20/04/2026: The restaurant was dirty, the fries were bad, there were no cutlery, no napkins, no games for children, no cider, the kir was awful, and they pressured us to pay even though we'd just arrived... I hadn't had a great experience last time, but I came back for the activities they offered for children: games with small gifts and a playroom. This time, there were no more activity packs. What saved the day was the playroom, which was still there.

01/01/2026: Superb evening. Excellent setting. Excellent dinner. And above all, the service! The waiters were all incredibly attentive. A very classy welcome. Ideal for a wonderful time.

15/03/2026: Excellent platters and top-notch service! A wide selection of cheeses and charcuterie to suit all tastes, and the platters are beautifully presented! The quantity is very generous and doesn't compromise the quality of the products at all. €25 per person with a bottle of wine for four is fantastic! I highly recommend it! Thank you!

12/03/2026: The "food" is simple and rich, not exactly diet-friendly, but that was to be expected and it's very good. The only real drawback is that it's far too expensive—€71 for two people is €30-40 too much. We came for the all-you-can-eat fondue, but we couldn't even finish half the cheese (the other half was thrown away, and we would have appreciated being able to take it home with us); the cheese board that came with it barely had eight slices for two people. This forced us to order another platter for around €21, with charcuterie items we didn't really want (we would have liked to have a bit more choice at that price). That said, the service, the staff, and the atmosphere are good (although the people behind us were talking much too loudly), overall, we have no complaints.

12/01/2026: Perfect stay! A truly outstanding welcome, a smiling and attentive team. We immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect, a place to recommend without hesitation!

30/12/2025: Charming little hotel. Warm welcome. Clean and pleasant room. Quiet. The breakfast was plentiful, and the waitress was very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

21/04/2026: A very pleasant family stay. The hotel is very well located, just steps from the Château de Villandry (a must-see). The room was comfortable, with a bathroom with a bathtub, clean linens, and a lovely view of the inner courtyard, where birds sang in the morning. 👍 The hotel has private parking right across the street. The welcome was warm and friendly. Dinner was excellent. We highly recommend this lovely hotel.

15/04/2026: We arrived late for lunch and were greeted very warmly despite the time. We had a very good meal and the value for money was more than fair. If you are visiting Villandry or its château, don't hesitate, it's a very good place to eat.

16/04/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today with an excellent rack of lamb 🌞. Hope to see you again soon.

10/03/2026: One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.

20/03/2026: I'm married to a Croatian. We have VERY few restaurants specializing in Croatian cuisine in Quebec, so I thought I'd take advantage of our trip to Paris to visit one... It was probably the best dining experience of my life!! From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was just PERFECT!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to all food lovers!! A sure bet!!!
