01/09/2024: Disappointing: the €16 salad with escalivade and tuna is actually a bit of bagged salad, 4 slices of tomatoes, a large spoonful of escalivade (made with just peppers and onions, and maybe a little tomato), canned tuna sprinkled on top and 4 small toasted toasts with melted cheese....!! The dessert was better, traditional almond cake good and a scoop of turon ice cream, but the portion was small for €8!, the price charged by real restaurants and inns in the surrounding area is lower. I saw that they charge €7 for a portion of fries!! I was also surprised by the place, it's more of a snack bar than a real restaurant, which will suit people coming from the campsite or the swimming pool.

20/08/2024: Thanks to Zeki for his welcome. This is the 3rd time we have come, the roast potatoes served with each dish remind us of our grandmother's. Cooking meats over an incredible wood fire with exceptional taste. Don't trust your first impression, but go there to experience a pleasant time with friends or family.

21/09/2024: L’ambiance et la décoration sont sympathiques.
Nous avons pris des pâtes qui étaient bonnes.
En revanche le service peu professionnel, ce n’est pas le moment opportun pour dire qu’un champagne, ou un autre est je cite : « de la pisse », sachant que nous travaillons dans ces maisons. Certes cela peut être de l’humour, mais on peu rire de tout mais pas avec n’importe qui.

Malgré la réservation 2 jours à l'avance, et confirmée le matin même, avec une arrivée exactement à l'heure prévue, pas de table réservée comme prévu et demandé.
Ambiance très bruyante, service assez "rude", limite à l'arrache. Heureusement, les plats sont toujours goûteux, et n'ont pas changé.
Mais ça ne suffit pas.
A trop vouloir en prendre, on perd l'essentiel. Cette baisse de qualité perçue est décevante. Dommage...

07/07/2024: For a ceremony order eggplant caviars and hummus in different trays, order placed 1 week before. The day I had a water shortage in the town.
In this difficult and complicated context since an order was planned that day, the entire team of this restaurant mobilized to respond to the order.
With a certain level of palpable stress, commensurate with the seriousness and professionalism of the chef and the team.
The objective was easily achieved and we left with our 3 kg of mezzes in the afternoon instead of at noon.
The products were excellent.

23/01/2025: I organized my birthday in this very beautiful room, everything was done to make this evening a success. Alexandre listens and provides good advice from the start of the research to the end of the evening. The room is very well equipped on the dining room, kitchen, and music side so that everything is simple.
the decor for an evening with friends and the location made this evening unforgettable. we managed to bring 100 people to a buffet dinner with DJs and singers and a cocktail bar.
23/12/2024: Brunch organized for a birthday. Impeccable service and meal. Buffet timing respected. Pleasant room for a family reunion.

23/11/2024: Vraiment, rien ne va . Tout est cheap, la déco en plastique , les plats tout droit sortis de chez Métro, les prix très élevés, les tables de jardin, et surtout les gâteaux pas bons du tout
On est loin du simple simon d'origine typiquement Anglais.
Non vraiment je n'y retournerai plus,

Service bien rythmé avec des plats de saisons
3 fois que nous y venons sur les 6 derniers mois et jamais déçu prix cohérent et petite épicerie en annexe de la salle avec des produits très sympa

29/09/2024: Pas réellement de cuisine. La cheminée est alléchante mais sous exploitée. Le poulpe, censé y être cuit arrive froid et sans saveur . L'œuf parfait est glacé. Le filet mignon décevant ( c'est pas vraiment cuisiné, quel dommage). Le cassoulet bon mais trop gras.
Bref, entrée +plat+dessert a 45 € c'est hors de prix pour aussi peu de préparation.
Nous ne reviendrons pas .

12/08/2024: We didn't stay at the hotel but just had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious! Simple and very well executed traditional cuisine. We had a blast! The service was provided by the owner's mother, which made us feel like we were going to dinner at our grandmother's house. I recommend! :)

22/07/2024: I have just eaten at Rita's, friendly atmosphere, the waiter is great, he announces the composition of the dishes (very rare these days). The dishes are delicious (cod fritters, cod and pastel de nata) top of the top, a big thank you to the cook mom. I highly recommend this restaurant .

15/11/2024: Quand on arrive on sent cette atmosphère familiale, l'accueil est chaleureux et souriant (à chaques repas), le service est au top, la cuisine est excellente, tout est fait maison, on sait ce qu'on a dans l'assiette, charcuterie maison, les quantités sont bien présentes et les desserts sont tout aussi bon, une adresse incontournable à Ajaccio où on se sent merveilleusement bien en semaine comme le weekend.
