Chef Audrey manages everything perfectly on her own, from the kitchen to the dining room, all with good humor, wit, and a smile. The terrine appetizer is a real winner. The sweetbreads are succulent, and the sirloin steak with "Café de Paris" butter is divine. Thank you to the chef for sharing her love of cooking with her customers. # "Omar and Fred"

19/03/2026: Chic atmosphere, pleasant and efficient service. But the standout feature was definitely the food, which was delicious, homemade, and beautifully presented. I had a lovely time with my family; everything was perfect. The cozy ambiance, decor, and atmosphere have all the hallmarks of a top-notch restaurant. I was surprised when the bill arrived; the prices are very reasonable (around €20 for the set menu). I highly recommend it if you're looking for an intimate setting and delicious food at a surprisingly affordable price! Thanks also to the team, who were friendly and very professional!

25/02/2026: Given the chef's numerous awards, I expected it to be good, but not this good. I don't think I've ever eaten such a delicious pizza; it was a real treat. And to top it all off, the welcome was incredibly warm and the staff very friendly. Go for it without hesitation!

The team was perfectly professional, and a big thank you for their attention (my daughter was celebrating her 18th birthday, which we hadn't mentioned). If we had to make one criticism, it would be the music, which wasn't very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

The menu is very inventive, showcasing carefully sourced products, perfectly cooked without ever being altered. Each dish respects the essence of the ingredients while enhancing them. The service is impeccable and particularly pleasant: they take the time to introduce us to the products and the producers, which truly enriches the meal. The dining room is very pleasant, and we were even able to enjoy a coffee in the sun on the terrace—a real treat. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation!

23/03/2026: A lovely stay at the Auberge du Bois Prin. The hotel is close to the town center and the Brévent cable car, yet peaceful, making it truly ideal. There's a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles de Chamonix. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was very good, with welcoming and friendly staff. The only slight drawback was the noise from the restaurant when staying in one of the ground-floor suites, but the restaurant closes early, so the noise level remains reasonable.

07/03/2026: Great place. They serve burgers, pizzas, and meat, but honestly, it's really good. It's truly a place in Evires where you can eat simply...but deliciously. The prices are downright reasonable, and you're well received. As a newcomer to the town, I think the food is good, and it's rare to find such good quality products. Do you want to eat simply and deliciously? Don't hesitate!
