10/11/2024: Fast and friendly service on the other hand I ordered a flank steak and it was surprising there was no accompanying sauce I had to add 1 euro extra for the sauce and the overcooked chocolate fondant results poor value for money

12/08/2024: This is recommended by a local friend of mine. I had two scoops on cone, chocolate sorbet and vanilla, with a bulgare yaourt offered as degustation. The chocolate sorbet is filled with chocolate chips, it's really tasty. While bulgare yaourt is actually my favorite among the three! Looking forward to trying more flavors next time.

28/10/2024: We ordered starter, main course and dessert. The starters were pretty average, a leek vinaigrette and a coleslaw with octopus, all with no seasoning and just a hint of creativity. For the main dish, the tuna and the roasted droppings, the tuna is much overcooked, a great lack of inspiration for the harmony of flavors and the roasted carrots were very good. For dessert, citrus cheesecake with fig ice cream and caramelized apple and vanilla tartlet. The latter was raw and not caramelized with a custard the texture of water and tasteless. We mentioned to the waiter that the dessert was not edible. Despite everything, he was billed. In summary, a very average meal. In addition, when ordering we were not informed of the formula of the daily menu.

25/08/2024: Although we have known this restaurant for over 10 years and go there at least once a year, a big disappointment this week. We used to eat seasonal products, recipes and seasonings sought after. This time, a dish of some sort (steak, potatoes and a few mushrooms) and a filling dessert (chocolate ice cream bar). The setting remains superb but the cuisine is absolutely no longer worth the trip.

02/09/2024: We ate last night, it was very good. The meal was excellent. (Bravo the cook). The very nice server (well done also to the server).

14/08/2024: Very pleasant and attentive server. Unlike the boss who could use some courtesy lessons. Very disappointing pancake and prepared only with industrial products. We had good memories of this restaurant, memories which were put to the test severely. I strongly advise against it, unless you want to have a deplorable welcome from the boss and a stomach ache for your week of vacation.

05/09/2024: The price of breakfast is very executive...it's not worth €17, defrosted bread and pastries, 3/4 yogurts in a bowl of ice cream...it really smelled like the end of the season, but I think we should adapt prices...

20/08/2024: Warm food, dry desserts. I'm used to all-you-can-eat buffets, but I admit that I often come to your restaurant, but I no longer find the same flavor there at all. the crab in the sushi is much less good. Maybe not fresh, I don't know, but something has changed. The service was pretty good apart from the fact that we see a lack of self-confidence in the attitude of the waiters, they speak quite inaudibly and don't seem very patient. The staff are very passive and don't seem to enjoy their jobs very much. I would like to have the pleasure of rediscovering the good cuisine that I tasted a year ago. While waiting to see a change, I will look for more quality restaurants in terms of cuisine.

22/11/2024: A customer for over 3 years, I have never been disappointed. Only quality products which are prepared by a passionate person which results in quite simply the best snack in Evian.
