01/02/2026: Exceptional service, warm and friendly atmosphere. A fantastic team. The only downside is that the homemade fries have disappeared, much to my regret.

29/06/2025: The beef steaks with chanterelle sauce were very good. In addition, the view of Lake Geneva and the fresh air made the heatwave very bearable.

22/06/2025: After a short hike, this is the perfect place to stop. The food is excellent, with specialties like the nettle tart and the homemade ice cream. The view of the lake is splendid! The service was a bit slow, even though there weren't many people in the restaurant.

08/07/2025: Meal with colleagues on the terrace, quite nice to have lunch outside. I had a fairly average Caesar salad, which was a shame. Otherwise, the dessert, which you could choose and serve yourself, was very fresh (homemade fruit salad).

06/07/2025: The servers are attentive and responsive. The food is served quickly and hot. We had a Savoyard escalope with morels inside, which was really delicious; it's a shame there weren't many sides (fried). Unfortunately, the potatoes with the tartiflette were still hard, and the taste was bland. I don't recommend it. The price of drinks was a bit high for our taste: 4.50 for a diabolo.

17/06/2025: The meat was good but frozen fries are really not possible given the price. You have to make homemade fries with such expensive prices.

02/02/2026: Superb! For lovers of Chinese food, we'll definitely be back. We rediscovered the tastes, the flavors, and the memories. The restaurant's entrance is modest, but the interior is much more comfortable and beautifully decorated. This restaurant represents a high-end experience in China. I don't really want to comment on the negative reviews and the low Google rating, but still, they made us miss this otherwise remarkable restaurant the first time around. These comments were probably left by people whose reference points are French Asian restaurants, often run by non-Chinese people. To get back to basics, our menu for two: - pork dumplings, - stir-fried noodles with vegetables, - hot pot of spicy braised eggplant with pork, - stir-fried cabbage in Szechuan sauce, - salt and pepper pork ribs, - crispy duck, - two small glasses of wine, - Taiwanese green tea (excellent) Everything was excellent, once again a taste of China, specifically Shanghai, the hometown of the restaurant owners (my son spoke with them in Chinese 😁). Attentive and efficient service. We'll be back!!

28/12/2023: Une étoile car nous ne pouvons pas mettre 0 malheureusement. Accueil déplorable, nous avons réservé une table pour ce soir pour 10 personnes, nous arrivons au restaurant la serveuse n’avais pas confirmé notre réservation, résultat nous nous retrouvons sans rien. La serveuse blonde est une condescendance….. À FUIRE !!!!!

28/12/2023: Nous avons réservé une grande table par l’intermédiaire de notre hôtel, la serveuse nous rappel à 20h30 pour confirmer la réservation de 21h30 que nous avons confirmé. Arrivée au restaurant notre table a été prise par d’autres personnes. Honteux…

17/01/2026: This restaurant deserves zero stars. The man was aggressive while explaining things to us; he literally treated us like idiots! I absolutely do not recommend it! He should find another line of work if he's going to be aggressive towards customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

17/09/2024: Great coffee! The only one with so many choices in Annemasse! The team is really very pleasant, as well as the place which is very well maintained and where it is pleasant to have a drink and snack on a few things.

14/09/2024: I give one star for the service, the tables are not even cleaned. All the saleswomen are behind the counter. For information, we stayed for a good hour on a Saturday afternoon when there were no crowds either...

31/12/2025: We had a great meal here after skiing. The sushi was freshly prepared and delicious. We ordered some sashimi, a maki mix, some neige rolls, chicken curry and a Bo Bun dish. Everything was exceptional and we will visit again before we leave to go home.

26/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed. There's a wide selection of sushi, spring rolls, chicken skewers, etc. The menu is extensive and the prices are very reasonable. The products are fresh and the shop is very clean.

25/01/2025: Un endroit magique. Dès l’entrée nous sommes plongés dans l’univers d’un chalet savoyard très cosy avec un accueil chaleureux. Du personnel au top et très à l’écoute et avec beaucoup d’humour. Les patrons sont adorables et nous mangeons merveilleusement bien. Un rapport qualité prix parfait. La note : 20/20. 20/01/2025: Quelle belle adresse. Un accueil chaleureux, décontracté et très professionnel. La cuisine du chef met en valeur les traditions savoyardes et les produits locaux de qualité. L'ambiance du restaurant est également à mentionner: on se sent immédiatement transporté dans un chaleureux chalet de Haute-Savoie. La décoration en bois, les éclairages doux et les petites touches artisanales créent une atmosphère cocooning parfaite pour déguster un bon repas en toute sérénité. En somme Le Denieu est une adresse incontournable pour quiconque cherche à savourer une cuisine de nos montagnes. Bravo et merci nous reviendrons. Nicolas et Virginie.
