17/03/2026: This is the first time this has happened to me. I just got home, I ordered a meal for myself and a kids' meal for my son. I didn't check the bag, and when I got home there were no nuggets or fries. So, no meal for my son except for a yogurt and a drink, so he's not going to eat anything, and zero fries. This is the first time this has happened to me at any McDonald's I've been to. It's unbelievable but true. Really pay attention and check your bags at the drive-thru because the service is terrible.

16/03/2026: I ordered takeout from the drive-thru and they laughed so hard at my name, saying it wasn't a normal name. Your employee should work in a circus; there they can laugh at people. Sorry, this is inappropriate.

26/03/2026: A truly excellent mountain restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The portions are generous. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is very welcoming. It's rare to find owners who take such good care of their employees, and it shows in the overall atmosphere. Hats off to all the kitchen, service, and management staff. A restaurant not to be missed.

25/03/2026: Alpine restaurant right on the slopes with simple yet delicious mountain cuisine. We visited this restaurant twice, charmed by its ideal location at the foot of the slopes and by its honest, unpretentious food. The menu isn't particularly original—most dishes are simple and straightforward (cheese specialties like tartiflette, savory buckwheat crepes, omelets, salads, etc.). On our first visit, we tried the goat cheese salad, which was good but not memorable, as well as the tartiflette, which wasn't particularly successful. However, the duck breast with thyme sauce and dauphinoise potatoes left a very good impression. On our second visit, I opted for the butcher's special with green peppercorn sauce: a pleasant surprise, with flavorful and perfectly cooked meat. This time, we left room for dessert—and we were right to do so. The chocolate and salted caramel crepe was delicious, as was the blueberry tart, generously filled with fruit and boasting an intense blueberry flavor. The service was pleasant and efficient. The main drawback is the rather unpleasant atmosphere due to the large number of customers and the high noise level, which can become quite overwhelming during peak hours. In short, this restaurant is a convenient and enjoyable stop during a day of skiing, offering simple yet tasty cuisine and good value for money.

02/03/2026: Always a warm welcome, and the quality of the tacos is consistently excellent (which is quite rare!). Most importantly, the place is always clean, whether it's day or night; we've always found it spotless. 👌 I highly recommend it!

13/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at the Chalet de l'Aulp. The people were truly lovely and the food delicious! I ate the tartiflette, the best I've ever eaten!! The team came out in person to sing us Happy Birthday with our cake, which was absolutely adorable!! I recommend it 200%! Just be careful about the parking lot downstairs; when it's full, the police will fine cars parked further down... Go for it!

23/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, reservation for 21 people including 3 children. Top-notch service, the sauerkraut was delicious. We had a wonderful evening. Everything was perfect, as usual.

05/10/2025: Welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious meal with lots of flavor and beautiful presentation. All four of us enjoyed it. From starter to dessert, the venison, the beef, and the ducklings were excellent. An original and delicious birthday cake. Thanks to the chefs, Emilie, Éléa, and Francis.

06/01/2026: This is my absolute favorite: the best kebab in Annecy. I love it every time. They make the best kefta I've ever tasted in Annecy, no exaggeration. The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/03/2026: The hotel is very well located on the slopes. The restaurant is very good and the spa is excellent. We booked the family suite, which cost us a fortune (€2400 for 3 nights), and frankly, at that price, we expected a slightly higher-end service: no amenities, the sitting area was reduced to two small armchairs, one of the sinks didn't work, the coffee machine and cups weren't changed daily, the terrace overlooked the parking lot, and the staff was not very available… so, a bit disappointed!

25/02/2026: I very rarely give 5 stars but this hotel was so perfect for our holiday, I couldn't fault anything and therefore its very deserving. The location is ideal with a boot room that opens out directly onto a slope which takes you down to the main cable cars. It was about a 10-15 minute walk downhill, with a slow toddler,(quicker if skiing down), but it made the main town area more accessible than if we walked down the various roads at the front of the hotel. The views from the hotel were lovely, we were fortunate to be able to see some of the slopes from our bathroom window which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very family friendly and is run by an actual family who together with their staff members were so friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We went with a 1 year old toddler who enjoyed running around the hotel and everyone was very patient and lovely about it, when he became a bit too unsettled during diner times in the main room, arrangements were made for us to eat separately in the "lounge room" which helped him feel more relaxed and allowed us as parents to enjoy our meal. Speaking of which, the food was varied, satisfying and incredibly tasty, we opted for half board and dinner was a set menu one night with a special option the following night and so on. On the specials nights we managed to try raclette, fondue and an amazing duck. Breakfast was also of a very high quality with a good variety of items, I still think about the french toast which was a joy to have each morning. I appreciated the breakfast not feeling like a mass market buffet and it felt as if the dishes were prepared thoughtfully. The spa area and pool were a great bonus and our room layout itself was functional and cosy. The alpine charm was felt throughout the hotel. If considering a stay I would highly recommend this gem.

12/03/2026: My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating (arrival and departure times, package delivery, luggage storage, ski locker) and friendly (open to conversation). The superior double room with mountain view was better equipped than expected, as we had a kitchenette (with kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop). We had booked a one-hour massage (on-site!) which was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the café/restaurant and the swimming pool (with its jacuzzi). The hotel is close to shops and less than 10 minutes from the Morillon gondola lift and its bus/shuttle stop. We were able to access the hotel and visit the surrounding area (Samoëns, Joux-Plane, Cirque du Fer à Cheval) without a car. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

18/03/2026: For a romantic lunch, we booked a table at this charming and very pleasant restaurant. We could actually hear each other talk. We ordered a generous natural fondue with charcuterie and salad. It was delicious. We had kir as an aperitif and water for the rest of our drinks. We each had a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with whipped cream), which had a real wow factor with its mound of whipped cream, and a coffee each. The meal for two came to €103. We had a wonderful time, served with a smile and at a relaxed pace. We ate so well that we didn't have dinner that evening. It's certainly expensive, but we savored the moment and the excellent meal.

09/11/2025: Whether on one of the two terraces or inside in one of the three different dining areas, it's always a delight! If you're lucky enough to get a table in the "lounge" (limited seating, reservations are essential), this intimate lounge/fireplace area remains my favorite, with its comfortable sofas before sitting down to eat. The other two dining rooms are also very pleasant. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive, despite a few minor points that could be improved (such as systematically announcing the dishes). A true pleasure every time, a passionate and comforting cuisine. Thank you to the Chef and his team.

04/02/2026: A beautiful ski area with views of Mont Blanc, and set in an amazing natural park. Powder bowls and great snow. Well worth the visit.

10/02/2026: The check-in process was lengthy and difficult for many. There was confusion about the deposit. There was no hot water, but they do have a shower, which apparently doesn't work often. The food is decent, the bar closes very early, and if you have to leave your backpack in the garage but sleep on the top floor, this is very annoying.

28/09/2025: The manager is not up to the task, he could drown in a drop of water. Friendly and efficient staff, very decent meal.
