18/09/2026: We had a very pleasant family evening; we've been to Léon de Rosny several times and we'll continue to go. The service was friendly, smiling, and professional, the mussels were excellent, and the dessert was generous.

26/08/2026: It’s easily to know this hotel building is an old one so I don’t expect too much. Yes it is old but clean enough. Hope they will renovate till it is fully renovated.

05/09/2026: Absolutely unfriendly to children; we had to pay €4 twice for our children's plates (ages 2 and 4) even though they were eating with us. We never experienced anything like this during our two-week holiday in Corsica and were surprised by this attitude. The quality of the food was okay, hence the two stars.

24/04/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming, full of helpful advice and great recommendations. The location is ideal for visiting the center of Strasbourg. The room and bathroom were clean and functional. Thank you again for the stay and the warm welcome.

15/02/2026: The room was quite small and lacked any particular charm, with closet doors that only opened partially. Soundproofing was inadequate: on weekends, noise from nightlife could be disruptive (waking up around 5 a.m.). On the plus side, the bedding was very good quality. The lack of a physical reception made the experience feel somewhat cold and impersonal: instructions were sent by email and keys had to be collected at the entrance. However, the central location was a real advantage, allowing quick access to amenities. The price-quality ratio was still acceptable.

13/08/2026: The establishment was supposed to be closed on Wednesday, but I was just passing by with my son who had an early appointment after lunch. The manager still welcomed us and served us food. He was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back. Thank you, sir!

02/06/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant, with excellent home-style cooking overseen by Marie, who changes the menu daily. Friendly owners and staff. The shaded garden opens in the spring. Back again today with an excellent rack of lamb 🌞. Returning in early May, the quality remains the same. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

26/09/2026: Disappointing experience – Avoid this place! My friend and I visited this restaurant late in the evening hoping to enjoy a good meal, but it was a complete disappointment. The waiter was visibly tense and stressed throughout the evening. The food was completely bland and undercooked. We pointed out the undercooked food to the waiter three separate times, and even though he took it back to the kitchen to finish cooking, we still couldn't eat it. To make matters worse, we were charged the full price with no discount or compensation whatsoever. If you respect yourself and your friends, never bring them here. —------------------------— Very disappointing – Absolutely avoid! My friend and I came late in the evening hoping for a good meal, but the experience was disastrous. The waiter was particularly tense. The food was completely tasteless and undercooked. Despite our complaints to the waiter three times, and although he sent the dishes back to the kitchen to finish cooking, we still couldn't eat our meal. To top it all off, we were charged full price with no discount. If you have any self-respect or respect for your friends, never come here.

22/08/2026: It is abnormal that this place is closed while the internet says it is open and there is no note on the door. It is just like making a child happy with candy and then taking it away again.

10/12/2025: Very good place to go for lunch if you are in Beget. Very complete menu at 28 euros. Many first courses, many second courses, Water, wine, dessert and coffee. Excellent service.

28/10/2025: We went to the restaurant for lunch. The €28 menu was very good and very complete. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful. Too bad about the road but it is worth visiting the town and the restaurant El Forn.

05/10/2026: I've always been happy with this restaurant. But for the past few months, I don't know if they've changed chefs or not, but it's really gone downhill. I went there with my students and also with friends. We were all unanimous. We pointed out the burnt fries, the salads without dressing and with small pebbles... And at no point were we offered anything else. It's a real shame; unfortunately, I won't be going back.

23/09/2026: I hadn't been here in a long time, but unfortunately, it's not much better. Average welcome. The food was decent but nothing special; it lacked warmth and the dish was lukewarm. Average service. Expensive for the price. Difficult to recommend.

29/08/2026: There’s nothing Scottish about this pub. No food, no crisps, no atmosphere at all. A few Scottish photos on the wall does not class it as a Scottish pub. Highly disappointed. No tennents on tap like advertised. The only Scottish thing about this pub was a ripped piece of Scottish tartan behind the darts board. AI will tell you they are showing the premier league. Don’t waste your time they aren’t.

13/08/2026: For a long time, the service met my modest expectations. The staff did their job, and even if I didn't expect lively conversation, a genuine smile was enough for me, and my generosity readily rewarded it. But then, a single scathing review sent to a new waitress was all it took for me to be banned! And even though the review concerned the injustice she had shown me, the substance didn't matter; only the form, however mild, was taken into account. The result: a life sentence! I'm so glad the death penalty has been abolished!
