08/03/2026: The food was terrible. Because of it, everyone in the house is sick; they all vomited all night because of it, even though they were perfectly fine just before. This whole situation needs to be reviewed because it's pathetic. And please, a little more respect on the phone.

27/05/2026: For a highway rest stop, we ate some pretty good food that didn't cause any digestive problems. The staff were friendly despite the understaffing, which annoyed customers. We waited in line for over 30 minutes.

03/05/2026: Manolya Kebab… what happened to you? You're one of the most renowned kebab shops in Strasbourg, but I was disappointed. The yufka I ordered was made with a tasteless, cardboard-like, industrial bread. Other, lesser-known kebab shops already offer homemade bread. And as for the meat, it tasted like it had been mechanically separated, with bits of cartilage. I understand that the meat comes from factories and is sometimes frozen, but even then, it's possible to select quality spit-roasted meat. Profitability shouldn't take precedence over quality, especially with your reputation and the tourist traffic. I've eaten at about 80% of the doner kebab shops in Strasbourg, and I think I have a point of reference when I say that this one is overpriced for what you get. I hope you'll take these comments into account and finally offer a quality that lives up to your reputation.

19/04/2026: I wanted to try this saloon bar and I was disappointed with the cocktails, which I felt didn't follow the original recipes. And I'm not usually that picky about cocktails, but still. I also noticed they weren't pouring all the contents of the shaker, so some of the cocktail remained in the shaker, which isn't right. Especially considering the price of the cocktail.

06/04/2026: Second time this year to end this Easter weekend in style. Always such a warm welcome at Les Carrettes, with the added bonus this year of the superb spa. Once you've been to Les Carrettes, you won't want to ski anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team.

03/04/2026: We drove 15 minutes to eat at Beckett's. We arrived at 2:10 PM and the manager told us that service was over. So why does it say the restaurant closes at 3 PM on Google and Instagram?

03/05/2026: Terrible. During my visit, I purchased two beers in a single transaction in order to meet the €15 minimum payment requirement. I clearly informed the bartender that I would like to consume one beer immediately and return later for the second. This was acknowledged at the time. However, when I later returned to collect the second beer that I had already paid for, the bartender on duty refused to serve me. He insisted that I had not paid and demanded that I pay again. Despite my attempts to calmly explain the situation, he dismissed my explanation, appeared confused, and behaved in a manner that suggested he was not in a suitable condition to be serving customers. This resulted in me being publicly embarrassed in front of other patrons and denied a product I had already paid for. I find this situation unacceptable. I was refused service for an item I had already purchased. The staff member appeared unfit to perform their duties. The situation was handled in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed, and that appropriate action is taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I would also appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address this issue.

04/05/2026: I was doing trip from London to Europe, amazing breakfast and coffe, service was beautiful done b amazing girl and amazing chef i guess, i only i forgot to mention i like the eggs cook nice and soft, the place was amazing inside very traditional BT i just want to say thank you

28/04/2026: The service was very, too slow. I got my coffee quickly, but our brunch arrived 30 minutes later, so we arrived outside our allotted time slot at the castle :( The atmosphere and decor are outdated! I don't recommend it.

23/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I was seated with someone who wears a headscarf. The waiter didn't even respond to my greeting and asked me to wait at the entrance, while the other waiter didn't speak to me. So I left immediately and I will never go back. I strongly advise against this establishment, which practices discrimination.

16/05/2026: Superb hotel with a beautiful view and a very large room. The restaurant is excellent and the food is truly delicious. The manager is very friendly and always smiling; a truly wonderful experience.

23/04/2026: We got pide and a vegetarian doner kebab here. Both were ready quickly and tasted good.

26/04/2026: Despite what some might say, this is the best taco I've ever had. I've been a customer and a fan of this restaurant for a few years now, so much so that even after moving further away, I remain loyal and make the trip to see it. The welcome is always warm, I've had some great times there, and I've had some good chats with our very own Sam. I highly recommend it; the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful!

26/05/2026: A very pleasant park to visit with the family. Several children's play areas and shaded picnic tables. The owners are very friendly. The only drawback is the lack of trees along the paths when the sun is scorching, and some faded signs. We'll come back in better weather to enjoy the park for longer. We will return.

24/05/2026: A lovely Sunday morning stroll with our 4-year-old son. The park was very pleasant, well-maintained, and well-designed... The staff were incredibly friendly. A nice bonus was the large playground at the exit, a perfect way to round off this very enjoyable family outing.

20/05/2026: Very well located by the water, nice setting, but that's where the positives end... The food was mediocre, especially the fried smelt, shrimp, and squid, as well as the house wine. The only redeeming feature is the setting!
