You can feel their genuine dedication and desire to do things well, which is becoming rare these days. A truly enjoyable and authentic place that I highly recommend.

24/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food is plentiful and beautifully presented. And surprisingly, it's all at a reasonable price. These days, sharing is key... we'll definitely be back. For your information: 2 aperitifs, 2 main courses, 2 coffees (1 of which was a gourmet coffee).

04/02/2026: I didn't actually go to Le Perce Neige, but I was very happy with the excellent service and the owner's kindness. My UPS package was delivered there by mistake, 600km from my home. On the one hand, customer service made a mistake and isn't responding, and on the other, the owner followed up with me, arranging the return of the package, always friendly, quick, and helpful. Thank you so much. I have no doubt the bar must be very nice; in any case, the service is outstanding.

24/12/2025: This was my first time at this establishment, to pick up my UPS package. I received a very warm welcome from the manager, who was polite and very friendly. I will gladly return.

03/08/2026: Excellent pub! The atmosphere is warm and authentic. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The beers are excellent with a wide selection, and the food is high-quality, generous, and delicious. Special mention to the chef, whose dishes were truly excellent. You can taste the care put into the cooking and the quality of the ingredients, which makes all the difference. I love her deviled eggs and her brunch! An address I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a drink, a good meal, or a great evening. I will definitely be back!

03/08/2026: I love this Genesis beer; it reminds me of Guinness. And the delicious, very generous brunch we enjoyed in the air-conditioned space. The kitchen and service staff create a great atmosphere during the various games. They also provide commentary during TFC matches. Great location for watching sporting events. My mouth is watering just thinking about the stout, but I really should try the different cider varieties... See you very soon with my friend's family.

11/08/2026: An excellent spot in Dijon! I had lunch at Madeleine Café today and it was a wonderful discovery. A warm, elegant, and cozy setting, a pleasant atmosphere, and above all, a truly friendly and attentive welcome. As for the food, we were in heaven! The prawns with Mediterranean vegetables were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. And the pan-seared beef tartare was simply excellent: flavorful, generous, and perfectly seasoned. A real treat! 😋 Everything came together for a wonderful experience: the quality of the dishes, the presentation, the service, and that convivial atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. A place I wholeheartedly recommend if you're ever in Dijon.

07/08/2026: All the dishes are homemade, and we waited patiently for our lunch table—it was well worth it! A delicious, unpretentious meal. We also appreciated the cool outdoor seating and, of course, the impeccable service. Ideally located for a stopover in the beautiful city of Dijon.

25/05/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish! As a tour bus driver, I stayed at this hotel with a group of seniors, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, including the restaurant, the welcome, and the overall organization, there was nothing to complain about. A big thank you to the manager, Dominique, who is excellent, as well as to Hicham, the group manager, who was simply exceptional in his management and follow-up. Special mention also goes to our guide, Pietro, who greatly contributed to the success of this trip. The rooms are spotless, and the food delighted all my travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return! Christophe

20/07/2026: We were a table of five and had all ordered the same thing: beers and burgers. Unfortunately, the drinks arrived in dribs and drabs, which prevented us from toasting together. As for the cheddar burger, it was a huge disappointment: we were expecting gooey, melted cheese, but instead found a simple slice of dry cheese placed on top of the bun and overcooked fries. An unappetizing and frankly disappointing presentation.
