High-quality ingredients...exceptional work that makes it worth the trip...

29/09/2026: Nice restaurant with a lovely terrace. The service is quick and the welcome is warm. Unfortunately, the food doesn't quite live up to the rest of the experience, although it's still decent. Recommended more for drinks than a meal.

26/08/2026: I often have lunch here after golf; the service is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly and smiling. The dishes are good and generous, and the lunchtime set menu is very good value. Go without hesitation.

07/08/2026: A serious hygiene issue: someone is cooking while wearing gloves that they're also using to type on their phone. What's the point of the gloves in this case? I ordered a waffle with apple compote and ended up with red stains that look like tomato sauce on the waffle container and bits of pistachio on my waffle. What about allergies? It's not surprising, though, given how dirty the work surface was.

08/07/2026: Lovely restaurant located on a quiet street offering excellent food and service. Wine list offers nice selection of reasonably priced bottles of wine. My wife and I started an appetizer of salmon served atop a potato pancake, a house specialty. My wife enjoyed the Veal stew and I the roasted cod. . Each came with roasted vegetables and salad to share. Finished with fresh strawberries with cream. We dined outdoors on a warm but pleasant evening .

10/04/2026: A very nice bar, just around the corner from our Airbnb. So we stopped by for a few drinks and a snack. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. We had the mixed cheese and cold cuts platter with baguette. For drinks, we had a Panache, an Aperol Spritz, and a new drink for us called Diabolo (lemonade mixed with syrup; very tasty!). All this during their generous happy hour, which runs from 5 pm to 11 pm. The service was very friendly, and the other guests were also extremely friendly and entertaining.

05/04/2026: Grabbed some food and Drinks here! The food was amazing! The mashed potatoes and sausage my friend got where so good! And my pesto pasta was perfect!!! The portion size was good. We got two drinks (a margarita and a mojito). The drinks where very strong which I think is great.

08/08/2026: A restaurant like you rarely find anymore! Daily menu with a buffet of starters, main course, cheese or dessert, and coffee for €15.90. A friendly, family atmosphere, a bit like home, where the staff are smiling and welcoming. Everything is delicious. Thank you!

01/07/2026: This review concerns only the restaurant itself. The service is impeccable, and everyone is very kind and friendly, but the value for money of some dishes leaves something to be desired. The 180g piece of beef was stringy and sinewy, a bit white, and deserved to be prepared a little better for that price. It came with a little mashed potato, vegetables, and fries. (I asked three times for the fries without salt, and they still ended up with salt on them...) On the other hand, the bull steak tartare, prepared right in front of you, was really good. Charging high prices is fine, but you have to live up to them; service isn't everything. I'm still giving it three stars because, to be fair, we ate well, but we've also eaten better elsewhere for much less. Best of luck!

12/06/2026: We had a group meal (25 people) after visiting George Sand's estate in Nohant/Vic. We received a very warm welcome from the staff at the beautiful restaurant. It's well located, with simple but very bright decor. The dining rooms are bright and pleasant. The (group) meal was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Tables were properly set, etc. It's close to George Sand's estate, the renowned La Châtre motor racing circuit, and Lignières with its national donkey fair. A beautiful region full of charming little places. 3-star hotel.

20/09/2026: Unbelievable! The bartender insulted us, took our drinks away, refunded us before coming back to take them back, and then physically pushed one of our friends out. Completely unacceptable behavior: an absolute lack of respect and no justification for treating customers this way.

19/09/2026: Terrible experience. We were sitting at a table after having a drink, and they snatched it from our hands, accusing us of lying. What a shame.

21/09/2026: The food was very good. We had the cuttlefish and the Corsican hamburger. The service was impeccable; the waiters were attentive and available. The beachfront atmosphere was very pleasant. I recommend it, and we'll be back for dessert, as we didn't have the chance because the portions were so generous.

19/09/2026: Service was unfriendly and food lacked taste. As I stood next to the kitchen I heard the employees being disrespectful to each other and yelling at each other.
