29/03/2026: We rediscovered this restaurant with pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the crust. The waiter, who was also our waiter, knew how to highlight the dishes on the menu. We will return to try the Swiss fondue and the galettes. We will not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends and tenants.
17/03/2026: The savory crepes are delicious and generous, the service is quick, and the staff are very friendly. We ordered a set menu but were too full after the savory crepes, so they kindly offered us sweet crepes to go. Vegetarian options are available.

30/03/2026: We ordered from here for takeaway pizzas only. 5 stars for friendly helpful staff, and super quick preparation time (ready in 15 minutes from when we called). 4 stars for atmosphere (a little unfair because we didn’t actually eat here, but this is from the perspective of what we saw when we came into the restaurant to pick up the food etc). 3 -4 stars for the actual pizza - it wasn’t amazing, but for a French alps restaurant it was good enough and all we could hope / expect for a pizza takeaway. Would still recommend for that purpose

13/04/2026: Exceptional hotel. We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel's view of Mont Blanc is magnificent; we dined there on our first evening and thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the meal. We also had the opportunity to use the spa during our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ms. Nitram, who ensured our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!
08/04/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful time here and cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are so thoughtful that even gave my 3-year-old daughter a present. The food was amazing. The quality and flavors were top-notch. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to come back!

30/03/2026: We stumbled across this absolute gem while on holiday in Le Grand-Bornand and it was a highlight of our trip. The food was fantastic and the pizza in particular was top quality, complemented perfectly by the lovely and welcoming service we received. We were surprised to learn that this was actually their final day under the current ownership, which is a real shame given the high standard they have maintained. We truly enjoyed our meal and want to wish the team all the very best for the future.

08/05/2026: First and foremost, I must emphasize that the food was delicious. Excellent value for money, the meat was cooked to absolute perfection, as was the fish, and the portions were generous and beautifully presented. On that front, there was nothing to criticize: the serving plates were spotless, and the work in the kitchen truly deserves praise. Unfortunately, if only the serving dishes could live up to the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen… Wine glasses with visible marks from previous customers, water glasses in the same condition, a stained white napkin (changed only after request), and then the final shock: after drinking my tea, I discovered that the large cup it had been served in was still dirty from the previous service. Inside, there were caked-on coffee residues. I simply ran my finger along the cup to remove them… and from that moment on, I was completely disgusted to the point of stopping drinking. Being in the industry myself, I know very well that before putting a cup in the dishwasher, a simple wipe with a sponge prevents exactly this kind of situation. A simple, proper polish, especially with white vinegar as is done in many establishments, also prevents visible marks, deposits, and residue on glassware and dishes. However, the most disturbing aspect wasn't the mistake itself—it can happen anywhere—but the way it was handled. Throughout the meal, I said nothing about the glasses so as not to create unnecessary awkwardness. I simply asked discreetly for the stained napkin to be replaced. I waited until the end of the meal to calmly and quietly mention the various problems encountered, when paying the bill, precisely so as not to embarrass the establishment in front of the other customers. The waiter even admitted that it was indeed traces of the previous coffee and that the usual procedure had clearly not been followed. Despite all these inconveniences, I left a tip because, once again, I know this business and it's inconceivable for me to leave without one. However, seeing the servers snickering together at the counter afterward because I had complained about the cleanliness of the dishes was deeply inappropriate. I, too, could have made a scene or publicly humiliated the establishment. I chose to be respectful and fair to the very end. What a shame to take a respectful customer for a fool. Besides, I don't usually leave negative reviews, even when there are minor issues or service errors. We're all human, and it's part of the job. But here, it was primarily the condescension of the waitress and waiter—and I want to emphasize that this absolutely does not apply to the trainee, who was perfectly polite—that deeply bothered and humiliated me. I always spoke respectfully, calmly, and discreetly. Perhaps there was a particular hostility towards Parisians; I don't know. But in any case, a customer who remains polite and considerate despite this kind of unpleasantness should never be ridiculed. The experience will therefore remain very mixed: excellent food, but unfortunately, the handling of the dishes and the customer service were not up to standard. Thank you in the kitchen, great discovery.

07/03/2026: The hotel is very well located on the slopes. The restaurant is very good and the spa is excellent. We booked the family suite, which cost us a fortune (€2400 for 3 nights), and frankly, at that price, we expected a slightly higher-end service: no amenities, the sitting area was reduced to two small armchairs, one of the sinks didn't work, the coffee machine and cups weren't changed daily, the terrace overlooked the parking lot, and the staff was not very available… so, a bit disappointed!
25/02/2026: I very rarely give 5 stars but this hotel was so perfect for our holiday, I couldn't fault anything and therefore its very deserving. The location is ideal with a boot room that opens out directly onto a slope which takes you down to the main cable cars. It was about a 10-15 minute walk downhill, with a slow toddler,(quicker if skiing down), but it made the main town area more accessible than if we walked down the various roads at the front of the hotel. The views from the hotel were lovely, we were fortunate to be able to see some of the slopes from our bathroom window which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very family friendly and is run by an actual family who together with their staff members were so friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We went with a 1 year old toddler who enjoyed running around the hotel and everyone was very patient and lovely about it, when he became a bit too unsettled during diner times in the main room, arrangements were made for us to eat separately in the "lounge room" which helped him feel more relaxed and allowed us as parents to enjoy our meal. Speaking of which, the food was varied, satisfying and incredibly tasty, we opted for half board and dinner was a set menu one night with a special option the following night and so on. On the specials nights we managed to try raclette, fondue and an amazing duck. Breakfast was also of a very high quality with a good variety of items, I still think about the french toast which was a joy to have each morning. I appreciated the breakfast not feeling like a mass market buffet and it felt as if the dishes were prepared thoughtfully. The spa area and pool were a great bonus and our room layout itself was functional and cosy. The alpine charm was felt throughout the hotel. If considering a stay I would highly recommend this gem.
