food. The pizzas were delicious, it's nice to have good Italian restaurants like this, especially for me who is Italian. Special mention for the waitress Tessa, if I remember correctly, who received and served us perfectly. A very friendly, professional and smiling person, that’s a pleasure! Thank you for this beautiful evening. :) I recommend this restaurant 100%.

Accueil élégant dans une terrasse jardin très agréable , service discret et efficace, cuisine originale, avec des très bons produits italiens et des pâtes maison. Excellent tiramisu. J'y suis allée 2 fois de suite et c'était parfait à chaque fois. Je recommande

26/08/2024: We were a table of 7 people on Saturday evening for a birthday. We had been recommended this restaurant. We went there with our eyes closed. We were a little disappointed on the one hand by the service which was very fast. Impersonal, the dishes were given at the edge of the table. It was up to us to arrange them in front of each guest. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned because they spilled oil on it. Otherwise, it stayed on the table. My husband ordered seafood pasta which was on the menu marked with garlic and oil. However, this dish arrived in tomato sauce. As for me, I asked for a coppa rossa dessert, it's a strawberry cup with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and meringue. It's true that on the website it looks very pretty with a little decoration on it. I had strawberries with a scoop of strawberry ice cream in a glass, a little bit of cream on top and no meringue. So nothing to do with it. On the other hand, it is true that eating on the tree-lined terrace is very pleasant, it would just be enough to add a little smile during the service, and even if it is a rush, respect the dishes that are offered on the menu.

05/09/2024: An establishment where upon entering you discover a nice, elegant decoration. I went there during a quick lunch break in the middle of the work day. Greeted correctly, placed quickly and ordered immediately. I had a peasant salad and I was surprised by the plate because it was hearty in addition to being very good, top. If I only give 4 stars and not 5 it's because I haven't tried the pizzas or pastas, which are essential for an Italian restaurant, but the menu offers a nice catalog. Well, I'll have to go back to finalize my opinion!

23/09/2024: Un choix très important et des pizzas toujours délicieuses. Les meilleures pizzas à emporter d'issy. La margharita du chef fait toujours son effet chez les petits comme chez les plus grands.

28/08/2024: Un vulgaire attrape touriste au milieu de tous les autres, le service est très peu chaleureux, les boissons c'est un peu du vol (remplies de glaçons) et les pizzas sont vraiment médiocres : pâte ultra sèche et garniture industrielle. Nous avons bien fait de ne pas nous aventurer davantage dans la carte. Mais bon, nous avions faim et cela a fait l'affaire, ce n'était pas non plus hors de prix. De plus le cadre charmant sauve un peu l'endroit ceci dit.

24/08/2024: An absolute shocker.... we were really looking forward to our meal in what looked like a pleasant / atmospheric venue. Unfortunately the food and service were awful in equal measures. I had a set menu including their 'famous' gizzard salad, and I can only assume it is 'famous' for being so bad - a few bits of meat on a bed of tasteless, colourless lettuce leaves followed by a completely bland cassoulet. The poor waitresses did their best but just could not cope. My advice, go for a smaller restaurant where you will be treated as people rather than just numbers.

28/08/2024: Execrable manager, who makes us understand, as soon as we have finished our board, without having dessert, that we are too many on the terrace even though we still have half our bottle left. Fortunately the waitress is adorable
