08/09/2024: On demande poliment de nous rajouter du sirop dans un perrier, sirop citron , le patron nous le rajoute rageusement, si on le demande c´est peu être qu´il en avait mi peu , mais ce pause pas la question ,on en était à la 4ème tournée avec 7 boissons on a pas regardé à la dépense, au pire il aurait pu nous compter le plus de sirop ,si on aurait eu sont sourire et pas ça rage . On ne retournera pas .pas du tout professionnel

01/09/2024: An experience not very appreciated... Waiters who ignore you when you wait at the entrance, not at all smiling and not very professional. The food remains very basic and the meat was not cooked properly. The location remains nice in the heart of old Mâcon, in a very unusual building.

02/09/2024: Very expensive room considering the quality of the room! no air conditioning, TV the size of a computer, bad bedding, bathroom traces of mold👎above the kitchen smell of fried food in the room! in short, very bad experience!!! I wanted to try again with my friends and well we won't come back

25/08/2024: Catastrophic rooms! At €200/night we expect a minimum of standard and comfort. Nothing was on the agenda. It's not recently renovated, let's admit, but the carpet hides the misery, the mattress is older than me, the shower in the hallway leaks... in short, I don't recommend it.

03/09/2024: Very good value for money. Always very good, homemade. The boss and his waitresses always friendly, at customer service. Good address for great relaxation

01/09/2024: HUGE wait. Not friendly. We feel like we're disturbing. Portion too small. We're still hungry. The young waiter is top notch. The others should retire. We will never come back.

29/09/2024: Only automatic cash registers, half of which do not work. Worst Ikea in the Paris region and that’s saying something….

29/09/2024: 2 hours of waiting for a desk that arrived incomplete although ordered a week in advance. After-sales service management, no solution offered other than reimbursement and I have to pay the 5 euros for delivery to the store to leave empty-handed. The part was sold to me as available even though it was not in the store's stock. A waste of time and money without any commercial gesture. (For example offering home delivery for missing parts) This store is to be avoided, I have never encountered this in any other Ikea store.

21/08/2024: Long service. 2h30 for 1 salad and a coffee. Forgot ingredients and cutlery. Server not very friendly.

21/08/2024: dessert industriel de taille ridicule, boissons commandées servies au verre (au prix de canettes), piège à touristes à fuir seul points positifs l'emplacement en terrasse à proximité de la cathédrale et serveur agréable.

08/10/2024: Cette chaîne de restaurant connue Aix ne reçoit pas les clients avec amabilité. Carte très onéreuse, Manque de saveur. Déçu.

20/09/2024: Hearty kebabs but disappointment when opening, everything was cold... The small jar of white sauce was empty.
