20/03/2026: Very nice Italian restaurant with a very cozy interior. I have to give special mention to the service. I've never been so fast in a restaurant, it was truly lightning-fast, barely 5 minutes per course! From the aperitif to the main course and dessert, everything was quick. And yet, it was prawns with gorgonzola and veal escalope with cream and chorizo! The portions were very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed it, a truly wonderful discovery since we've been in Châteauroux. The only slight drawback was the profiterole dessert, which wasn't ice cream but had a cream filling, which would have made a nice contrast with the chocolate sauce all around. But apart from that, the portions and presentation were superb! 20/20

The servers are very pleasant, smiling, and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. The service is impeccable from start to finish. As for the food… a real treat! 09/02/2026: This is the first time I've left a review like this, but I was really disappointed with these pizzas. My boyfriend and I ordered two Margheritas and one goat cheese and honey pizza. Well… more like a goat cheese and cream pizza, since there wasn't a drop of honey on it. The Margheritas were also way too salty. It's a real shame, because they arrived on time and the dough and crust were good.

12/02/2026: First time for us, as we'd heard about it, so we booked a set menu rather than ordering à la carte. We definitely plan to return with our friends because absolutely everything was perfect, incredibly refined, with surprising and perfectly balanced flavors. The ingredients are truly showcased without the preparation overpowering the rest of the meal. The service is warm, efficient, and never stuffy. Thank you so much to your cooks! Ajo!! 😊

14/03/2026: My first visit with a friend. It was 7:30 PM when we arrived. We ordered an aperitif as soon as we sat down, because we were immediately rushed over. Well, not a problem for me, the aperitif arrived and we were asked what we wanted to eat (still not a problem), but then, the meal arrived at 7:47 PM, yes, 7:47 PM, that is to say, 17 minutes after our arrival. When do you serve the meal when the aperitif has barely been started? When I pointed this out, I was told that I should have specified that we wanted to wait and take our time. Well, I'm at a restaurant on a Saturday night, not a cafeteria. Aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect. The meal was excellent, and the dessert was absolutely superb. But please, don't send out orders so quickly; we're here to relax and have a good time, not to be kicked out in less than an hour. Hence my two stars for service and atmosphere, but the quality of the food easily deserves five stars.

23/02/2026: We often go to Del Arte pizzas, whether in the Paris region or elsewhere in France, and the best restaurant is the one in Montlhéry. The staff is very attentive, the pizzas and everything else they offer are top-notch. The friendly staff creates a great atmosphere, and it shows in the food. Well done to the whole team! We will continue to come regularly. 👏👏👏
