08/03/2026: The food was terrible. Because of it, everyone in the house is sick; they all vomited all night because of it, even though they were perfectly fine just before. This whole situation needs to be reviewed because it's pathetic. And please, a little more respect on the phone.

06/11/2025: Not great. The salmon pizza was loaded with salmon but had nothing else on top… the portion of dough was too small; you'd need two slices to fill an average adult… for the price, it was pretty bad.

05/11/2025: Very disappointed by this restaurant; many things were missing (no Italian wines, no scallops, no stuffed ravioli). The pizzas were far too overcooked and dry, and the cook made an unpleasant remark suggesting adding water.

01/03/2026: Hamburger and fries for 23.90 euros with a piece of tomato skin inside. When I told the waitress, she just said okay and left. Otherwise, the hamburger was good but not worth 20 euros a plate.

28/02/2026: As for the service, the staff is pleasant but slow and disorganized. The food is average for the price. The "banana supplement" costs €1.70, but you only get a quarter of a banana. In short, I don't recommend this establishment; others nearby offer much better quality for the same price.

07/02/2026: I tried a kebab for the first time! I received a fantastic welcome as soon as I arrived ☺️ The kebab was absolutely delicious, both in flavor and quality, and the quantity was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on 🌹🌹🙏🤗

11/12/2025: The receptionist, a man in his fifties, was very unpleasant; he didn't even say hello. He had a condescending and rude tone. I do not recommend this establishment.

07/12/2025: Everything was perfect. A very warm atmosphere, a perfect welcome, impeccable service, and very, very good food. Excellent value for money for the Champs-Élysées area. We will be back and I recommend it without hesitation.

15/02/2026: The room was quite small and lacked any particular charm, with closet doors that only opened partially. Soundproofing was inadequate: on weekends, noise from nightlife could be disruptive (waking up around 5 a.m.). On the plus side, the bedding was very good quality. The lack of a physical reception made the experience feel somewhat cold and impersonal: instructions were sent by email and keys had to be collected at the entrance. However, the central location was a real advantage, allowing quick access to amenities. The price-quality ratio was still acceptable.

16/01/2026: A lovely little town hall! The receptionist was incredibly kind, thank you. The hotel is very well located! Everything is within walking distance. Before my stay, I was worried about noise because of the reviews. While it's true we could hear some street noise, it didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!

14/02/2026: Very fast service, despite it being a busy Valentine's Day evening. The food was hot and delicious, and our waiter Hugo went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent waiter!

10/02/2026: Great place with very welcoming and friendly staff throughout our stay. The only issues were the pillows and access to the 1600 station in the evening. During the day, there's a shuttle that runs all day until 6 pm. Luckily, the hotel always found us a table for dinner 😊

10/02/2026: After a stay in 2014 that left us with wonderful memories, we returned for the Christmas holidays and were quite disappointed with the restaurant and the rooms. And let's not even mention the Wi-Fi.

31/12/2025: We just got a takeaway kebab and fries, it was very good.

16/02/2026: Problems with the parking I booked for two days at €24 per day, for a total of €48 during the high Carnival season. They don't offer parking after 12 noon, the check-out time on the day of departure. It was a huge inconvenience to have to take the car to another parking lot overnight and pick it up at 4 pm the next day. So, I paid for an extra parking space and wasn't refunded a cent for having vacated the space 16 hours early. I recommend booking at other nearby and much more affordable parking lots, where the price is at least calculated based on your arrival time. Otherwise, the rooms were small, the bathroom spacious, the location good, and the breakfasts tasty but chaotic due to the large crowds.

05/02/2026: Very satisfied with the hotel overall, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the room; it was fantastic.
