24/08/2025: We ate there three years ago on our way back from vacation, and we did the same again this year... and it was just as excellent as ever! The frogs' legs with their gratin (simply superb), the black-eyed pea mushrooms... in short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and so did our children! We learned that they're retiring in a month (well deserved!!) but that the next generation will be in good hands... stay tuned! We wish you a wonderful retirement and thank you again for this fantastic recommendation!

22/09/2026: A beautiful, upscale-looking Italian restaurant in the Galerie Vivienne, but unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences we had in Paris — entirely because of the restaurant’s policy. We were a group of three. One of us was very hungry, while the other two weren’t particularly hungry. We wanted to order two pizzas: one for me and one to share between the other two, plus drinks. The restaurant refused to serve us unless every person ordered their own food. We were literally told that either everyone orders something to eat or nobody does. We had planned to sit down, catch up with friends and relax after sightseeing. We probably would have stayed for quite a while, ordered more food if we got hungry, and had a few drinks — easily spending several hundred euros. Instead, we walked out without ordering anything, solely because not all three of us happened to be hungry when we arrived. What makes this policy even more ridiculous is that right next to us there was a family of four, including a 4-year-old child, with four pizzas on the table and food going everywhere. Apparently one pizza per person is perfectly fine, even when a small child clearly isn’t going to finish one. Beautiful place, but an absurd customer policy. We simply took our money elsewhere.

10/07/2026: An absolute hidden gem in Paris! Au Petit Paris is a beautiful, family-run restaurant with a warm and personal atmosphere. You can immediately tell that the food is prepared with love – all dishes are freshly made, perfectly seasoned, and of the highest quality. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Anyone looking to enjoy authentic French cuisine away from the tourist crowds should definitely visit this restaurant. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

06/09/2026: Let's start with the positives: the dishes were delicious and truly showcased Russian and Slavic cuisine, and the service was quick. We were surprised to find the restaurant empty, and the prices had gone up. A sign outside the restaurant advertised a two-course meal for €23, but once inside, we were told the same menu was now €28, which was a bit off-putting. The staff were Russian-speaking and helpful, though somewhat reserved, and seemed surprised to see us arrive for lunch. Overall, it's a good restaurant with a few areas for improvement, but nothing that would warrant a five-star rating!

30/07/2026: Simple but hearty dishes at a reasonable price (€19.90 for the set menu). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is run by a very friendly Portuguese couple; if we didn't live 300km away, I think we would have come back several times!

27/08/2026: Had such a nice afternoon at this pub! The Korean crispy chicken burger was absolutely delicious, and the warm brownie was so good too. The music was really good, the bartender was super friendly, and you instantly feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best spots in Tignes! 💚

26/08/2026: Magnificent view of Lake Tignes, very affordable burger and fries menu, very pleasant service and very clean restrooms. Everything was perfect for discovering this superb resort after a delicious meal.

08/09/2026: We've been coming to this region for 30 years, and this is the first time we've discovered a restaurant that offers something truly original. This one, which is only open for two months during the summer, offers Greek-Armenian-Lebanese-Italian-French cuisine… Yes, it's possible! 😉 The lady of the house cooks, and the gentleman waits on the table. It's delicious, it's fresh, it's original… You feel like you're visiting friends who have a terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains… Be warned, reservations are recommended, as there are only a few tables… But honestly, if you're looking for creativity, I highly recommend it!

25/08/2026: An unusual place, exceptional cuisine, and unbeatable value for money. The owner serves (with his humor and vast knowledge), while the owner herself is in the kitchen, bringing her gentle touch and expertise. Reservations are essential, and be prepared to wait if it's full (it's truly worth it).

06/09/2026: Very nice place, friendly servers, but a major problem in the kitchen!! I've been several times and it's always the same management issue. We arrived at 7:30 pm and ordered a drink and food (listed as all-you-can-eat until 10 pm). The drinks arrived fairly quickly. But the first courses arrived well after 8:30 pm, by which time we had finished our drinks. We decided to place a second order around 9 pm. This one arrived at 10:15 pm after we had to follow up several times. So, it was impossible to order a third time. Therefore, it can't really be said to be all-you-can-eat... The last time we came, we had the same problem.... It's a shame because the food is good, the servers are friendly, and the place is nice too... The wait for the food really ruins everything. To apologize, the restaurant gave us a €2.50 discount on the menu. I find that rather poor and it doesn't make me want to come back...
