We were the first ones there for the 12 pm service, and we ordered the Caesar salad (which used to be the go-to in Mulhouse when the previous owner still had it) because I went there several times a week... and what a disappointment! The meat was poor quality and overcooked, the salad was in bad shape (pinkish...) and not fresh... for €22 for the salad... frankly, a very bad experience... avoid it... and even though the waitress saw the state of it, apart from taking away our iced tea, we still paid €44... avoid it... I won't be going back.

24/04/2026: Visiting this establishment in Brétigny-sur-Orge for a family occasion this past April. The setting, the welcome, the service... no problem. But... a major negative point, a huge disappointment, a complete rip-off when my wife was served her order, a so-called "grilled octopus"... a visual and gustatory disaster! It's a disgrace to call that octopus, especially at that price! Seriously, if I were you, I wouldn't have served it. It would have been better if you had told us that you didn't have any, Madam/Sir Restaurant Manager. The Portuguese sunshine wasn't on my wife's plate (nor was the octopus), there wasn't a scandal, but it was a real blow! Alfredo

10/04/2026: I was very disappointed with this expensive Portuguese restaurant compared to what we ate! The staff who were serving were very arrogant, I don't know if it was because we arrived at 2 PM, but if so... we called ahead to reserve a table, it was accepted, the website says it's open until 10 PM... for the friendliness and the cost-benefit ratio, no, I will not return. I do not recommend it. Thank you.

24/01/2026: Good evening! To begin, I must say that the place is pleasant, perfect for a birthday dinner or a corporate event, with music to end the evening and dancing! That's actually what I had organized with my colleagues! The major problem arose when it came time to pay: no receipt, everything was written on a scrap of paper! The amount was correct, so far so good. But since it was a corporate dinner, we asked for a receipt to justify the bill. And that's when the attitude of the employees, or perhaps the owner, completely changed. They were furious and claimed to be having problems with their computer and software! Strange for an entire evening, and even stranger to organize such an event and write down all the tables on paper! I respect the work involved, but above all, you have to respect the customers, and asking for a simple receipt at the end of the evening is perfectly normal! In the end, we left the restaurant feeling guilty! It's a shame, because it was the first time and certainly the last!

19/04/2026: We went to the cigar shop yesterday to ask for information. The place is magical, and the very pleasant employee called his boss to give us the best advice. His boss, on a video call, tore him apart—I don't like that expression—and he remained calm and polite. I've never spoken like that to my dog. We've been going there for years. This completely puts us off going back. Unless the bar changes owners. It's very shocking...

23/01/2026: A truly astonishing experience… in the worst possible way!!! I never would have believed that in 2026, a hotel could still refuse a guest after 9:30 pm. This is probably the only establishment in France that considers travelers a nuisance! My reservation, made on Tuesday, January 20th for an arrival on Friday, January 23rd, was perfectly confirmed. I had even specified that I would be arriving late, since I was coming from the south of France. Nothing unusual, until that fateful phone call on the road. The receptionist, charming and impeccably professional, explained, slightly embarrassed, that her boss had ordered her to no longer accept anyone after 9:30 pm. Fortunately, she knows her job: she even described the protocol for late arrivals, with an external key box and an access code, and kindly sent me photos of the system – location, code, everything. Everything was ready for a smooth stay. But clearly, the owner prefers guests who go to bed before him. He refused to implement this protocol, claiming that this solution was "reserved for regulars." In other words: if you have the misfortune of not being a regular customer, move along, your reservation is worthless. A contemptuous, anti-business, and outdated attitude. One really wonders what kind of "hospitality professional" closes their doors at 9:30 p.m. when everything is ready to welcome a tired traveler. When a hotelier treats their guests this way, they don't deserve the name "hotel," much less the trust of travelers. Absolutely avoid!

25/08/2024: Nice ambiance, very good service. Delicious food and wine. We toom a 3 course meal. The concept of pat per nummer of courses is easy concept. Nice amuses betreden the Disney’s.

13/04/2026: We ordered a cappuccino, and it was terrible. It was very runny, almost like skimmed milk when it should have been whole milk. You couldn't taste either the milk or the coffee. I was very disappointed; it tasted like water.

11/04/2026: Excellent place for socializing, the food is good, the staff are friendly and efficient, lovely terrace, great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

05/12/2025: We came to eat lunch with my mother today. The service was impeccable, the waiter was smiling, and our plates were served in about ten minutes and were generous portions. €35 for two. I'll be back!

07/03/2026: Discovered at lunchtime on a weekday. The set menu offers good value for money. The service is quite attentive. It's advisable to book in advance, or even arrive early to be served quickly.

08/04/2026: A wonderful culinary experience: a glass of champagne to start the meal, followed by a tender crayfish dish, then a refined duo of monkfish and Scottish salmon, the famous Breton shortbread was excellent, and what can I say about the dessert with oranges and homemade basil syrup? I highly recommend this restaurant. See you soon!
