The common thread throughout the menu is vegetables, elevated with remarkable creativity. Each vegetable is prepared in three or four different ways with each course, offering an absolutely fascinating interplay of textures, temperatures, and flavors. We rediscovered ingredients we thought we knew. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, and daring. Everything is perfectly balanced, and each dish holds its own surprises. Special mention goes to the sommelier for her advice on the Irouleguy wine, which paired perfectly with the entire meal. The setting is magnificent, warm, and soothing. The service is impeccable: attentive, passionate, and always ready to share explanations about the dishes. A rare gem that fully deserves its star and will remain etched in our memories for a long time. We will definitely be back to discover the chef's next creations. 03/02/2026: Great hotel for a stopover, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Pros + It's located in the charming little town of Solenzara. + Clean, with cleaning and fresh towels every day. + Basic but tasty breakfast (€12.50 extra). Cons - We had the unrenovated room. A big disappointment after the beautiful photos and the outdoor area! - Noise from the road next to the hotel, which makes relaxing by the pool difficult. - Not geared towards foreigners; no one speaks English. - Shower is uncomfortable; it gets hot/cold/hard/soft.

The outdoor pool and dining area are very pleasant. The suites and rooms are of exceptional quality and cleanliness. The welcome is warm and friendly. It's close to the city center and the port, yet not disturbed by the nightlife. So you can relax in complete tranquility. You also have access to a restaurant/pizzeria where you can enjoy quality service and dishes at a very good price. There is parking available opposite the hotel or nearby near the post office with ample spaces. It's one of the few hotels open year-round.

Even our three-year-old daughter ate everything, which is rare. It's a shame Pascal and Leonie are retiring; we'll miss them. 😢

07/08/2026: A serious hygiene issue: someone is cooking while wearing gloves that they're also using to type on their phone. What's the point of the gloves in this case? I ordered a waffle with apple compote and ended up with red stains that look like tomato sauce on the waffle container and bits of pistachio on my waffle. What about allergies? It's not surprising, though, given how dirty the work surface was.

09/04/2026: Great après-ski pub! 🍻 The atmosphere is fantastic, especially at the end of the day with the music and the energy building quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient despite the crowds. Do we look stressed? Not at all! 🤣 🤣 🍺🍺🍻⛷️🎿🏂 Perfect for having a drink with friends and enjoying a festive atmosphere after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend it!

Consider the quality and the price this is one of the best restaurant I've ever been. The staff is really nice too. 5 stars are absolutely deserved
