20/03/2026: A fantastic experience! The three of us came and ordered a traditional raclette grilled over charcoal, which was absolutely delicious. You do participate in preparing your raclette, though. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the servers were friendly, and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place!

10/02/2026: This isn't my first time eating at this inn. I'm not from around here, but I've been stopping by regularly for about a year and a half. I must admit, I always enjoy the appetizers: no matter which ones I choose, they're consistently very good, truly excellent. On the other hand, I'm almost always disappointed by the main courses. The dishes are often bland considering the price, and the sauces frequently lack flavor. Are you sure you have a professional chef in the kitchen? This is the second time I've had a tartiflette swimming in cream. I also tried the Savoyard chicken, and the problem was the same. The meat sauces, like the one for the beef bourguignon, smell of cooked blood. The garnishes are sparse and, honestly, not good. Conversely, the desserts are very good. I tasted an apple fondant that was pure bliss. So tell me, how is it possible to have starters and desserts worthy of gourmet restaurants, and main courses that are so disappointing? This really needs to be reviewed.

You're asked to indicate whether you're "happy," "very happy," or "extremely happy," but these choices seem to automatically add a percentage tip to the bill, without any clear explanation beforehand. This system feels like an unfair practice, as you can end up paying more than expected without fully realizing it at the time of payment. Tipping should remain a free and voluntary matter, not tied to ambiguous wording at the checkout. I therefore recommend that future customers carefully check their receipt before paying. It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better without this practice, which I find misleading.

13/02/2026: I came because of the many positive reviews, so I had high expectations. The service was pleasant, no complaints there. The foie gras appetizer was truly excellent—perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, the rest of the meal was a huge disappointment: the morel fondue was really nothing special, nothing memorable. The bread was too fresh and crumbled in the fondue, the flavor wasn't pronounced enough, and the morels had a mushy texture (perhaps they were dehydrated?). I finished with a chocolate mousse advertised as THE chocolate mousse, but personally, I found it very average. In short: apart from the foie gras, the rest of the meal was quite ordinary. A shame, because with such positive reviews, I expected much better.
