20/03/2026: On the 19th, the weather was perfect... bright sunshine on the slopes. The mountain restaurant was very welcoming, with friendly staff and owners alike. Classic dishes like omelets, steak tartare, and pork chops were served in generous portions. Ideal for refueling after a morning of skiing. Thank you to Christelle and Alex and the whole team.

06/03/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and I've never found their food bland. On the contrary, the dishes are very flavorful. It's also important to distinguish between "spicy" and "hot": here, the food is flavorful without necessarily being very spicy, which suits many customers. The restaurant has been around for about 26 years and has naturally adapted to its local clientele. The spicier dishes are indicated on the menu. I ate there again today, and the experience was just as I've known it for years. As is often the case with restaurants, expectations can vary from person to person. And as in any restaurant, a service error can happen. But personally, I've never been disappointed.

06/03/2026: Very disappointed by this Indian restaurant. The dishes were clearly lacking in flavor and spice, which is the foundation of this cuisine. The appetizer had an extremely acidic sauce, and the main course was far too salty. Even the naan was very bland. On top of that, the waiter brought me the wrong dish. Honestly, given the overall disappointment, I didn't even bother waiting to ask for a replacement. Considering the restaurant's excellent ratings, I'm truly surprised. It almost seems as if some people have never tasted authentic Indian food. A very disappointing experience for me.

21/03/2026: A very good pizzeria, but the menu actually offers much more than that: meat dishes with sides like salad and fries, but also excellent steak tartare as a starter if you like raw meat. The terrace is well situated with a view of the water. The service is very good. There's also a small dessert menu, mainly ice cream, which is perfect for summer.

21/03/2026: Such lovely experience! We came with 3 of us and 2 didn’t speak French or English very well and they made all the effort to include them and were very kind. Food was great, Esther made sure we had an excellent food with a special touch 😋 Nizar was our super friendly host, with personal stories linked to our culture and he also introduced us to Julia, who is so kind and lovely! 13/03/2026: We came one evening with several friends. The meal was very good, but the stir-fried noodles were completely white. I found the price of the bottle of rosé wine a bit excessive. After you suggested three desserts, none of them were available, nor was the vanilla ice cream. A shame. The waiter was very pleasant. We will certainly return another time, hoping for a few small improvements.

04/03/2026: We ate at La Flamme restaurant almost all last week, and we were delighted. The dishes are delicious, everything is homemade, and the desserts are just as delectable. The staff is extremely friendly. Go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

12/03/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the raclette was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

12/03/2026: Stunning view, but what a shame! We ordered glasses of wine at €9 and €14 a glass, and were nonchalantly told there was nothing to accompany them (peanuts or anything, NOTHING). After finishing dessert, we were asked to leave the restaurant because it was closing time. We were on the terrace with friends (four of us), and we had paid a bill of €200… Very disappointing. We won't be going back; it's a shame about the setting.

05/03/2026: A very nice experience. A bit noisy, but we decided to go on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised to find there was a concert. We hadn't been to this restaurant/bar before, and we'll definitely be back. A very nice selection of beers. A good menu at the restaurant. The waitress was very friendly. Next time, we'll have the fondue.

01/03/2026: We came to lunch at the restaurant twice this week. Everything is perfect: the view, the service, the taste, the quality of the food. It's one of the best fondues we've ever had. The staff is extremely welcoming and pleasant, even when some tourists think they can get away with anything as long as they pay. I really enjoyed seeing the grandparents still working at the establishment; you can feel a very strong family spirit at Les Sapins, and it's very warm and welcoming. Best of luck, and see you next year!

28/02/2026: We came for a family breakfast, and the buffet was plentiful with high-quality products that we thoroughly enjoyed! The staff were very attentive, and the terrace at the foot of the slopes is exceptional.

11/01/2026: We went on Friday, January 9th, a table of seven. We received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious, refined, and beautifully presented, both on the plate and described in detail—it was mouthwatering! Among other things, the white sangria was excellent, the oeuf Marin (sea bream) was divine, the perch, the sea bass, and the magnificent rum baba were all outstanding! And the owner's kindness is exceptional! She even taught my son how to fillet a fish right there on the plate. I recommend it 200%! Thank you!

05/12/2025: First time at this restaurant. A very warm welcome, a lovely, intimate atmosphere, refined cuisine, and a very nice wine list. Perhaps a slight disappointment with the dessert (yes, my husband is a pastry chef 😅). We had a pleasant time and will gladly return. Thank you to the whole team and see you soon. Estelle and Loïc.

12/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery! I came to this restaurant with friends. A real treat! Exquisite Malakoff, sublime beef tartare, exquisite crème brûlée. Impeccable welcome and service. The owners' kindness deserves special mention. Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant.
