26/06/2026: I went to the store this week around 5 pm, alone, and asked the brunette saleswoman a question. She answered me coldly, without a smile; I felt like I was interrupting her while she was arranging tea tins. Another salesman came in shortly after me and headed to the back of the shop. Not a greeting, not even a glance. I had questions and wanted to buy things. Given the reception and the discomfort of seeing this saleswoman so unfriendly, I left feeling disgusted. As a result, I splurged at Kusmi Tea where the saleswoman, alone despite the crowd, took the time to advise me.

05/07/2026: Great spot in Lille. The pizzas arrived in under 10 minutes. The thin crust is out of this world 🤌 Plus, the owner gave us a free mozzarella and Nutella pizza – which was delicious, by the way! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Lille.

19/07/2026: Really good bang for your buck here. Great variety too, plus some cheap food rarities (lagostina, escargot, prawns). The taramisu pastries will knock you back into your chair. Love from Canada.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Palais du Dragon in Lille. The waitress was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She even gave the children lollipops at the end of the meal, a small gesture that they greatly appreciated. The buffet is rather small, but it's good quality, and the dishes are regularly replenished, ensuring that fresh and piping hot food is always available. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We visited on a Wednesday (a family of three adults and two children), and the price was very reasonable. The value for money is excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant!

03/07/2026: On our way down from Belgium, we stopped for some takeaway fries. The service was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly, and the homemade fries, cooked in beef fat, were delicious. A real treat!

01/07/2026: I came on a Monday afternoon for a cocktail and a charcuterie board. The bartender and waiter were very helpful, a great experience I'll definitely be back soon! The basil cocktail was delicious and the charcuterie board was generous!

I greatly appreciated their professionalism, and the organization was perfect! Thank you for saving our evening after the DJ we had booked was a disaster. I highly recommend them, even the food is amazing—I've rarely eaten so well in my life! :) My wedding was a success thanks to them! Thank you again for all your support from beginning to end.

29/06/2026: Flawless. We had lunch at this excellent restaurant two days ago, and the quality of the food remains impeccable. The cocktails are delicious and refreshing. The main courses are as flavorful as they are generous. Special mention goes to our waitress, who was incredibly kind and professional. Working in a restaurant during a heatwave is no easy feat, yet the quality of service didn't suffer at all. We will gladly return.

05/07/2026: We ate well; the dishes were elaborate and delicious. However, there was a major disappointment with my starter. I ordered oysters, and of the six served, two were completely dead and dried out. The others weren't in very good condition either. They shouldn't have been served.
