17/08/2026: I've eaten better, but the quality of the cooking needs improvement. The manager needs to rethink the restaurant; the music is blasting, and the service is unfriendly, with no smiles whatsoever—it's as if they don't want to work.

19/02/2026: We arrived with complete independence. The housekeeping in the rooms needs improvement as they are starting to show their age. The food was well-equipped, the pool was clean and well-heated, and the rooms were also well-prepared. The bed was made up before our arrival and even included an extra pillow. There were no bathrobes for the pool. We only stayed one night, but I could easily see myself staying a week.

15/02/2026: A very nice residence, well located near Annecy with a lovely view, and several swimming pools, including one open even in winter. Self check-in is available from 2 pm onwards, which we really appreciated.

13/09/2026: The ice cream was very good, with pronounced flavors and, above all, some quite original ones (pineapple is rare, for example). Just a little pricey, I found. I tried them at a festival afterward, so maybe it was the festival price, but €8.50 for a milkshake is a bit steep. Otherwise, a very good find.

28/08/2026: So far we've tried _stracciatella_ _ a small pot of pistachio _ salted caramel _ coconut sorbet I have to say, I'm completely blown away by this ice cream shop! Each bite is a true explosion of concentrated flavor in your mouth. It's rich, melts in your mouth, and the pieces (when there are any) are substantial, large, and crunchy. In short, they don't skimp on quality here, and at a very reasonable price. Their pastries also look excellent. It's a real shame there aren't more small pots to choose from (even more expensive ones). I would have loved to buy a wider variety of flavors to try twice as many. 5 🌟

28/08/2026: Before the fire, this restaurant was a must for me: refined and generous cuisine, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. Tonight, disappointment: what we ate was just average. The kidneys were swimming in sauce... far too much sauce! It's a shame the cocktail arrived with the main course and the appetizer after the main course... so we ate our snails cold. The waiter did his best, was friendly enough, but didn't coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes. I also found it very disappointing to see bottles of industrial mayonnaise and ketchup being served to other tables. For a restaurant of this caliber, the presentation could be much better (homemade mayo is so simple!)... at the local roadside diner, fine, but not here. Finally, I was appalled to see a couple of smokers lighting up their cigarettes on the terrace while the entire terrace was occupied and in the middle of service! I'm not anti-smoking, but eating with the smell of cigarettes? No thanks. The service was nice, they brought an ashtray. It felt like stepping back into the 90s! I might come back later, but not right now.

29/08/2026: I've been a customer of this bakery for years, but I was extremely disappointed by my last visit. I bought a breaded fish sandwich; it was cooked on the outside but completely raw on the inside. I asked for it to be reheated, explaining the problem. After the second reheating, the fish was still raw, so I asked for a refund. That a cooking error can happen in a bakery or restaurant is understandable. The real problem lies in the way the matter was handled afterward. Instead of offering a gesture of goodwill and apologizing, the man at the counter became exasperated and ended up refunding me only for the remaining portion of the sandwich. He preferred to risk receiving a bad review regarding food safety and service (which, incidentally, only concerns him) rather than make a gesture of goodwill. This is a deplorable attitude when you're talking about a health risk for customers.

29/09/2026: A wonderful atmosphere in an almost utopian setting! We discovered this restaurant as a couple and had a fantastic evening, enjoying generous Savoyard cuisine with elegant presentation and beautifully presented dishes. Here, the atmosphere is familial, warm, and relaxed. Leave your worries at the door and treat yourself to a delicious meal! A truly wonderful discovery that we highly recommend.
