However, I deplore the attitude of the person who just answered me on the phone when I simply wanted to ask them until what time they served at noon: “we no longer serve there, it's full, thank you bye ”, before hanging up on me. What a lack of civility and politeness... Move on, there are other places offering local dishes, while giving you respect.

The food is good and of very fair quality for the price. Superb homemade fresh ginger tea. Accessible with children and strollers. Thank you for this good time

16/01/2025: A customer for 20 years, I have always really appreciated this place, with of course ups and downs. But since the takeover by David Lloyd, the pricing policy has become very aggressive, over the last 6 years I have suffered an increase of 67%, including 13% for 2025. The pricing policy is absolutely not transparent, it you just need to discuss it with other customers to see it, despite similar profiles. Loyalty is not rewarded, there is no long-term vision... David Lloyd justifies himself by the work undertaken, but not all of it was necessary and for some it is worse than before. I'm thinking of the changing rooms, where it's cold in winter and at certain times it's a real station hall, plus the sauna has disappeared (you have to pay extra to have access to it, another 20% more). A course very popular for its fun side, using our cognitive skills (memory, coordination) has also disappeared, even though it had good attendance. I'm talking about one course, out of the hundred there are in the week. You systematically ask us for our opinion, but don't really take it into account. Yes, there are pleasant and positive points, but here I am a little revolted and above all I wonder how long these increases will continue, when personally I have nothing more... Sincerely

14/01/2025: Every year, the subscription price increases. without specifying the reasons. Promises that there will be work done for the fitness room, still no nails driven for a while, part of the floor is very damaged at the level of the dumbbells, you just need to put the dumbbells on the ground, there are a lot dust that comes out, even linoleum is removed. Far too many members quite often during peak hours, no benches available. Bodybuilding side too small. Every day, the number of members increases, but at the gym level, nothing changes, sometimes we have to wait. I thought I heard that the machines had to be replaced every 5 or 6 years, still nothing. We can increase a price but you must have valid reasons, we will increase your subscription without telling you why or how. Floor deform impossible to use

05/09/2024: We went there because it had a great rating and the name appealed to us, very kind welcome from the owner, good service, but afterward a little “disappointed” with the crepes. We expected something more gourmet and tasty, perhaps this is the choice we made (homemade jam and meringue, we found the meringue without much interest as it was offered, very sweet jam which took over everything . Damage …) . Also the decor, the place itself, lacks identity in our opinion and had imagined something else with that name. The hot drinks were good.

30/08/2024: For 3 years, during our stays in Annecy we have stopped at Pura Vida for lunch. We have never been disappointed. Fresh, good quality products, warm and smiling welcome. The cookie is killer! See you next year.

04/12/2024: Let's start with the positive, the quality of the plates was good but quite simple. As for the welcome and warmth of the place, it's quite another. We waited at least a good 7 minutes before being received at the restaurant reception, although the waitress was smiling, that doesn't bode well. The appetizers arrived quite quickly but then the dishes...we waited over 30 minutes, dessert served quickly but very cold. The atmosphere is very cold although the place is beautiful...Tested but not adopted.

30/11/2024: An excellent surprise! a casino restaurant, a very small one at that, which offers a very nice taste discovery and adorable service. The view of the games tables generates pleasant activity! Well done and thank you

17/09/2024: We happened to pass here on our motorcycle tour. Even though it was already well after 2 p.m., we were still made very tasty pizzas. The service was very polite and we were able to laugh a lot together with the waiter.

15/10/2024: We had the soup of the day which was pumpkin and the quiche. Everything was delicious!! And prices are very reasonable, especially compared to restaurants in Chamonix. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

04/09/2024: Nous désirons commander les apéritifs vers les 13 heures et choisir les plats un peu plus tard. L'employé (avec une barbichette) me dit que si nous ne commandons pas les boissons et les plats choisis, il y aura de l'attente; je lui dit que nous avons le temps et il me répond que lui, il n'a pas le temps et qu'il ferme à 14 heures. Mon épouse et sa soeur décident quand même de passer la commande des boissons et les filets de perches. Ce même personnage apporte les 2 verres de vin de Chardonnay et la bouteille d'eau minérale, mais pose les 3 boissons sur le bord de la table et disparait ! les filets de perches et les frites sont servis sur des plats préchauffés; le même serveur met "en tas" les perches et les frites dans les assiettes et nous les donnent. nous mangeons presque la totalité du premier service........ et arrive la salade ! plus tard, constatant que personne ne passe pour le 2ème service, nous nous servons nous-mêmes, de toute façon les perches et les frites étaient froides depuis longtemps. Ce déplorable service nous a évidemment incité à ne pas commander les desserts et les cafés. Philippe Languetin, Genève

20/07/2024: Be careful, pizzeria to know. Without having booked, we arrived there following internet reviews. Taken into account immediately, we waited a short time before being served by very friendly and professional staff, the pizzas were more than good, very generous and for unbeatable value for money. I highly recommend. **return in 2024: Generous pizzas with different flavors (tested the one of the month: Corsica), kindness is included in the price, the staff are friendly and like to maintain discussions with their customers even though they had done the catering at the Pompiers ball the day before and slept little - A very good place to know, I recommend as in 2023 at the same time (hello from the Perpignan Fireman)
