01/06/2026: It's noon. Service has just started, yet the place is far from clean. Bits of food are scattered all over the service counter, and a sort of flexible, aluminum-colored wine box sits on top of the seeds at the end of the display case... It's a real shame because the quality of the food (in this case, a poke ball) was very good, and the service was pleasant.

27/05/2026: Family lunch on Friday, May 15th. My wife and son loved the maki. I loved the Dan Dan Mian. You can eat in, order takeout, or have it delivered. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fresh, high-quality products. I recommend it ;)

18/03/2026: It's an ok hotel. Clean, functional and well situated a few metres from the lifts and another slope that takes you straight down. I just think that it is overpriced for what it is.

17/03/2026: Reservation at La Grande Lanière for 6 people at 8 pm. Upon arrival, no one seemed to be aware of the reservation, and the table wasn't ready. Once seated, the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink. There was no wine list, "We have red from Savoie." "Do you have white?" – the response: "Hold on, I'll go check." We ordered three fondues, two rib-eye steaks, and, most notably, a tagliatelle with salmon. The dish was a pile of cold, dry, and stuck-together pasta topped with a few pieces of smoked salmon. The fondues arrived, but there were no plates, no bread, and no forks. The bread for the other dishes arrived much later, only upon request, as it was frozen and quickly reheated in the oven. Finally, the meal ended, and the waiter asked if we wanted coffee. "Yes, a decaf, please…" "Oh, sorry, we don't have decaf." Either you want to run a restaurant with a minimum of professionalism and quality, or you should change careers, which would be perfect for future customers who wouldn't be taken for a ride. 29/05/2026: The best spring rolls I've ever eaten! They were refined; for once, the vermicelli was cooked perfectly, and above all, the rice paper wrapping the roll was practically invisible. Fresh ingredients, wonderfully prepared.

14/05/2026: Appalling service. We were completely ignored by the staff despite our repeated gestures and requests to order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. This disregard seemed to stem from our request for a quieter table, as my mother-in-law suffers from Ménière's disease. Such indifference to a request related to a health condition is unacceptable. We ended up leaving without being served. If empathy and customer service aren't part of your DNA, find another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

23/07/2026: I ordered 10 pizzas. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the pizza shop manager. But what really prompted me to leave a review is their complete inability to show any consideration for their customers with a gesture of goodwill after a purchase of nearly €200 worth of pizzas. Not even a bottle of rosé or soda for the children. I had to ask if they offered loyalty cards. I was told they did, but they didn't give them out automatically; I had to request one. Given that my purchase of 10 pizzas meant the loyalty card was maxed out in one go, and my family works in retail, I find it very sad that they have so little ability to offer any kind of gesture of goodwill. All of this will definitely discourage me from returning.

10/05/2026: They sell crap! ;))))) Carrefour products!!! Avoid the beef burgers, they're food garbage!!! The product is full of salt (3x the recommended dose) and starch… I can't wait to go to Rumilly and see this so-called butcher shop… Oh yes, it's definitely a butcher shop…

07/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! The hanger steak with tomato sauce was excellent: very high-quality meat, tender and flavorful. I'm delighted with my purchase, even if the price is a little high; it's definitely worth it for such a good product. This is a place I'll keep close at hand, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good meat.

26/05/2026: Ordered two pizzas for takeout. I get home, and there were mistakes on both orders: the pizzas weren't cut, they were bland, dry, and just plain awful. They even gave me the wrong change. In short, never again, and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! See for yourself in the picture of my "cooked ham pizza." €15 per pizza!

08/07/2026: He served us cheap frozen pizzas and added small pieces of meat to make it look like pizza... Horrible experience for us. He assaulted us in the street after I commented about his pizzas because he didn't want us to tell him the truth. Next time, I'll call the police if I'm attacked in the street. Furthermore, he looks down on the local seasonal workers because, according to him, we do menial jobs. I don't recommend going there; eat somewhere else.

22/02/2026: Lunch with family while skiing - and unfortunately it was a real disappointment. For a venue with around 140-150 seats, having just one single-person toilet is frankly unacceptable. The queue was consistently 10+ people deep, which is not what you expect when you’re trying to get back out onto the slopes. The food - below mediocre and massively overpriced for the quality delivered. The interior - tired and run-down, looks cheap and the overall layout is to squeeze in as many covers as possible rather than creating a comfortable dining experience. Service from the waiting staff was okay, but the manager was notably unfriendly and dismissive, which only added to the poor experience. Would not return and would advise others to avoid.
