02/12/2025: We arrived as a group of four without a reservation and received a very warm welcome! The meal was good, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We returned in the afternoon for a drink. It was very busy, and there was only one person serving. He told us it wasn't possible given the number of people, which we understood. While we were looking online for another place to go, tables became available. So we asked again if we could be served, and the answer was yes, but with a delay! We had time, so no problem. And we didn't wait long. Thank you for the lovely welcome. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again 😊

21/01/2026: If you are in Argentiere and you don’t visit the Office Bar, you are making a huge mistake. The food is great and the prices are just right. Service is spectacular, it’s a slam dunk.

22/09/2024: Very friendly and good-willed waitress… But then big organizational problem, dishes come with sauce instead of without, the fondue nothing exceptional, out of stock for certain accompaniments... You are forced to listen to rap for 30 minutes in a restaurant in the evening... thanks to the waitress who asked the manager to change the music for the customers... the crème brûlée served on a second plate full of sauce (see in the photo)… really not professional at all and catastrophic management… and above all, completely false and uncontrolled notes. We paid 103€ and the wrong bill was 179€!!! Free salad (it was the minimum!) I left a tip for the waitress who did her best.

18/09/2024: We have already been here for the first time and the waiter was very welcoming. But this time, a very cold reception. The lights went out and then back on. It took 1 hour to get the first dish, a table much too small for that. We had no place, we were not offered water during the meal. While the other customers for the same meal had the biggest drinks and were offered water. The fondue was all lumpy, the servers were also very rough. No “bon appetit” or “please” The cutlery was barely taken from our hands. For dessert, we had to wait another 45 minutes, even though there were 6 tables in the restaurant. I wouldn't come back, when I have the other negative opinions I completely agree with them. Then there is a bell that just rings throughout the meal. The waiters come and go outside. Restaurant to avoid!

We had excellent pizzas, me a calzone, not many people know how to make it well, it was very good, the waiter very professional and very pleasant, very good service. I highly recommend and we will definitely return.

08/01/2026: Hello Upon arrival, we were greeted by Emmy, a very pleasant person who provided excellent service and follow-up. Her colleague in the restaurant was always available with a smile. Well done! The rooms are well-proportioned. One small drawback: the heating in our three rooms wasn't consistent, and it was a little chilly. Keep up the good work! Sincerely

02/11/2025: The restaurant is an insult to French cuisine. The reception staff are also very unprofessional. When I reported to reception that my room had been entered by housekeepers despite a do not disturb sign on the door, the receptionist laughed inappropriately. Apparently, that's considered funny at this hotel. It's a shame they don't take their work seriously, hence my displeasure. It's because I have to work nearby that I would have changed my hotel because of this childish behavior. Omelet and sausage steaming under the same lid in a warming tray during breakfast. Imagine being vegetarian and having the sausage steam/condensation drippings in your omelet. Delicious!

01/02/2026: We had been regular customers at this restaurant for a long time, so we decided to dine in with some friends. There were seven of us, and the service was very disappointing: the staff weren't smiling, they were visibly grumpy, and the cutlery, napkins, etc., were simply placed at the end of the table, leaving us to distribute them ourselves. One of my friends, who doesn't eat meat, ordered shrimp noodles. Unfortunately, we found meat in her dish. It's also worth noting that the restaurant was practically empty for a Saturday night. When it came time to pay the bill—nearly €150—we simply asked if it would be possible to have some sake, a fairly common courtesy gesture in Asian restaurants for large orders. The waitress asked the owner, who was sitting right next to us. He refused with a shake of his head, without even looking at us or speaking to us, displaying a very unpleasant attitude. There was no goodbye when we left. If customers are treated this way, it's no wonder they don't come back. The least they could do is be polite and offer a welcoming atmosphere, which was clearly lacking: the atmosphere was cold and oppressive. It's a shame, because we enjoyed some of the takeout dishes, especially the sushi (although the noodles tasted different from one order to the next). We won't be returning, nor will we be ordering again. We felt uncomfortable from beginning to end, with absolutely no consideration for the customer, which makes us not want to come back at all.

05/01/2026: Passing through Thonon, we ate at this restaurant. Really disappointed: the burger was terrible, nothing special, and everything was frozen. The restrooms are in a deplorable state (no light for the sink, a small lever to activate it, but you have to be quite dexterous). Really so-so.

26/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to come and eat a good burger in this American sixties atmosphere, a must-try for those who don't know it!
