The waitresses are always smiling and pleasant. The owner always has a touch of humor and is very friendly. I recommend it a thousand times over.

12/12/2025: From the moment you enter the Polo, you'll appreciate the spaciousness and the warm welcome from the staff. The menu is tastefully presented and the food is excellent! You might ask about the price? Overall, it's very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

23/04/2026: We are regular customers and, as always, we had a wonderful time at this Portuguese restaurant. The dishes are consistently delicious, a real treat every time we visit. This time, we were particularly impressed by the welcome: for the first time, an Italian manager (or waiter) greeted us with great warmth and professionalism. His hospitality truly made all the difference and made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you for your warm welcome and consistent quality in the kitchen. It makes us even more eager to return very soon!

14/04/2026: We stopped by chance and honestly, we have no regrets. The owner is exceptional; he gives great advice on everything, presents the menu with care, and recommends drinks to accompany the dishes. The portions are generous and very reasonably priced considering the size of the servings. We ordered the homemade desserts to take away, and just like the meal, they were absolutely delicious. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to stop by. You won't regret it.

19/04/2026: Superb decor, original and welcoming despite the magnificent high ceilings. The servers were quite friendly, the food simple and pleasant, not exceptional, and rather expensive. Cool atmosphere. The music and sound quality could be improved, especially as it gets increasingly loud towards the end of the evening.

28/03/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. My coffee arrived completely cold, which is unacceptable. I had clearly requested that the coffee be prepared after the three Nutella wafers so that it would be hot. The server ignored my request and responded unprofessionally that "that's how we work." The staff's behavior was unpleasant, with a clear lack of attention and respect for the customer. Furthermore, hygiene standards did not appear to be followed (no head coverings), which is concerning. The wafers were also poorly presented and carelessly cut, which further contributed to the overall negative impression. I was with my daughter, and this experience made us both very uncomfortable. Frankly, a very bad experience. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Our room was small but had a view of the lake… marvelous… The service was impeccable: kindness, smiles, attentiveness, and discretion. A huge thank you to the entire team who made this villa feel like home…

04/04/2026: We had lunch this Saturday with my son at Villa de l’Étang Blanc, and everything was perfect. From the quality of the service—both discreet and attentive—to the subtlety of the dishes, every detail was masterfully executed. A truly refined experience that awakened the taste buds. A moment as delicious as it was precious.

10/03/2026: Delicious starter, very firm ravioli. The sea bass with shrimp was cooked perfectly, the sauce nicely seasoned, and I was able to have it with fries instead of mashed potatoes—thank you so much! The macaron was a little hard but melted in your mouth, and the ginger ice cream was a real treat—not too spicy, just right! I highly recommend it. Very nice restaurant, warm atmosphere. Impeccable and very pleasant service.
