13/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! They've changed everything, from the meat to the taste. It's become low-end. I'm very disappointed. I used to come here occasionally because the portions were generous and the food was good, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case.

16/08/2026: A very bad experience. I came with my brother and we simply asked for a glass of water. The old man responded very rudely, sighing and saying he was very busy, even though the pizzeria was empty. I find this really unfortunate in terms of customer service, especially for a simple request for water. I now understand why the pizzeria is for sale.

23/03/2026: Pizza that left a bad taste in your stomach. Our guests and we ourselves were sick all night. €50 down the drain... Furthermore, the "buy 2 XL pizzas, get 1 free 1/5L drink" deal is just a gimmick. The bottle of Orangina seemed odd to me because it wasn't from the EU and, most importantly, it had no expiration date. When I opened it, there was no fizz, just flat Orangina 😳 What happened in the last 5 years? Seriously, avoid this place. It's appalling that this fast food joint is still open with such poor service...

03/07/2026: The quality of the pizzas is declining; fewer and fewer ingredients and increasingly dry. What a shame.

25/06/2026: Very disappointed, the pizza was very dry. The dough was like rubber. The pizzas ended up in the bin.

28/08/2026: The pizzas are still as good as ever, and the staff is very friendly! Due to a misunderstanding with my order, they gave me an extra one free (I was the one who ordered the Verona pizza, thinking it didn't have peppers 🙃). Thank you so much, and see you soon!

08/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at Di Mezzo. I find it completely unacceptable: I ordered a meal from you, and my boyfriend simply wanted to sit at a table with me to eat. He had bought a sandwich elsewhere, but he still made the effort to buy a bottle of Pepsi from you so he could eat with me. Despite this, the cashier refused to let him sit at the fast-food restaurant tables, claiming that he hadn't bought his meal from you. I understand that there are rules, but in this particular case, I find the situation truly excessive and, above all, very poor customer service. We were simply two people who wanted to eat together peacefully. This kind of attitude unfortunately gives a very bad impression of the establishment. It's a shame, because it could have been avoided with a little more understanding.

15/09/2026: food was exceptionally good and the waiter (owner’s son if i’m not mistaken) was very friendly with us. the food did take a while to arrive - which is likely because i ordered a tartiflette - but its quality definitely made up for the wait!

14/09/2026: Expensive. Unclean toilets. Not excellent. The best in town. Go to other restaurants and try the ice cream across the street, even if it's also expensive.

21/02/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered from Uber Eats, and the crepes were absolutely disgusting. We asked them to add coconut, and they just dumped the whole packet in. My girlfriend compared them to tacos. They were so thick, the bananas tasted like alcohol. While I'm observing Ramadan, please be considerate of others. You could at least indicate that you feel drunk. Anyway, I definitely don't recommend them. (Sahaftourkoum)

15/02/2026: The man who served me barely spoke French, and any questions other than about the ingredients were completely ignored… not very convenient. The hygiene was appalling; I was terrified when I saw the bottle he used to get the Nutella he put on my crepe from… I don't recommend it.

24/09/2026: A lovely pizzeria just steps from Pau Castle, in a pedestrian zone. Attentive and quick service. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Good value for money. I recommend it.

20/09/2026: The timing of each course was good. I don't speak much French and I was with my family, but there were no problems. One guy approached us in English and the other spoke Spanish, so the time was very pleasant. I'll be back. Italian food in France! 😂

13/07/2026: They claim to have spoken to me on the phone in their response, but that's completely false, and their argument about using a subcontractor for the flyers doesn't prevent the problem from being reported. I've had a "no junk mail" sticker on my mailbox for years, and it's been respected by all the companies in the sector except one... Guess which one! I figure, if they think I'm an idiot and are willing to risk €7,500 (and even €15,000 for repeat offenses), they must be sure of their case. I ordered a pizza, and the result... disgusting. They should ask us to read the reviews before paying, hahaha. Well, all that's left for me to do is go and file a complaint...

09/07/2026: These negative reviews are incomprehensible. I go to this pizzeria regularly, and yes, it's not a sit-down restaurant, but the value for money is excellent. They offer several delicious pizzas, and the staff is always very helpful. They consistently have special offers, and the pizzas are fantastic! I've never been disappointed.
