02/10/2025: Apparently there's been a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order. I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.

23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

02/04/2026: I ate there with my family. It was a disaster! I went twice, and both times the shrimp were spoiled, smelled awful, and I was sick the next day. The price is way overpriced for the quality. The hygiene is appalling. Don't go there under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs.

13/03/2026: I used to come here regularly, but the price has gone up while the quality has gone down. No more crepes or Nutella, which was nice. Less choice of savory items than before. Quite disappointed.

24/03/2026: The service was disappointing, and it wasn't even peak season! The wait was incredibly long, almost as if it were deliberate, because the waitress wouldn't look at us, and when we called her name, she couldn't hear us. She was busy serving other customers who arrived after us. As for our colleague who kept directing us back to this waitress, we just had to be patient. It's a shame; we would have certainly enjoyed a beer on the terrace with the beautiful weekend sunshine if we had been served sooner...

22/03/2026: Very disappointed. My order took 25 minutes to be taken. I was greeted curtly with "What do you want?" and "We're out of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana, caramel, and hazelnut ice cream." In short, they're out of ice cream... would have been much simpler. The wait was very long. What a shame...

03/03/2026: First time I came to this establishment with colleagues, and the last time I'll ever go... It's the first time I've ever seen such unfriendly restaurant staff! Not a hello, not a smile. Luckily, not all the shopkeepers in Roye are like that... As for the payment, we had no choice but to divide the total amount by the number of people in our party. Unfair, considering some people had ordered a cheaper menu than us... Anyway, I won't dwell any longer on this bad experience. Thankfully, the food was good! That's the only positive thing!

23/02/2026: There's certainly quantity, but what about the quality? The value for money isn't optimal, and I'm still waiting for a smile from the owner.

14/12/2025: We've been coming to Auris for many years and it was such a shame to see this place go downhill so rapidly. Burger was raw (not rare, literally raw). Croque was honestly the worst thing I've eaten in ages. Really expensive too.

26/04/2026: We went to this restaurant; the glasses weren't very clean, and there were very few fries on the plate (knowing that they were frozen). I really don't recommend this restaurant.

23/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome, even though we arrived without a reservation (a group of eight). The service was perfect. The oysters were excellent. The aioli was impeccable. Only the pizzas weren't a hit with everyone.

13/04/2026: The crème brûlée and the coffee were absolutely delicious! I've rarely had such wonderful coffee and dessert! The owner was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful break from the hustle and bustle; we'll definitely be back! <3

14/04/2026: I love this place and go several times a week. The food is always excellent. If you're looking for a place that serves balanced, organic, and delicious food, then you've come to the right place. Special mention for the cakes too! 🤗 I highly recommend it.
