28/05/2026: A place with quality accommodation. We felt like we were in another world. The staff were kind and very attentive to our well-being. The restaurant was excellent. We embarked on a culinary journey. The chef is passionate about fine cuisine. The price-quality ratio was quite reasonable. The products were of good quality. The chalets are enchanting, as are the decor and gardens. We highly recommend this place. It's a real escape from our daily routine.

05/09/2026: The products are undoubtedly of good quality, however, considering the price, the service is completely inadequate. The dishes are ordinary, lacking any refinement or subtlety in the flavors. The waitress is pleasant, but doesn't meet the expected standards. The knives look like they came from a cafeteria... I found this address in a book listing various good restaurants. I encourage you to try the Chartreuse au Reposoir restaurant; it's half the price and the quality is incomparable. This is the first time I've left a negative review, but frankly, I was disappointed.

23/08/2026: Excellent in every way, the cuisine was masterful, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the chef was at the helm. Thank you for this delightful meal: sweetbreads with an exceptional morel and chanterelle sauce, peas and new potatoes in a Grand Marnier soufflé, a glass of Chinon, and coffee with a mini puff pastry Tatin. The service was very professional, not with a forced, commercial smile, but a genuine one that brought me pure joy. A very charming lady, a regular customer, sat at my table and shared this lunch with me. Please give this lady my regards to the manager. Thank you again! Passing through this magnificent region. 28/08/2026: The decor is super original... but the rest is completely empty... from the servers to the food, nothing special that justifies the hefty bill... the food is bland and tasteless... really, save your money, it's not worth your time...

30/06/2026: Avoid this place; it doesn't take criticism well. The cook(s) don't even know how to cook something to medium-rare instead of rare. The ribeye steak isn't a proper ribeye. Low-quality meat. Fatty and sinewy. You can't just become a cook overnight; you need to be one. I don't understand the 5-star reviews unless they're from friends.

28/08/2026: I really enjoyed the fondue (you need at least two people), even in the summer evening when it's cool and refreshing 😉. The servers were attentive and friendly, and we didn't have to wait at all. I recommend it 👍

16/09/2026: The place is very nice and stylish, right in the center of La Clusaz, really great. The service is excellent, the owner is super friendly and fun 👌 However, I was a little disappointed with the food... The hiker's platter turned out to be just a salad, a nasty surprise, and above all, there was nothing on it 🙄 One piece of toast, one slice of charcuterie, and that's it... At over €20 for the platter, we clearly expected something else. As for me, the classic fondue for one person with white wine was nothing special, served with the same salad and one slice of cured ham... I appreciate the effort to serve fondues for one person, but I was disappointed with the contents.

07/06/2026: I've been eating pizzas from Chez Pizza As for years and they're really very good! Last night, for the first time, I tried their sushi (I'm always hesitant about these things) and it was incredible! I've finally found my go-to place for very fresh, high-quality sushi!

22/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome for lunch at 3 pm! We had called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. Our table was set when we arrived. A friendly chat, smiles, and good value for money. We highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: We went there for lunch in July. Our reservation wasn't taken into account, and we felt like we were bothering them. We went back that same evening because no other restaurants were open in Thones. The service was very different and much more pleasant. The two waiters were very kind. A nice touch was the biscuits and bowls of fresh water for our two dogs. The food, although simple, was very good. We'll be back!

15/08/2026: Brilliant pub. Came here with my family for evening meal sat on the terrace at the back overlooking the valley as sun was going down - incredible spot, with great staff serving really good food and beer! Will be going back again before we leave! Absolute gem of a place

27/08/2025: An absolutely unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of the Alps, this restaurant is a true gem. The view is breathtaking, each dish is a journey for the taste buds, and the welcome is as warm as it is sincere. You can feel the passion in each plate, fresh products enhanced with talent and creativity. I envy those who live nearby and can go there regularly... it's an address we would like to keep secret, but which deserves to be known to everyone.

18/05/2026: A very good kebab. The only downside is the quality of the fries, which I find so-so, but the meat is good. The wrap or taco is always generously filled, which is great.
