31/08/2024: We have already eaten twice before coming back this year but there we were disappointed 3 pinacoladas at a certain price I even asked the waiter if it was not something else because no taste of alcohol should not be abused we pay anyway .The semolina was hard we had to add sauce several times as if it was not cooked the sauce bland no taste of spices, no celery even though we love it I know what I'm talking about in terms of couscous for its that I allow myself to say. On the other hand, the beef is delicious, nothing to say except the very good service, very friendly person.

Very good address, excellent service, friendly staff... I recommend!

22/09/2024: Tout aurait été excellent: Le cadre, le service, les mets....
Sauf que pour un "menu tout compris" à 89 euros, on est venu nous demander en début de repas en présence de tous les invités si on voulait de l'eau en bouteille qui était en supplément.
Difficile de discuter dans de tels conditions.
Nous aurions été super satisfait, mais, ce point nous a beaucoup déçu.
Nous avons signalé par la suite et par écrit notre déception à l'établissement qui n'a pas répondu.

23/11/2024: Good evening, I love this restaurant but this evening I did not appreciate the service. The waitress (Stéphanie in this case) was very rushed and drunk, she blew as soon as we asked for a few things and kept us busy with the meal so that we could hurry up while not being friendly at all, too bad. However, we are usually never disappointed. I still recommend the quality of the dishes.

07/10/2024: Nous avions eu une première expérience très réussie l'année dernière, mais cette année nous sommes venus déjeuner en famille (4 personnes) un mercredi en septembre. Il y avait foule dans la salle, sur la terrasse. Les serveurs ont fait ce qu'il pouvait, mais la qualité des plats servis n'était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons été très déçus.
18/08/2024: L'accueil pas très sympa. Le serveur faisait la gueule. Et propreté des chaises laisse à désirer. Les toilettes n'en parlons pas. Bref heureusement que les plats étaient bien.
Les verres pour l'apéritif restent sur la table, ainsi que les restes. Obligé de demander des rince doigts.
Nous sommes partis déçus.

27/11/2024: It was a disappointing experience despite the nice view of the Eiffel Tower, earning it 2 stars. Service was poor—one waiter spilled soup on a guest with no offer to help, and a waitress rudely dropped off dishes without explanation. The limited prix fixe menu included octopus or pigeon, with fish and veal only offered after asking. The veal was overcooked, and the replacement dish still had issues. Management was unhelpful, promising a discount but not applying it, while dismissing complaints. Overall, this restaurant felt like a tourist trap with rude staff, subpar food, and no accountability. Avoid wasting your time or money.

Soit on souhaite un beau lieu avec un diner sous une véranda avec vue sur la tour Eiffel (qui clignote toutes les heures) avec un menu à un certain prix qui se veux bistronomique et alors c'est un bon endroit. Soit on cherche une belle cuisine avec un rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant et alors ce n'est pas parfait (entrée vegan quelconque, viande bien cuite avec des accompagnements standards, dessert en dessous de la norme). Ceci explique donc les différences d'appréciation. Vins satisfaisants. Par ailleurs, service aimable et rapide.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Menton and found it to be a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the biggest downside was the sound insulation. The ventilation system was quite loud, and I could clearly hear trucks and motorbikes passing by early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value quietness, this could be an issue. Otherwise, it's a decent option for a short stay in Menton.

11/09/2024: We had a great family time with 37 guests on Saturday and Sunday September 7/8, 2024.
We really appreciated the professionalism of the team who pampered us all weekend, meals prepared and served with taste, you understand that we can never thank them enough.
The place is superb with spaces dedicated to play activities are possible and the hotel right next door to accommodate everyone without taking the car will have been appreciated by all, additional security when we had a good time...!

Pratique, grand parking et hôtel en face.
