09/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Annecy. The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant. A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!

16/07/2026: Local tip (ATTENTIF): If you need a late night bite this spot is sometimes open later than posted online depending on how busy the night gets (for takeout, I can’t vouch for dine in). It’s a perfect place for pizza. I got one pizza and it feeds one person, myself on the night that I ate it, perfectly. I also grabbed a drink on my way out from a fully stocked refrigerator in the takeout kitchen. I had a great night. Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, there’s fantastic service in this area of town (Abondance~) for food so that’s pretty standard. There’s many polyglots in this area which is exemplary of how welcoming this area is. The food here is great quality and I like how many options there are on the menu for classic urban fare. 😊

11/03/2026: To give you an idea of ​​when to call: during peak season at the end of February, I called at 7:15 PM, and the first available pickup was at 9:00 PM. I had a friendly chat with the two team members present during pickup; they were working hard to deliver great pizzas!

10/07/2026: The setting was nice, and that's the only positive point, unfortunately. The steak tartare was cut too large, the seasoning wasn't very good, and the fries had a strong duck fat taste, even though nothing was mentioned about it. In any case, they were really bad. The chocolate mousse was extremely dry, not airy, and tasteless, with a layer of olive oil on top. And to top it all off, the manager was extremely unpleasant and even very rude when it came time to pay. Her credit card machine was faulty, and she had the nerve to say in front of everyone that I was causing them to waste time. In short, never again.

The welcome was warm, the staff incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive to everyone. The meal was simply delicious, with dishes as beautiful as they were tasty. The presentation was impeccable, and every bite was a true delight. Thanks to your professionalism and good humor, we had an unforgettable family time. 19/07/2026: I wasn't used to buying my bread there. I wanted to try it: very disappointed with the baguettes, undercooked, poor quality, and overpriced at €1.15 each (and there's no buy 4 free). Furthermore, I weighed three baguettes: 230g, 240g, and 244g, whereas the minimum weight should be 250g. In short: very disappointed. Expensive for poor quality baguettes that aren't the right weight.

09/07/2026: Today, July 9, 2026, at 1:10 PM, I went to this bakery and received very poor service. I am a disabled person, but the cashier was serving other customers before me. He was alone, rude, and a customer insulted me. Furthermore, the cashier left me standing in front of the register without a word. A sales assistant came to help me, but I preferred to spend my money at another bakery. The laws regarding disabled people show no respect for any employee. The place is not accessible for disabled people. The owner was not present. This is not the first time I have been to this bakery, and it is very disappointing. I was very well received at the Millet bakery. Now I will spend my money at this bakery.
