Historic location with regional cuisine.
PS: A tad greasy, if I absolutely had to give a negative review.

Very poor service; I made a comment about the wait and the waitress immediately started barking. Northern French cuisine? Estaminet is a name that should be earned, not taken advantage of!

Also a good Belgian beer to help wash it down.

A lovely waterfront setting for Sunday lunch.
22/06/2026: We had a wonderful time celebrating our communion in the reception hall: the meal was excellent, the service perfect, and the venue very pleasant in its setting with the lake nearby (the only thing that bothered us was the excessively high outside temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius for a hall that wasn't air-conditioned, not even with a fan). It should be noted that the restaurant itself is air-conditioned.

Not bad at all.
04/08/2026: Long wait to be served even though it wasn't very busy. The waitress seemed a bit lost. The meat was good, but unfortunately the fries were overcooked. I won't be back, which is a shame.

15/07/2026: Wednesday's box is a real disappointment. The quality is getting worse and worse. The sushi had a strange taste and didn't seem fresh. What's more, the box is misleading; there's hardly any fish, just rice with cheese, cucumber, or avocado. It's unacceptable.
