We are a table of 8 (mixed English and French) lots of different tastes to please and they delivered - amazing burgers , the most sensational magret de canard with vegetable I’ve tasted in 17yrs living in France and the tartiflette was huge and delicious the staff are fine they are just bery busy -totally understandable - when they are not stressed with the rush they are friendly and take time to make sure alls ok - this is normal for lunchtime rushes! The food is the best I’ve had in a long time thank you!

25/05/2025: We opted for this restaurant, which supposedly specializes in Spanish and Portuguese cuisine 😠 We relied on the false reviews, and despite our experience working in both countries, we wanted to trust these various opinions. The selection of dishes was equally disastrous!! Seafood and octopus paella!! Poorly served with exorbitant prices!! €22 per dish, for the octopus, 7 or 8 small pieces with a few potato slices!! Very poor paella

20/05/2025: Excellent meal: we ordered the bull rib and the bachalau, as well as a bottle of Douro. The meat was very tender and tasty. We finished with ice cream and a sorbet: both were generous, and the sorbet was generous with limoncello! The owner and his wife offered us a small digestif each. Classy, ​​as we told him! Welcoming atmosphere, good food, and a beautiful setting. We recommend it without reservation.

05/02/2026: A fairly pleasant experience, but indifferent. The prepared tea was fine and I found the scones to be fair, but nothing stood out in particular. The decor inside feels a little lost and confusing, but carries some charm from English living. The cream that came with the scones was more like a cottage or clotted cream rather than a smooth cream as shown in other pictures. There was a case for other desserts to have with tea that included banana bread, brownies, a cheesecake and other cake. The service was pleasant and some local town folk stopped by to purchase some merchandise in the shop, but otherwise it wasn’t too loud or busy. Take note that hours are different than posted on Google.

02/12/2025: From the welcome to the meal, including the cake and the shop, everything was perfect! A truly joyful moment shared with family, in an atmosphere that invites you to peacefully escape. A wonderful place to discover and recommend without hesitation!

26/09/2025: A beautiful place with the sea as a backdrop, its olive and palm trees on the terrace. However, having fishermen nearby, I expected a better quality for the mussels in cream sauce (we threw a spoonful of cream on top, and that's it) because the basic idea is to dip the cream with a piece of bread, but there was no flavor. I don't recommend this dish at all. I've eaten better ones on the Opal Coast, which is a shame, and the petits fours were also a downside. However, a thank you to Jean Luc and the person with the pretty flower in their hair; they gave a very warm welcome.

30/12/2025: There was a wide selection, the buffet was clean and always well-stocked and arranged. Special mention to Grace who was superb, incredibly patient and gentle with my little brother who has a disability; she gave him a very warm welcome and was very attentive.

26/12/2025: Regarding the buffet, I absolutely loved it, but the payment option in the inbox was incomprehensible for deaf people, as she didn't know how to communicate. It's a real shame to have to write everything down to be understood.

04/11/2025: First and last time for me. 7.30 euros per picon + 1 euro deposit for the glass. I want it to be a music festival, but there. I haven't been angry since Friday evening, to which I added a beer 🍺 for 5.40 euros + 1 euro deposit. They thought I was a minister or what.... To flee......
