19/04/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is genuinely kind, welcoming, and friendly, which makes all the difference. The food was generally good, but it's a shame it wasn't piping hot enough when served; it detracted somewhat from the enjoyment. We were seated in a small room behind the bar. The place is nice, but it could use a bit more light to be even more pleasant. Despite these minor points for improvement, it's still a good place with a very friendly team.

And what can I say about the food... expertly prepared, fresh, and delicious! An absolutely perfect experience, 20/20, we'll be back!

29/03/2026: We rediscovered this restaurant with pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the crust. The waiter, who was also our waiter, knew how to highlight the dishes on the menu. We will return to try the Swiss fondue and the galettes. We will not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends and tenants.

17/03/2026: The savory crepes are delicious and generous, the service is quick, and the staff are very friendly. We ordered a set menu but were too full after the savory crepes, so they kindly offered us sweet crepes to go. Vegetarian options are available.

27/04/2026: A very comfortable hotel, ideally located with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff are very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. The relaxation area is excellent. The parking is a plus. A very good establishment that I highly recommend.

22/04/2026: A very good hotel in the center of Evian. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good, and it's possible to order omelets or French toast in addition to the buffet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a shame that access to the spa isn't free, even for Hilton Members, depending on the room booked. The €20 supplement per person is exorbitant for children, who can only access the small pool for one hour in the morning and two hours in the middle of the afternoon.

22/04/2026: The real gem once inside! The young, friendly, and helpful team was very welcoming, and I thank Wallid for his availability and dedication – we loved it! Impeccable service! Spacious room with a balcony and quiet on the street side. Very nice terrace, convenient access, and of course, the parking is narrow and expensive for several days, plus the vehicle loading process is quite chaotic.

19/10/2025: We came to Thonon-les-Bains for a 3-week spa treatment. We frequently had lunch in the Belle Époque and regularly stopped off at the end of the day. We enjoyed every moment at this establishment: the food, the welcome, the location, and the various thoughtful touches. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Don't hesitate to stop by.

14/04/2026: Je suis très déçu du Mcdo… je venais régulièrement chez vous, mais je pense ne plus trop venir… Nous avions des bons repas offerts dans votre restaurant. Je les donne après avoir fait une commande sur place à la borne. La personne en charge de la caisse ne connaissait pas. Et demande à la manageuse qui me dit, je ne peux pas vous faire 20%, je lui dis que ce sont des menus offerts et de là, elle s'étonne, mais prend les bons. La personne à la caisse après de nombreuses tentatives, et en rajoutant un filet au fish en l'enlevant. En annulant la commande en la refaisant en me disant que cela fait 10e70 alors que non, car j'avais pris des produits avec mes points, cela faisait 2e50. Il me tend le premier ticket qu'il voit et me le montre en me disant bah si. Alors que ce n'était pas notre commande. Pour finir, après un long moment pour qu'il arrive à faire la commande, il a réussi… Nous n'étions pas aux bouts de nos peines… Nous allons nous asseoir et j'entends ESP61. C'est ma commande, je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle nous appelle alors qu'on consomme à table. Je me rends compte qu'en annulant et refaisant la commande, il avait mis à emporter ! la personne qui m'a tendu le sac me soutient que c'est une erreur de ma part. Elle n'a pas voulu me faire un plateau… Nous avons mangé sur place avec un sac à emporter… C'est vraiment inadmissible de la part de ce Mcdo !!!.
