16/09/2024: Dimanche 15 septembre 2024, accueil agréable, sourire du personnel malgré le monde. Menu à 29.00, assiettes bien présentées avec quantité, de l'entrée au dessert.
Nous reviendrons.

10/07/2024: We really enjoyed our stay at La Bastidr. The owners did their best to accommodate us and went above and beyond making us a vegan meal for lunch and dinner. The pool was fun for our daughter who very much enjoyed playing with Laurinda, the owners daughter. Thank you so much for having us!

18/08/2024: The setting is disappointing with questionable decoration (African statues, paneling, cobwebs and dust) and service unworthy of a restaurant that calls itself gourmet. Fortunately the chef saves the day with a selection of succulent and well-prepared dishes. .

02/07/2024: The dishes are good but one order on a Saturday evening and the other 2 weeks later and 3/4 hour late each time. That's average.
27/06/2024: Déçu du service d'ailleurs on attend toujours nos coca cola pour le repas. A 3 personnes on a du partager 1 morceau de pain. Des plat servit avec de chips 🤣. On a demander du coup des frites et celle ci été blanches. Ce n'est plus ce que c'était.

25/09/2024: Customer reception in a non-chalant manner, ordering too quickly without us having time to read the menu. Waitress who allows physical contact with unknown customers, this is very disturbing.
Bland dish, raw puff pastry when it's supposed to be cooked puff pastry. Marbled razor clams full of sand, extremely disturbing taste. For two people, a total of 67 euros, expensive to eat something that is not cooked or washed properly (if it is fresh...)
In summary, here you pay for the unpleasant attitude, the tasteless and bland dishes, and the obligation to eat quickly. Other restaurants are of better quality and attractive prices not far from there.

12/05/2024: Le restaurant a été repris et s'appelle maintenant La Brasserie du parc. Une belle décoration mais un accueil tout juste aimable d'autant qu'ils n'avaient pas noté notre réservation faite sur leur site, heureusement que j'avais gardé la confirmation reçue par mail. Une bonne cuisine à base de produits frais à un prix abordable et des serveuses très attentionnées mais débordées. Un gros problème de gestion du service, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes pour la prise de commande du dessert ! Quand nous l'avons fait remarqué à la responsable, on nous a répondu que c'est parce que tout le monde était pressé alors que c'était un jour férié donc de la faute des clients et non pas celle de la direction qui n'avait pas prévu assez de personnel ! Aucune excuse ! Dommage ! On peut comprendre une problématique quand elle est assumée.
23/04/2024: Ce restaurant a été repris . Il s’agit maintenant de La Brasserie du Parc.
L’accueil fut moyen , limite mal-aimable.
Si dans l’ensemble c’était correct , sans plus, en revanche les frites étaient immangeables: mal cuites, molles, brunes !!! Comment est-il possible de ne pas savoir cuire des frites quand on se prétend restaurateur.

09/03/2024: Great culinary experience in this historic restaurant in Evry Courcouronnes. I haven't been back since 2003 (in the meantime the chef has changed). We were received by a warm welcome and appetizers fresh from the oven. The chef later came to meet us to present the menu. We opt for the homemade foie gras and its chutney, the sweetbreads and the blanquette of lotte vielle France. Generous portion, fresh and quality products. For dessert, the floating island was delicious. All the ingredients for a pleasant time at the table. We feel that chef Thierry is passionate. He transmits his love of cooking to us through his beautiful plates. We had a pleasant time: thank you to the restaurant Le Canal: faultless from start to finish. Very good continuation and see you soon.
