09/05/2026: A superb discovery; between the pastries and the service, we want to come back every morning.

18/04/2026: The welcome was pleasant, although we felt like we were bothering them at noon. We ordered the cod (bacalhau à bras), which was disappointing. It wasn't cod at all, but fish fillets. The fries were very greasy, soggy, and lacked eggs. They were served with a salad that had no dressing whatsoever. The pasteis de nata were too greasy and reheated. They're certainly no longer made on-site. And at €2.60, it's not justified. I had fond memories of their products... I love cats, but this isn't very hygienic.

09/04/2026: We had a fantastic experience at L'Or Bleu with the six-course menu. From start to finish, everything was refined and beautifully prepared. Many thanks also to the attentive waitstaff and the sommelier for their excellent recommendations. And thank you to the chef and his team for accommodating our dietary needs, which we had informed them of in advance. We highly recommend it.

24/03/2026: The sushi is very good, fresh, and high-quality, which is quite rare. Good sushi is hard to find. The service is also good. A slight downside is that the restaurant itself isn't very aesthetically pleasing; the decor isn't the most attractive, but the most important thing is the food.

04/05/2026: An unforgettable pastry shop! If you're passing through, a stop at Pasticceria Eugénie is a must. We tried delicious pain au chocolat and brioches, the kind that stay in your memory forever. In particular, since I'm very sensitive to butter, I was worried the pain au chocolat would be heavy or difficult to digest. On the contrary, it was incredibly light and fragrant: I enjoyed it, a sign that they use superior quality ingredients. Don't miss the lemon tart either: simply spectacular, with a perfect balance of sweet and tart. A pastry shop par excellence where craftsmanship shines in every bite!

12/02/2026: Nice, welcoming place. We had lunch for work, and the place was crowded at that hour. Despite this, the dishes arrived in a reasonable time, and the prices are standard French fare, a bit high for Italians.

07/06/2026: When I come to Tours, a visit to "Martin Bleu" is a must. Chef Florent Martin has been at the helm for many years. He elevates Loire River fish (unjustly underappreciated in French cuisine). The presentation is perfect, the accompaniments judicious, and this is evident in the taste. But don't worry if you're not a big fish fan. The poultry and meat dishes are also excellent... you get the picture... I highly recommend it! 😍

25/05/2026: A magnificent reception venue that we visited as part of a site visit for a wedding in 2027. The hall is large, modern, and renovated. The exterior, with its swimming pool, is tastefully decorated in a tropical garden style. The caterer offers a wide selection of Italian dishes and is open to personal suggestions. A big thank you to Anna, who was very pleasant.

24/05/2026: We had an exceptional weekend and evening. This estate is magnificent, incredibly beautiful, and the setting is simply magical. It greatly contributed to making this day unforgettable. Everything was perfect from beginning to end! Anna is an amazing person, very professional, attentive, and always there to support the bride and groom. She knew how to reassure us and make this day even more beautiful. The caterer prepared an excellent cocktail hour and meal, generous portions, and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, as did our guests, who loved the quality of the food and the service. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue! Thank you again for this unforgettable evening.

18/02/2026: We came to eat once in the summer of 2025 and then returned in February 2026 to the new owners. We were just as satisfied as before and will definitely come regularly when we're in Loquirec. A tip: order the ribeye steak.

27/02/2026: A very welcoming place to explore Saint Veran and the Queyras region: very cozy lounges, delicious and original cuisine, and a great soundtrack. The hosts are pleasant and attentive. A truly lovely place.
