06/12/2024: We came for our grandmother's birthday and we discovered a great place, the dishes are good with fresh produce, the atmosphere and the place are warm. I highly recommend it. They were adorable and they put a candle on the gourmet coffee. Thank you for your welcome, we will come back. 20.50 euros for starter, main course and dessert, value for money

29/09/2024: Pas réellement de cuisine. La cheminée est alléchante mais sous exploitée. Le poulpe, censé y être cuit arrive froid et sans saveur . L'œuf parfait est glacé. Le filet mignon décevant ( c'est pas vraiment cuisiné, quel dommage). Le cassoulet bon mais trop gras. Bref, entrée +plat+dessert a 45 € c'est hors de prix pour aussi peu de préparation. Nous ne reviendrons pas .

15/12/2024: Today, December 15, 2024, I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant, for the first time! and I must leave my testimony....From the kitchen, which I congratulate, it was spectacular.....impressive.....The space is very welcoming, familiar and magnificent....The service of all the staff were exceptional....this very Portuguese house will always be one of my options, I recommend it to everyone to have dinner or lunch in this restaurant It is one of the best I have ever eaten, honestly .......Thank you to all the management for offering this moment.... ❤️🙏👌👌👌

10/10/2024: We had a spontaneous meal here today and all of us (5 people) went home very full and happy. The service was very warm and accommodating, the food (various pizzas and lasagna with salad) was super tasty. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine, unfortunately you can't pay by card, otherwise I would have liked to order dessert too. I can absolutely recommend the pizzaria.🥰

05/12/2025: The Auvergne and Burgundy fondues were very good and generous, with plenty of side dishes. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were just as nice 👍 Good value for money!

06/12/2024: Actually, we should have listened to our gut feeling when we entered and not sat down at all... We are French speakers and have been going on holiday to Corsica for years. This experience was “humiliating.” Feeling like a guest (unless you are probably Corsican and know the patron?) is not a nice experience. There's probably no point in writing this review because the man of the house, the way he acts towards strangers, doesn't care about other people's opinions. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food but not because the kitchen couldn't deliver. No: we were simply ignored. Of course we complained straight away. And then we should have gotten up and left... when we finally got to place the order, both dishes weren't available (yet) because the season hadn't really started yet. Conclusion: we once had fish with no side dishes (luckily there were delicious pizza rolls) and once we had a large, delicious portion of pasta with salmon. Since this experience, one question has just stuck with me: What motivates someone in the catering industry to work on a tourist beach when that person obviously has a problem with tourists? There are so many really cool pailottes in Corsica, you can easily ignore this one. By the way, the beach is very little visited (beginning of May) and the location of the Pailotte is very nice.

19/01/2025: I was at Sauvage yesterday where I have been going for a long time. It's good as always but here we had terrible service, completely casual and not friendly, we honestly felt looked down upon. I will not recommend it anymore.

12/01/2025: First successful experience! Lunch menu: fresh, seasonal, hearty, reasonably priced, tasty and impeccable service. A large wine list including orange wines. To redo
