At this time tables must be closed. wait more than 10 minutes just to get the card then another 15 minutes to place an order, something never seen before. the place is nice unfortunately that's not everything. 27/01/2025: 1st time for us in terms of quality of food very good price for what its my quality and luck, on the other hand the team which takes care of the room service and to see again no smile cold person who complains in front of the customers the service was very unpleasant for us for a 500th bill I think that the least thing is to get a smile or else you have to think about a professional reconversion.

Reservation taken during the week for 8 people, confirmation received by SMS for this Sunday at 1 p.m. We showed up at your restaurant today and they explained to us that confirmations by SMS do not work, that only reservations by email with a bank loan work. but no email received or in spam, and therefore our reservation was not taken into account. By insisting, and expressing our dissatisfaction, we are told that indeed, there is a problem with the reservation system, and that in any case, you do not have a place. There are 8 of us, it's 1 p.m. and we were there to celebrate a birthday, and we don't thank you This problem is apparently recurring since you are looking for a solution, which you did not find for us. Do not send any more confirmation by SMS, this will avoid inconvenience. We have never been to your establishment, and I think we will leave it there.

29/09/2024: So in terms of taste, the restaurant is of a decent standard, however the quality of service leaves something to be desired. Having come as a party of 4, we placed an order at the same time but received our dishes delayed 20 minutes of waiting between dishes for the same table. Following this we asked the waitress present to reheat the dishes already served, which seemed to pose a problem for her or could it come from the fact that her job does not suit her in this case a professional reconversion would be expected. It’s a shame because the evening could have gone well.

29/09/2024: Too much waiting. The dishes do not arrive at the same time and are cold. Once the last dish arrived, the sauce was not the right one and we had to wait another 10 minutes minimum for another one to be brought to us. Atmosphere-wise it was too noisy with the music and the ads. We left without having had dessert because there was too much of a wait. We would have been served more quickly if we had ordered takeaway. The staff was overwhelmed and the cooks couldn't keep up.

28/08/2024: Du jamais vu tellement la patronne est désagréable. Finalement, nous n'avons pas dinne dans cet établissement, nous arrivions de 3 jours de mer et nous n'avions vraiment pas envie d'être traité de la sorte.

28/08/2024: Surf on its recommendations from the backpacker's guide...very unjustified today. Good for Parisian bobos, but not for sailors dependent on the tide to arrive at Etel. So try to book for the same day, try to arrive 30 minutes before the service and you are rejected with out of place comments. Avoid! !Welcome to the fishing cat...

23/09/2024: Je tiens à préciser que cela fait 18 ans que je vais dans cet établissement. Mais là ce n'est plus possible. Nous étions tout un groupe pour leur faire découvrir une de nos adresses préférées, nous avions réservé, à notre arrivée tout s'est bien passé, le jeune serveur était agréable. Un de nos convives ne pouvait pas trop manger, il a donc pris une petite salade Coleslaw histoire de pouvoir nous accompagner tout de même. Nous avons été servi et à la moitié de notre repas toujours pas de salade en vue, nous avons donc gentiment "été voir" le serveur (sinon personne) qui indique que c'est bien commandé mais que le problème vient de la cuisine. Petite précision il est 21h, il n'y a quasiment personne Nous patientons, mais là nous avons déjà terminé notre plat, nous réitérons notre demande auprès du serveur en lui exprimant notre mécontentement et que ce n'est pas dirigé contre lui, au passage nous recommandons une pinte et bien celui-ci nous envoie carrément "caguer" et c'est bien le mot et qu'il n'y peut rien. Un manque de professionnalisme total. 5 minutes plus tard (45 minutes après avoir commandé...) il apporte le plat et là on rit jaune, une petite tasse avec une cuillère à soupe de coleslaw on en reste bouche bée, 50 minutes pour ca !! Toujours pas nos pintes, on en profite pour lui demander la carte des desserts. Au bout de 15 minutes, rien, pas de pintes, pas de carte des desserts nous avons donc décidé de partir, avons payé et été voir la responsable "de ce service" et vous savez quoi rien, "on est navré", aucun geste, aucune attention, un menfoutisme total. Je n'ai vraiment pas pour habitude de descendre un établissement aussi durement mais là on sent un laisser aller total. Plein de petites choses été à la baisse, nous n'en tenions pas rigueur mais là c'est le pompon. Alors vous savez quoi et bien dorénavant vous pouvez vous carrer vos pintes nous n'y reviendrons pas. 23/09/2024: Being a truck driver stuck on the weekend I was eating on a Saturday evening the all-you-can-eat formula and exceptional I was very surprised by the concept the waitresses are super friendly the welcome is excellent

07/12/2024: We have never been disappointed until now but we went to eat there last Saturday November 30 and I don't think we are ready to go back. There was clearly a staffing problem. Virtually empty room and no more welcoming new customers. An hour to have mussels and fries. Cheese in the sauce that wasn't melted and frozen fries that were dry. The waiter was apologetic and did what he could but it seemed like they were all doing the cooking and serving. Plus it was very cold and I left with a bad cold. In short, it's over for us
