23/11/2024: The team is just fabulous. Exceptional and attentive service. Thank you thank you! We had dinner at Roc. The service is impeccable and everything was absolutely delicious.
11/09/2024: For the occasion of my husband's birthday, I did not hesitate to come back to Mr Yoann Conte; the blue house (3rd time!) and it's always magnificent, pure joy.
The welcome is warm, the 2 restaurants facing the lake offer subtle and gourmet menus. We thank Mr Yoann and his wife for their attentive presence, the chefs and all the teams, for their professionalism and their kindness.
We will come back without hesitation for the next occasion.

13/08/2024: Great at first glance, but there are a lot of details missing. Door is stuck, hard to open, room service dishes are not cleared away for 2 days, no music, candles in the spa relaxation room, no teas, snacks in the spa. No personal interaction at check-out (how was your stay,...?)

31/08/2024: We went there almost every evening during a week's visit to Annecy, the dishes were good, the quantities sufficient and the price fair. The cocktails are very good too, probably the best value for money in Annecy.

03/09/2024: 12:55 p.m. no more specials of the day while the restaurant is less than full, and printer broken not practical to get reimbursed for costs on bill....disappointed with this restaurant chain between 01 and 74 it's no better...
01/09/2024: The guy tells us 10/15 min wait so no worries, we ask him can we eat outside knowing that there is a shaded terrace, yes you can but it will be in the sun, well listen it won't be in your blah chain
They had empty tables and people waiting. I didn't really understand the concept apart from creating a wait.

We had the menu with the Savoyard fondue. A treat as well as the violet kir, not to mention the homemade dessert 😋.

We had a wonderful evening and this dinner will remain among our fondest memories. Well done to the entire Serac team and we highly recommend this address. We send you our most sincere compliments and we will come back with pleasure if we once again have the opportunity to pass through St Gervais. Thank you for this delicious moment.
28/08/2024: Thank you for this delicious and very good time: beautiful dishes, cooked, tastefully flawless which left us full. The lobster and meat were cooked perfectly. The balanced seasoning where the flavors of the accompaniments found their rightful place. The surprising desserts delighted us (chocolates - mint/rhubarb brioche, cream and gin - "baba" style), and a special ban for 2 of the sweet treats: the crunchy cannelé on the outside, as soft as desired on the inside and discreetly rumy, and the dough of apricot/verbena fruit with just the right balance.
A special mention for our hostess who showed extreme conviviality.

11/09/2024: I ordered tacos and I didn't have any sauce, it was dry and above all there was nothing in my tacos except 3 pieces of meat, I'm disappointed.

15/09/2024: Epicerie italienne de qualité, le patron propose pizza, pâtes faits maison c'est excellent. On est accueilli par des jeunes très serviables et souriants.Le vin rouge est italien et la grappa parfaite. La boutique restaurant n'est pas très grande, aussi le va et vient des livreurs de pizza ralentit un peu le service et donne peu d'intimité, c'est une ambiance très "famiglia" mais cela reste tout de même très sympa et on y mange très bien. On reviendra
08/09/2024: De la cuisine Italienne revisitée façon Savoyarde.... des recettes et des plats originaux et savoureux, préparés avec des peoduits régionaux et de qualité. Une salle petite mais agréablement décorée. Un service efficace et souriant. Une adresse à recommander chaudement !

20/07/2024: Execrable service, when we ask to recook the minced steak for our 2 year old son which arrived rare instead of cooked to perfection the waiter makes fun behind without discretion saying that we want "a sole" while the health rules for a child require that the meat be cooked correctly. And then the waiter dares to ask for a steak tartare to be cooked!! and does not even know the composition of his dishes when serving. The hospital that doesn't care about charity. Serious lack of professionalism and very average cuisine. Lack of seasoning, frozen fries… for this price it’s unacceptable.
Better to look elsewhere!!

07/11/2024: Spent today with four people. I find your menus which are always very interesting. The cuisine is very good and of high quality. A fantastic view of the mountains and the surrounding area. This place is calm, and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We will surely come back. We are delighted to have had a warm welcome.
17/10/2024: Placed at an altitude of 800 m above Annecy, you can see the lake. Very quiet place, but you have to take the car for the slightest trip. Warm and helpful welcome. Thanks to you

02/09/2024: Very good experience for our night at the Refuge with half board. Smiling and efficient welcome from Lisa, copious and excellent meals (the pancakes for breakfast, what a luxury!!) and completely honorable room.
30/08/2024: Refuge taken under the TMB. Very cute, far from the big tourist shelters that we encountered on this tour. An incredible view of Mont Blanc. Impeccable service and very generous meals.
I recommend without hesitation

12/12/2023: Après avoir échangé plus d'un an à l'avance au sujet d'une réservation (indisponibilité, travaux...) maintenant on ne se donne même plus la peine de répondre à mes demandes.
Clairement cet hôtelier ne joue pas le jeu des réservation par Box. Un bon coup de pub pour lui mais réservation impossible quand on en fait la demande.
10/12/2023: Nous avons appelé pour réserver une nuit pour mars 2024 avec dîner petit-déjeuner et accès au spa via une wonderbox mais on nous informe d'un supplément de €79 du fait de récents travaux. Je suus choqué de cette réponse ! Je demande alors si il y possibilité de réserver sans supplément en période plus creuse, le monsieur me dit que les tarifs varient selon les périodes choisies mais qu'il y aura toujours un supplément. Je demande le détail des suppléments selon les périodes, là il est incapable de me dire précisément ce qu'il en est. Je lui propose de me faire un devis pour un week-end avec nuit supplémentaire au tarif en vigueur. Je lui laisse mon adresse mail mais après 10 jours aucune réponse ! Je rappelle, le monsieur semble gêné et me dit qu'il va m'envoyer le devis mais ne s'excuse pas ! 15 jours après toujours rien ! Mais qui est cet hôtelier !? Et sa façon d'agir !? Ça se veut au service du client alors qu'il ne veut semble t il pas des clients wonderbox... Arrêtez donc le partenariat si vous n'en voulez plus !
Je vais contacter l'enseigne best western afin de faire remonter ce comportement inapproprié, dédaigneux et honteux.
