28/09/2024: Order placed a week ago for more than €3000 from a sales consultant with delivery, seller who checked my address in store and did not inform me of any error that day... Confirmation email indicating that my order has been processed. On the day of delivery I am called to "check my address" and I am informed that the carrier does not deliver to my address following a postal code error on my Ikea family card....I do not see the report, given that the order form clearly specifies my delivery commune (7km from Ikea, a well-served and well-known Strasbourg commune). I was asked to cancel my delivery and return to the store to start all over again. Obviously no one had taken the time to check my address before delivery. It's a shame because it was a big order for my family.... To flee....

26/09/2024: Good morning, As a loyal customer of the IKEA brand, whose products I have enjoyed for years, I recently contacted the after-sales service of the IKEA store in Strasbourg regarding an oil maker whose cap did not open. When I explained my problem to Ms. Khadja, the customer service advisor, her first reaction was to tell me: "You need to clean this oil maker before bringing it back, I can't do it that way." I then told him that I had not been able to clean it inside because the cap did not open, but that the outside of the product was clean. Following my response, she informed me that she could not find this purchase in my IKEA Family account and therefore could not do anything. She then sent us away without any attempt to resolve the problem, with a rude attitude which I believe does not reflect IKEA's customer policy. My questions are: 1. Is it IKEA's customer policy to deal disrespectfully with a customer who returns a kitchen product (with a clean exterior, and which only contains olive oil) inside) saying, "What is that, you brought it back without washing it?", which shows a clear lack of training and courtesy? 2. How come this advisor was not able to find my invoice, even though I was able to access my purchase history on my customer account and provide her with a screenshot? As a customer who has shopped in various countries, I am familiar with IKEA's customer service policy, and I know that is not how you treat your customers. 28/08/2024: 1 étoile car 0 n’est pas possible. Certes nous ne voulions que boire un verre mais quand on accepte des clients ce n’est pas pour les virer comme des malpropres 20 minutes après. Trois fois à venir voir si ma canette était vide ou pas en la prenant à pleine mains (sachant que je n’ai même pas eu de verre) pour finir par nous dire « c’est bon vous avez fini il faut s’en aller »… Si les clients vous gênent changez de métier!

07/08/2024: Délicieux ! Un ami me l'a conseillé et c'est vraiment bon les serveurs sont agréables vraiment bien !Le menu est assez varié (turc, grillades, tacos, kebab etc.. )

30/12/2024: VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! It starts badly upon entering the establishment with a welcome worthy of French prisons by a hostess devoid of empathy and full of contempt. The food is edible and nothing exceptional. Furthermore, the deplorable service with a manager who would do much better to go to the employment center rather than shame the establishment. And what about the waiter allowing himself to be familiar, vulgar and disrespectful towards my 86 year old mother because she is a regular at this restaurant, the latter gets away with things...🤬 These staff are unworthy of the profession of restaurateurs! I don't recommend.

23/08/2024: I stayed for two nights during my TMB trek. The rooms were small and not very clean, and the bathroom could use more attention. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options available.

20/09/2024: My wife, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter spent two in the south of France, one in aix-en-Provence and the second in Saint-Raphael. While in Aix-en-Provence, we stopped for a wonderful lunch at le Brasserie de la Mairie in the central, older part of town. The majority of this restaurant’s seating is outdoor in a cobblestone town square under parasols. It makes for a quintessential Provence setting, quaint, relaxed, with excellent food and wine. This restaurant has a wide-ranging menu of both food and drink, extending from croque monsieur to hamburgers to entrecote maitre d’hotel, from fine French wine to local beer. We started with drinks, including some local beer and two Aperol spritz, which is made from equal parts of Aperol and Prosecco with a splash of club soda. The drink is Italian, having been created in Venice around 1920 according to urban legend. Aperol spritz is a wonderful, summery drink and was perfect for lunch. Our lunch orders included Italian-style steak tartar, two Salade Nicoises and a Salade nordique, the latter being my selection. The steak tartar was excellent and was served with fries and a small greensalad. The Salad Nicoise contained tuna, anchovies, sliced hard-boiled egg, peppers, green beans, small potatoes, olives and a wonderful dressing. My Salade nordique included a very generous portion of smoked salmon, avocado, hard-boiled egg, peppers, potatoes and a Caesar salad dressing. The Salade nordique was excellent with the amount of smoked salmon included was enough for two people. The service at the Brasserie de la Mairie was excellent, the food was served in a reasonable time and the setting, as mentioned was wonderful. This is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner if you’re lucky enough to ever visit this gorgeous area of France.

15/09/2024: We waited 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Despite our calls, the unfriendly waitress obviously had no desire to serve us, having passed by our table several times while ignoring us.

29/09/2024: Only automatic cash registers, half of which do not work. Worst Ikea in the Paris region and that’s saying something….

29/09/2024: 2 hours of waiting for a desk that arrived incomplete although ordered a week in advance. After-sales service management, no solution offered other than reimbursement and I have to pay the 5 euros for delivery to the store to leave empty-handed. The part was sold to me as available even though it was not in the store's stock. A waste of time and money without any commercial gesture. (For example offering home delivery for missing parts) This store is to be avoided, I have never encountered this in any other Ikea store.

17/12/2024: I had a coffee and a pancake. Delicious. Relax while looking at Montmartre. and also the bathroom.

14/12/2024: The aperitif in Paris, right under the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. The crepes are excellent.

31/08/2024: I didn't taste the cuisine, the atmosphere was nothing special, relatively calm. On the other hand, arrived at 7:45 p.m., took the order for aperitif and dish to move the kitchens forward, the aperitif arrived quickly then...7:48 p.m. the dishes arrived cold!!! Speed ​​is not an advantage at the moment... serving cold dishes in not even 5 minutes already raises doubts about the freshness of the dishes... So the meal was canceled but I still paid for the aperitifs.. SCANDALOUS! Never seen before and yet I often eat at the restaurant... Respectful and understanding staff nevertheless 👌 the restaurant opposite (another known chain) when she was able to secure us a table before the cinema screening despite the crowds and HOT meal 👌

08/09/2024: Very disappointing visit to O'Malley's. The smell of piss is strong inside, which is already unpleasant. After having consumed on the terrace, I wanted to go inside to use the toilets before leaving. However, two bouncers, one Arab and the other French, refused me access, although everyone else entered without problem. I felt discriminated against because of their racist and aggressive attitude. This is unacceptable, especially after having consumed in the establishment. I strongly advise against this bar
