11/04/2026: If you're going to get sick, this place is a great option. I recommend the minced meat kebabs made with rubber—zero hygiene—the water pitcher had a moldy cap, and it took 45 minutes to serve three plates. One plate was served, the other two took 15 minutes. Not good at all, and expensive for what it was.

01/04/2026: Hello, I ordered without sauce, they brought me the tray with sauce already on it, then I sat down at a table and they told me no because I was next to the radiator, then they turned off the lights as if I wasn't there, not stupid, have a good day!

14/05/2026: A very bad experience. At 4 pm they stopped serving hot chocolate, pressured us to order more without even giving us a menu, and insisted that the entire group order, only to change their minds when we wanted to leave! The glass was cracked, and a quarter of the drink spilled.

03/06/2026: As a pregnant woman, I politely asked to use the restroom. The bartender categorically refused, with a dismissive attitude, telling me I had to pay without even specifying how much or what it would cost. What's even more shocking is that the entire staff present supported this attitude. There was absolutely no empathy or courtesy from anyone towards a visibly pregnant customer in a difficult situation. I strongly advise against going to this place.

29/05/2026: Outrageous! My daughter simply asked to use the restroom, as she wasn't feeling well. The manager said that normally you have to buy something to use it and then demanded a euro. I find that unbelievable, and frankly, in return, Madam, we won't be coming back to your establishment and we won't be recommending you. That's what you've gained.

23/04/2026: I've been here several times, and we've tried different dishes, and we've never been disappointed. The welcome was fantastic, the atmosphere warm and inviting with lovely decor, and the food is of very high quality. The combinations of fresh ingredients are well thought out. A great place, I highly recommend it!

02/10/2025: Apparently there's been a change of ownership. Burnt fries, terrible service, nobody even came to take our order. I much prefer the old restaurant, it was a thousand times better.

23/09/2025: A very nice place, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent! It really makes you want to go back; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. If you want a good kebab, this is clearly the best in Vichy.

22/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered two Martinis today. The owner didn't have any and had to get some from a colleague nearby. But they charged me 10 euros for two Martinis! Absolutely rip-off! Avoid at all costs! It's a disgrace!

22/03/2026: A bar I frequent quite regularly. Several disappointments, but I kept going back. Tonight, some friends had been at a table since 7 pm. We joined them at 9:15 pm and had drinks throughout the evening. We were asked to leave our table at 11:45 pm because "the table was reserved for bottle service." We had to finish our drinks quickly because the waiter asked us to "please leave." We asked for an explanation, and the waiter found us "too aggressive." So we left for another bar. It's the first time I've ever been "kicked out" of a table in a bar. Very disappointed.

01/06/2026: Extremely unpleasant waitress. In the middle of a heatwave, we asked for carafes of water, but were told they didn't have any and that only glasses of water were served individually. When we finally asked for a glass of water, it only arrived at the end of the meal, after several reminders. Each time we asked, the responsibility was passed to a colleague: "It's not me, it's my colleague." Unprofessional service and a very disappointing experience. Overpriced dishes... and a 33cl can of Coke for €6.

28/03/2026: Family meal with two children. The menu offers children's menus, but these are simply mini versions of adult dishes. This is very complicated for children, and it's not possible to adapt the meals to my child's preferences. The food itself was beautifully presented and tasty. The service was generally good, but sometimes it seemed like the waitress was just making things up and didn't know all the ice cream flavors. It would have been better to be honest and say, "I'll find out," rather than offering advice without knowing. Regarding the bill, we paid for two children's menus at €18 per child, even though one child didn't eat anything. They offered no compensation. The setting is pleasant.

02/06/2026: Just let’s say that 134€ pour an Ibis Styles, it’s outrageous! Especially in Annecy le Vieux. I paid the day before 124€ at a 4-star from ALL Group in Grenoble, nothing to compare with: The Park Hotel. Very disappointing. To top it all off, just stay away from the restaurant, way under staffed and had to wait super long just to get a waiter over. To conclude: way under the standards Ibis Styles usually gives, especially when you are charged that much money.

22/04/2026: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the new rooms we discovered were very well-equipped. Thank you again for your kindness despite the staff's working conditions. I highly recommend it.

22/09/2025: It's no longer a place to watch football matches. We don't have the right subscriptions for the broadcast, and on top of that, they're lying to us... No more atmosphere, no more fans! The food isn't good either. In short, we used to go there when it was a Corcoran's to enjoy the atmosphere, but we won't go to "the station" anymore.

04/11/2025: A warm, welcoming atmosphere imported from Portugal. Sunday lunchtimes are packed with families enjoying typical Portuguese dishes. The set menu is generous, simple, and delicious: starter, main course, dessert, and a quarter-liter of wine. The staff is incredibly attentive. Always happy to return.

13/05/2026: We're a long way from the good old days, which is a shame, especially since it was a 1994 establishment back in the day with Tava. The spit-roast might be homemade, but the meat isn't the same anymore, and I knew Tamaris from the beginning. Very disappointed; the basics have been forgotten, now it's all about the money, no more quality.
