13/11/2025: Passing through the Pas-de-Calais region, I didn't know where to eat, so I checked Google Maps. Let me tell you, I was very pleasantly surprised! I received the incredibly warm welcome that you'd expect from people from the North! The service was impeccable and they really took care of us... The menu was worthy of a Turkish kebab: hot, generous, and delicious! The negative reviews are just nonsense! I highly recommend it!

11/11/2025: As a taxi driver in the Nord department (59) who often travels around the Lens area, I was pleasantly surprised by this kebab shop. The quality and service were five stars. Dear colleague, I invite you to go and try my famous flatbread and chicken.

21/09/2024: Disappointed, I wanted to taste Belgian fries but they are ordinary and tasteless cold and hard fries. 20/09/2024: A maxi cone of fries that can feed a family of 4. Otherwise a medium cone will be more than enough for a big stomach. Tips: Sauces are the key to successfully finishing the cone. Think carefully before choosing them. Special mention for the tartar sauce which brings a fresh touch to counterbalance the fat.

20/08/2024: Not very expensive, but I won't go back. Too many frozen foods, rather tasteless dishes and the buffet is more often empty than anything else. In this type of buffet, there are better in Alencon for the same price

28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day... Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed. On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune). I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again. Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery. It's a shame because it was a big order for my family.... To flee....

26/09/2024: Good morning, As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy. My questions are: 1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy? 2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot? As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. 17/11/2025: €10 for a kebab on its own? I've never seen a kebab so expensive. For its size and the quality of the ingredients, I find it outrageous. Don't trust the prices online; everything is much more expensive. It must be done on purpose to keep customers coming back. €13.50 for the kebab meal, all the sandwiches are €10 on their own, and the kebab platter is €17. The service was quick, and the kebab was okay, but nothing special. Nothing justifies the price. First and last time for this so-called "luxury" kebab.

29/10/2024: We had the chance to have lunch outside at midday. We enjoyed our pizzas and the goat cheese duo but the palm of gold goes to the snow eggs topped with homemade salted butter caramel. Fast, efficient and friendly service. See you tomorrow 😀

30/08/2024: Very bad reception from an old blonde (boss???). The waitress is very nice! The coffee is absolutely undrinkable! Fortunately for them, very little competition!!

15/11/2024: VISITED IN AUGUST 2023. RUN AWAY! DANGEROUS ESTABLISHMENT! NO HYGIENE MEASURES RESPECTED! STAFF RACIST AND VIOLENT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS! WE WITNESSED A PHYSICAL ASSAULT BY ONE OF THE SERVERS TOWARDS A COUPLE OF CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR CHILDREN, WE STEP ON THEIR HEADS! BUT ALSO THIEVES, THEY ADDED US CONSUMPTIONS TO THE ADDITION. TO RUN AWAY AND SEAL QUICKLY!!

07/11/2024: We came for dinner last night. The setting is magnificent, nothing to complain about, and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, the positives end there. As for the service... If I could have given it a 0, I would have done so. We dealt with a server who totally lacked professionalism, or even respect. He was even vulgar sometimes. Above all, we had the impression of being “disturbing”. The waiter was shouting and speaking badly to us and the rest of the staff. Not at all the kind of experience we recommend, especially since the kids were extremely uncomfortable. This is clearly neither the appropriate language nor attitude for a restaurant. It's really a shame that management tolerates such behavior, because all the conditions are in place for this to be an excellent establishment. Unfortunately, the setting and the cuisine are not enough: the service plays a crucial role in the customer experience. In summary, it is unfortunate, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.
