15/12/2025: This Léon de Bruxelles in the northern part of Auxerre is typical of the chain: you go there without any surprises, but you know you'll get a decent meal. The menu is, of course, focused on seafood, but offers a few options if you don't like fish. I tried the Léon Casserole, which was good, although the amount of fish was a bit small and probably frozen. Be careful with the garnish: although it says sweet potatoes, it's mostly potatoes (about 80%). The paella was okay, but it's more of a French-style paella, nothing exceptional, and the rice used isn't ideal for this dish. Note that the drinks are quite expensive. Overall: It's a reliable restaurant for a quick meal if you're not looking for anything original. A decent choice.

03/06/2026: The waitress was a charm better than the owner. Must be a local thing. The food was quite good but the measles were just fine. Sometimes not good. I guess it goes with the plate. The ambiance was ok.

29/05/2026: Friendly bistro in a great street. I enjoyed my salade fraicheur. Escalope was also very good. Nice cold beer. Very good service even when busy. Great people watching

09/06/2026: The terrace and the menu appealed to us, but we shouldn't have stopped there. The owner's frosty welcome and the waiter's lack of professionalism quickly made us realize this wasn't a good place. We ordered a 33cl Coke and they served us a 25cl one; we asked for the cheapest sparkling water and they served us the most expensive. For dessert, the overconfident waiter offered us the "salmon and zucchini" tart of the day! And the lemon tarts were definitely past their prime. In short, it's hard to believe the 2026 edition of the Rough Guide included this place.

04/06/2026: Curious minds... we continue our delightful little tour of Corsica, this time to Calvi. This lunchtime, "Le Concept" once again reinforced the idea that simple cuisine isn't necessarily rushed. A goat cheese salad on breaded toast can be hearty, beautifully presented with a variety of colors and flavors. A cheesecake will complete the experience if you haven't yet chosen your cheese. The terrace behind the restaurant, which has a street-facing entrance, is a real bonus for its tranquility. You're already in the center and can then continue through some charming shopping streets. Enjoy your meal and your walk!

20/05/2026: I ordered takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The bread was dry, and the doner had no flavor. In short, avoid this place.

21/05/2026: A fantastic spot on the Old Port, right across from the ferry. We went twice during a 4-day stay in Marseille with a group of 40 people, and the service was impeccable and very professional. Thanks to Arnaud and the other servers, as well as the owner who was there and made sure we were well taken care of! I highly recommend this establishment for large groups and individuals alike! The staff and atmosphere are very pleasant and were much appreciated by our group of 40 senior citizens!

19/05/2026: Good value restaurant & pub. Happy hour prices on beer from 5-8 pm, and a large selection of beers. I had the entrecote which was large and good value. Large seating both inside and outside.

11/06/2026: Excellent kebab! The meat is high quality, the homemade fries really make a difference, and the portions are generous. The staff is welcoming, the service is fast, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it!

27/05/2026: We received cold service, no greeting, just a curt “Yes?” It took at least 15 minutes to get our two Diabolos. We quickly asked the person who served us for the bill because we were in a hurry, and she said she would pass it on. We heard nothing for 15 minutes and had to ask our server again to get the bill. No smile, no thank you, just a price coldly announced. Quite disappointing…

23/04/2026: Cap's Chanas is a little nighttime theater! You'll savor delicious platters that dance on your taste buds, and the music will carry you through to the fateful hour: half past midnight... Not a marathon, but a sprint full of entertainment, where you'll have so much fun you'll almost forget closing time! Ludo.m... 😉😘

12/06/2026: Hello We were a little disappointed that we were offered some snacks when ordering an aperitif. The €43 set menu is good, but nothing special: Wow... The pavlona dessert could perhaps be improved. Instead of small pieces of raw apple and rhubarb, I think it would have been better to use seasonal fruits such as cherries, raspberries, or strawberries. (Needs improvement). It's tasty, but could be better for €43. Best of luck.

11/06/2026: We do not recommend this establishment for crepes; they are really not good, and the price is very high: €6.50 for a chocolate crepe is outrageous for an industrial product!
