The restaurant offers a good wine list featuring local wines, as well as typical regional dishes. A family-run hotel that stands out from impersonal resorts. 29/05/2026: A wonderful experience for us. There's a great concept based on trust, and it works perfectly! We had dinner outside because the weather was beautiful, and everything on the plate was delicious! It was like a culinary journey! 😍 Thank you! I'm totally on board because it's a nice change of pace, with a different menu every day depending on the owner's inspiration. The owner is lovely and takes the time for her customers, and we'll definitely be back if we have the chance.

12/05/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking overseen by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today with an excellent rack of lamb 🌞. Returning in early May, the quality remains the same. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

10/03/2026: One reason to stop in Carbon Blanc: the Caesar salad accompanied by a glass of La L'ouvrière (Pessac-Léognan) at Juliano. Best in the world, or almost.

06/05/2026: We received a voucher for two free drinks through a tour. Since it looked quite nice from the outside, we decided to order some food. As soon as we sat down at a table, we were given a menu. However, they only had menus in French. Okay, not a problem in itself. But when we received our Coke from the voucher in a paper cup and without any carbonation, we got up without a word and left. I have never experienced such terrible service!

22/03/2026: Great food and atmosphere. The kebab, kefte and other specialties are homemade on a daily basis. Meat is both crunchy and melting in your palate, and comes together with nice sides, from classical fries to salad, wheat or vegetables. Be careful if you come too late in the evening as the fresh daily preparations might be all gone! Nice atmosphere as well, it’s family-run and the boss has a nice word for every one. You can dine in, the place is warm and welcoming, and you can even get a glass of rosé with your kebab plate!

03/05/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The cooking was perfectly executed, especially the meat, which was tender and cooked exactly as requested. You can tell the care put into the kitchen. The service was also top-notch: welcoming, quick, and professional staff, always attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this establishment for a pleasant time and a delicious meal. Children's menu not listed, but they are always happy to accommodate customers. A good and tasteful wine list. Homemade cuisine, which is sorely lacking these days.

16/03/2026: We celebrated a birthday in the room dedicated to group meals. There were 25 of us, and everything went perfectly: the meal was excellent and everything arrived piping hot, the service was impeccable, and the owner was very welcoming. He truly went the extra mile to ensure the event was perfect. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place.

12/12/2025: From the moment you enter the Polo, you'll appreciate the spaciousness and the warm welcome from the staff. The menu is tastefully presented and the food is excellent! You might ask about the price? Overall, it's very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.
