14/12/2025: Well, the wine is good. However, I never saw the price list on the table. From beginning to end, I never knew how much things cost. As a starter, we ordered gizzards, which were tasty, but the portions were a bit limited, as was the bread. Main course: bland, overcooked meat, soggy french fries. This dessert, a biscuit cake, has nothing to do with the traditional Portuguese biscuit cake. They should change the name. Finally, coffee and brandy. The brandy container is very funny. Comfort: inconfortable chairs, slow service, and not very welcoming.

11/02/2026: Jocelyne's cooking is delicious. We come to Les Sables regularly, and the best restaurant meals I've ever had were at Le Nautique! We'll definitely be back on our next visit.

24/02/2026: Small mountain restaurant. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Service was a bit slow... an hour between the starter and the main course.

If you're looking for traditional, generous, and affordable cuisine, you've come to the right place. We opted for the fondue and were delighted! Our only regret is not being able to return and try the other dishes on the menu, which looked just as tempting.

11/10/2025: A true little corner of paradise, an incredible team and a very good atmosphere. My colleague and I are no longer hungry now, it was excellent!

05/03/2026: I have mixed feelings; I was disappointed because the portions were really small! The starter was supposedly a plate of smoked salmon, but it was just about ten small squares of raw salmon swimming in dill, and not even a small salad to go with it! The smoked trout was very good, but for eight people, just a small plate of roasted potatoes was very meager. I went home hungry! The set menus are very expensive for what you actually get on your plate. The service was too slow, even though the manager was friendly: Hire a waiter!! The atmosphere was pleasant, although despite the heater near the table, I was very cold!

09/02/2026: A place I adore and have been coming to for almost 20 years. Because the smoked trout cooked in the fireplace right in front of you is absolutely divine, because the cozy dining room is dimly lit and steeped in history, because the terrace in summer offers a view you won't find anywhere else in Saint Paul. And because the owner, a tall Dane with long blond hair (just as you imagine them!), is the keeper of the many memories of this place, which has a long history. And where I hope to return for many years to come.

17/01/2026: First stay at this hotel for a business trip. Everything went very well. The room was clean and very comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, and the staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return! 👍

01/01/2026: The restaurant offers some very good set menus. We had a very good meal on New Year's Day 2026. It's a shame the venison listed on the menu wasn't available that day. (The same comment was made two months earlier).

02/02/2026: We recently discovered this charming place, where we felt very comfortable and at ease. The delicate decor adds a touch of tranquility. The exotic cuisine is prepared with fresh ingredients, combining flavors that are as original as they are delicious. A big thank you to Stéphanie and Nathalie for their warm welcome. 31/01/2026: A fantastic discovery thanks to my colleague who suggested we have lunch there. A varied and delicious Buddha bowl, a warm welcome – you feel right at home! The desserts were also excellent, made with local and seasonal ingredients. Nothing to add except: Go for it!

08/10/2025: We didn't enjoy it, the seafood platter was completely flavorless, and one dish was okay, but this one was well-garnished. Poor value for money for me. Fortunately, the service was discreet and friendly.

12/11/2025: I was very disappointed with this bar the last time I went there with my friends. The people who run this bar have huge beer steins like the ones you see in German pubs, and they keep them in drawers in plain sight of their customers, but they refuse to serve us from them, claiming that these large steins are reserved for special customers. I think that's unfair; any customer should be able to be served from these steins as long as they have enough money to pay for them.
