15/08/2026: Hello, first of all, I have to say that I had trouble finding the entrance since everything was dark. Also, while I was served quickly, I don't think I've ever ordered a pizza that looked like that, and what's more, it wasn't cooked. I'll let you see for yourselves what I was served. I had a good laugh, but I had terrible diarrhea for a week. I would have preferred to go to Pizzar Nizar in Saint Gilles, marbabikoum, they cook with heart. Best of luck.

08/07/2026: He served us cheap frozen pizzas and added small pieces of meat to make it look like pizza... Horrible experience for us. He assaulted us in the street after I commented about his pizzas because he didn't want us to tell him the truth. Next time, I'll call the police if I'm attacked in the street. Furthermore, he looks down on the local seasonal workers because, according to him, we do menial jobs. I don't recommend going there; eat somewhere else.

17/08/2026: A truly unexpected and wonderful encounter. The waiter was exceptionally kind: he took the time to explain the mountains in front of us—Pic du Midi, Mont Blanc, glaciers… A true enthusiast, who shares his knowledge willingly and without hesitation. The place is magnificent, and the welcome even more so. I highly recommend it.

12/09/2026: The service and welcome were superb, with genuine kindness and professionalism. They were open for dining at any time. My chefs were delighted to have such smiling and pleasant staff. Highly recommended! 👍👍

02/09/2026: I'm a regular at this McDonald's, and unfortunately, it's not the first time the order quantities have been wrong, especially the fries, which are sometimes only half full. I usually don't complain; I could have gone back to the counter ten times already, but today it was really outrageous: a caramel sundae that was only half full. I pointed it out, and they said they'd add more... but the person just pretended to refill it before handing me almost the same cup. Apparently, I'm not the only one disappointed, since the Google rating is around 3/5. A shame for a regular customer.

19/09/2026: It's Saturday evening, so today is 6 PM and there's nothing left, everything is empty. The employees are cleaning! Not late 🫤 And it's not the first time this has happened! Very disappointing

18/09/2026: The bakery floor is honestly disgusting, and seeing the staff making fun of a customer is unacceptable. Hearing them constantly saying "Wallah" every 30 seconds really annoyed me; there was absolutely no professionalism. In short, I won't be going back.

19/09/2026: A scoop of ice cream at 4.50, which looks more like a teardrop of ice cream without any biscuit, two curls plus whipped cream at 10 euros, the Nutella crepe at 6.50. The prices are exorbitant for basic ice creams and crepes.

16/09/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant. The welcome is very poor from the moment you arrive. One of the waiters was unpleasant when I arrived, not even saying hello or good evening, only asking me to move. I advise you to review your customer service, ladies and gentlemen.

11/08/2026: I strongly advise against going there. I was initially quoted €18, but after insisting that this wasn't the correct price, it dropped to €15, then €12, and finally to €7.10. I find this completely unprofessional and, above all, very suspicious in terms of pricing. Be careful and always ask for the correct price before paying.

11/08/2026: Very disappointed. The staff said I had to order something to use the restroom, which I did, and after ordering, the staff informed me that there were no restrooms after all, what a coincidence!

10/09/2026: Great spot for foosball, pool, darts, and watching football matches. Two rooms, downstairs and upstairs. €15 per hour for pool €13 per hour for foosball Pizza available on site for €10 Highly recommended

30/08/2026: Watered-down beers need to stop. Seriously, I drink five pints and I don't even get a buzz. On the other hand, if you take a sealed 33cl bottle, you can really taste the alcohol.

03/07/2026: The Chamonix Valley isn't cheap, and that's fine and well-known, but this restaurant really takes the cake. A cup of coffee from a cheap vending machine (and very poor quality) will cost you 5 euros. A draft beer 7.60, etc. The setting is beautiful, but the prices aren't okay for what you get. And to use the toilet, you have to go to the cable car...

07/02/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. The meat was served almost raw, the dishes weren't cooked properly, and the ice cream was clearly expired—it had a strange taste and questionable texture. Nothing was right from start to finish. The service was inattentive and no real solutions were offered. Frankly disappointing; I do not recommend it.

02/09/2026: August 26, 2026, 8:52 AM. I wish to report several incidents involving the same cashier, identified as "Myrlene" on my receipt. (She is a rather large woman, not the one wearing a headscarf; there were two of them working yesterday morning.) At the beginning of the year, this cashier charged me for two pizzas that I neither ordered nor took. They were lost in the bulk of my order, and I didn't notice. Her colleague, who had taken over the shift, noticed the error and corrected it, which clearly upset the cashier in question. Yesterday morning, August 26, a similar situation occurred: an extra raisin bread, which I neither ordered nor received, appeared on my receipt. When I pointed out the error, she immediately replied that there wasn't one, without even looking at the receipt. It was only after my insistence (and reminder about the pizza slices...) that she finally processed the refund, without the slightest apology or explanation. Unacceptable! Another time, when I asked for bread to be sliced, this same saleswoman served it to me with tongs, practically slice by slice, loose in a bag... I think she should find another line of work! I won't even mention the reception (the "SBAM Smile Hello Goodbye Thank You" for a Northern chain, does that ring a bell?), the private conversations the saleswomen had at the counter, the customary nonchalance of your team, or the customers who apologize for disturbing them during their "break": one working, three chatting... customers can wait. Not to mention the number of times there's nothing available in the morning or the place is completely closed on Wednesday afternoons. These practices, and this lack of quality, are unacceptable for a chain like yours. I think I'll do 500m more next time!

28/08/2026: I went there today, August 28, 2026, around 2:30 PM. A half-hearted greeting, not a smile, and everyone seemed to be frowning. And to top it all off, the waiter was chewing gum with his mouth open. I felt like I was just bothering them. Never again.

14/09/2026: The waiters were friendly and the food was good, but unfortunately, three out of the four of us got very sick. What a shame...

10/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at Naviot. Excellent meal at a very reasonable price.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed, the restaurant is supposed to close at 9pm, but the staff refused to serve us on-site an hour before because they had supposedly cleaned everything.

10/09/2026: A very bad experience, and unfortunately not just because of the food. From the moment we arrived, we clearly felt like we were bothering them. No smiles, little politeness, and a particularly cold attitude from the staff. We were rushed to choose, as if we absolutely had to be quick, even though the restaurant was far from crowded. This is definitely not the image I have of a business where you come to spend your money. As for the food, it was even more disappointing. The ingredients seemed to lack freshness, and the sandwich was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The salad was wilted, the filling was meager, and there was far too much bread compared to the amount of ingredients. For almost €12, the value for money is frankly hard to justify. I even kept the receipt, something I never do, thinking there might have been a pricing error. What's most worrying is that several reviews seem to report the same problems: unpleasant service, rushed customers, lack of freshness, and disappointing portions. When multiple people describe the same experience, it becomes difficult to dismiss it as a simple isolated incident. I already rarely visited this establishment. This experience has at least reminded me why. I won't be returning.
