15/10/2024: I very politely asked in English if we should sit or order at the bar and the male behind the hard laughed , started speaking French with the patrons inside , clearly making fun of me for speaking English, and completely ignored us. The female working was lovely and stepped in to assist us. I was blown away by the arrogance …. Or was incredibly embarsssing and rude.

26/08/2024: The coffee is good, the place is beautiful, well placed facing the sea and even the toilets are clean (so the rest of the cafe/restaurant is too!)

18/08/2024: A TOP establishment! We celebrated our wedding at the Marea Resort and stayed for a few days. We were not disappointed. Everything was perfect: the setting, the kindness of Jean Louis Mado and their teams, the rooms, the sea view swimming pool, the bar restaurant on the beach as good as it was beautiful. In short, if you want to have a good time, it’s here!

30/03/2025: The tarte flambée is simply perfect; we're never disappointed: well-filled, excellent pastry. The service is very professional and fast, even when almost all the tables are occupied. Excellent value for money. This restaurant is a sure bet!

04/09/2024: There are so many good things at the Nourisson counter, where to start, you'll tell me it's a bit like the principle of a delicatessen. First of all, a little makeover of the store which is taking place this summer, I must say that it deserved a bit. The fundamentals have not changed. The tea section is still well stocked, and Nicolas's advice is still sound. The chocolate and confectionery section looks very good to me, but I admit that I don't shop there often. Let's talk about the wine section where I very often make purchases. The assortment is varied, judicious, I of course have a personal taste for the white wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône where I really find happiness. (Remiziere, Courbis, Chapoutier) there are wines at all prices, but the coefficients seem very, very reasonable to me and therefore good value for money even if some are €30 or more. In the savory section, I have a big weakness for the “Saltufo” truffle sausage, which is killer! In short, if you are from Garennois or even from a little further away, you can't at least try it once to see if you find what you're looking for for your taste buds.

30/09/2024: We came to admire the deer in the area. We are delighted to have stayed at Maison d'Hoursentut. A friendly welcome, clean rooms, with comfortable bedding, and above all a super comforting atmosphere from the moment we entered the house. We will not hesitate to book again. Thank you 😁

25/11/2024: Comment peut on dire que c est bon. Entrées et desserts proviennent de Métro ou Promocash et sont directement servis sans retouche. C est fade! Le plat viande ou poisson avec une sauce tout faite. Je comprends les ouvriers qui viennent manger là pour 16 euros. Mais franchement si vous n avez pas d impératifs, aller plus loin.

13/11/2024: 1 star because we can't give 0 I ate yesterday today I have food poisoning I'm just vomiting nausea and I'll spare you my comments the meat was already very dry and a taste that didn't have the taste of meat at all!!! Either we do things properly or we don't, I'll never go back there again

21/09/2024: Indeed the setting is nice but that stops there. The prices are exorbitant, €35 for a crispy chicken 😑 without the side dish of course. It’s not copious and nothing exceptional in terms of taste. I will never go back there besides there weren't many people

20/09/2024: Meal taken on a Saturday lunchtime without too many people. Quite a large selection of menus. Very good quality of products. The fries are fresh which is nice. The service is fast and efficient. The servers are friendly. A bit dark atmosphere. Restaurant recommended for couples or families to have a good time.

31/08/2024: Place that I frequent with my colleagues at lunchtime but also in the evening with friends. Very pleasant setting, cuisine that delights our eyes and our taste buds, servers and staff generally professional and smiling. A place conducive to conviviality!
