23/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome for lunch. The set lunch menu is quite reasonably priced for a city center restaurant. The flavors were generally excellent: the zucchini soup was phenomenal, and the grilled kebabs cooked in the dining room's fireplace were delicious. The only slight disappointment was the fries, which we expected to be better, as they were advertised as homemade.

27/06/2026: This restaurant took me right back to my childhood. The food is delicious and the service is truly excellent. If there's one place I'll definitely return to in the future, it's this one.

12/07/2026: While passing by on a Sunday to buy tobacco, specifically a pack of "Fleur du Pays" rolling tobacco, I encountered the owner, a thoroughly unpleasant man. He quoted me €18.50, which surprised me, as I had just returned from a long stay in Germany where "Fleur du Pays" costs €6. During the conversation, I simply mentioned that it was expensive... apparently, he didn't appreciate that, telling me I should just go back to Germany (a remark with racist undertones) or that I should have bought more.... And these are the same shopkeepers who complain about their businesses being deserted. I strongly advise against going to this place.

12/07/2026: After a very long day of hiking, I arrived at this lovely, family-run restaurant. I received a very warm welcome. The "Quattro Formaggi" pizza was simply sensational. The pizza dough was thin and crispy, topped with delicious cheese such as Reblochon. Exactly what you need after such a day – thank you so much!

02/06/2026: A superb evening, a warm welcome, and an excellent meal… we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good value for money. A place I would gladly return to. A superb view of the valley from the terrace.

02/06/2026: A lovely room with a view of the vineyards. Excellent dinner featuring authentic Alsatian specialties. A fine selection of wines, including those from the family. An excellent stopover or base for a longer stay.

28/07/2026: The place is quite nice, but the water in front smells bad. The paninis we ordered were very dry and sparsely filled. What a shame!

28/07/2026: Dinner with your feet in the sand, a French Polynesian atmosphere. White tablecloth, soft lighting. Very nice, we really enjoyed the meal.

03/07/2026: The staff were incredibly rude, and the dog was aggressive. It tried to bite me several times, forcing me to leave. The staff even insulted me in Portuguese for gently nudging the dog with my foot (which, I remind you, was trying to bite me). I was being very polite, even though the waitress wanted to hit me. She was practically nose to nose while insulting me... I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.

07/06/2026: I wanted to give this restaurant another chance. I ordered the braised chicken, which is actually the only reasonably priced dish. The chicken was completely tasteless, unseasoned, dry, and covered in a garlicky sauce, so that's all you could taste. Very disappointing for a place that's supposed to showcase Portuguese cuisine, which I know very well. The only positive point was the rather pleasant welcome and service.

31/07/2026: Very disappointed considering the ratings and reviews. Our burgers were extremely dry. However, the welcome and service were excellent.

31/07/2026: We just left this art café, whose Google rating piqued our interest. A very friendly place with a magnificent terrace under the plane trees, where the service is attentive and provided by smiling staff with one goal in mind: your enjoyment. Very reasonable prices for generous and delicious food. We will gladly return as we had a wonderful time.

01/10/2025: A very pleasant little restaurant on this charming pedestrian street. The bar is across the street, and young singers with guitars bring cheer or melancholy to the small terrace. The waiter and waitress are delightful. The food is very good. The wine recommended by the waiter lives up to expectations.

22/09/2025: A very friendly team with a wonderful server. A very pleasant setting with beautiful Corsican music. A moment out of time before heading back to the mainland.

08/04/2026: Thank you to Marcia and Philippe, we chose their restaurant O AVEIRO to celebrate the christening of our nine-year-old daughter with our family. There were 26 of us on Sunday, April 5, 2026. Everything was perfect, from the service to the delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return! 👍

08/02/2026: We had a fantastic time at this Portuguese restaurant with our group of bikers. The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the staff really friendly. The dishes were generous and delicious, with authentic Portuguese flavors. A friendly place where you eat well and feel comfortable, perfect for a night out with friends after a motorcycle ride. 08/08/2026: Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service. Gorgeous above the Paris rooftops views and of course, the iconic Eiffel Tower , from a chic and well appointed terrace. The terrace opens at 14h for cocktails. Restaurant loses a star due to insufficient a/c. Most everyone fine with it, probably because France dislikes using it…hope they figure it out. It’s been tropical temps! Loved it anyway and had a great time. Bring a fan.

08/08/2026: We had a 7:15 pm reservation and the place was an absolute sauna! No air conditioning and no air whatsoever. When we asked, all we were told was that it would get better after sunset (sunset is close to 10 pm). The food was okay, nothing amazing. You have to come later and understand that you're only there for the view. It's very overpriced; spending a sweary and uncomfortable meal definitely killed the mood for us. We had a 7:15 pm reservation and the place was a real sauna! No air conditioning and absolutely no air circulation. When we asked if anything could be done, we were simply told it would be better after sunset… except that sunset is around 10 pm! The food was okay, nothing special. If you want to come here, you'd better come later and understand that you're mainly there for the view. It's really way too expensive for what it is. Spending the entire meal sweating, in total discomfort, clearly ruined the atmosphere for us.

29/07/2026: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being served by a waitress named Cindy! She was very pleasant and helpful! She guided me clearly using the digital screen so I could find the menu item I wanted. Excellent table service with the order exactly as ordered!

06/08/2026: Pleasant terrace overlooking the Orne River. Good value for money. Very friendly waiter. Note that this is a very popular spot; reservations are recommended during peak tourist season.

05/07/2026: Super good! Duck was incredible, all the appetizers were light and classic. The chicken was a standout and was easy to share with 4-6 people. Highly recommend, and should’ve been busier!!
