22/09/2026: First and last time for me. 7.30 euros per picon + 1 euro deposit for the glass. I want it to be a music festival, but there. I haven't been angry since Friday evening, to which I added a beer 🍺 for 5.40 euros + 1 euro deposit. They thought I was a minister or what.... To flee......

18/09/2026: A glass of Syrah for 5.6 euros, outrageous! The waitress offered to exchange it for the same wine by the bottle.

05/03/2026: Very good food with original and successful blends of flavors, unfortunately we happened to be there on an evening when the atmosphere was very/too noisy for us!

02/03/2026: We tasted the foie gras and found it sorely lacking in flavor. We then tried the fish with beets: what a surprise to find only a single small cube of fish and a piece of onion! The rest was just beets and a walnut sauce. Again, the taste was nonexistent; this dish was a real disappointment. We also tried the beef tartare with mayonnaise. It was literally minced meat, mayonnaise, a few chopped green onions, and half an egg. It was slightly better, but it absolutely did not justify the price. Regarding the wine, you have to be very careful: the servers don't warn you that the style of wine offered is much more acidic than traditional wines. (I'm not saying the wine was bad or flawed; it's simply the style the winemaker was aiming for, but you should be informed.) The service is practically nonexistent; you have to search for the servers to order anything. Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, we pointed out to the waiter that we were leaving the wine bottle almost full. We tried to explain the lack of information during the service, but his only reaction was to smile and leave without a word.

20/08/2026: Kudos to the all-round maître d', fast service, small but tasty mussels, delicious salmon. Unfortunately, the linguine was a bit overcooked, but the flavor was good. As an Italian pasta eater, I recommend ordering the pasta undercooked. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely eat there again.

17/08/2026: For a Saturday in August 15th, the staff was there, the products were high quality, as usual. The waiter was incredibly attentive. I'll definitely be back.

08/09/2026: Passing through Rouen and having read the positive reviews about this restaurant, we went there on Friday, September 4th, for lunch. The welcome was indeed friendly, but then...: the starters were served 10 minutes apart (the pâté terrine, moreover, was far too dry and had to be unmolded... hence the delay!!!). There was a mistake with the main course: meat instead of fish, then a mistake with the side dish: the green beans were missing. My wife tasted her plate and discovered it wasn't fish, so her plate was replaced, but... it was immediately eaten by a member of staff at the table next to ours (nothing goes to waste). As for me, the breaded chicken escalope was far too dry, and the spaghetti was served lukewarm. Often in these cases of negative feedback, when the restaurant owner responds, he criticizes the customer for not having made their comments on the spot. Once again, while stopping in I was in Rouen for a weekend, and I didn't want to cause any trouble. Admittedly, this missed meal (to say the least) was just an isolated incident in the service at this establishment. Too bad... it just happened to be us!

17/06/2026: Wow, great value for money! The Normandy burger with Camembert and apples is absolutely amazing! 😀 Their steak is high-quality meat. The service is friendly and welcoming.

22/02/2026: Perfect bedding, excellent breakfast, and a very helpful owner; ideally located before the ascent to the ski resorts. Unbeatable value for money.

23/01/2026: A truly astonishing experience… in the worst possible way!!! I never would have believed that in 2026, a hotel could still refuse a guest after 9:30 pm. This is probably the only establishment in France that considers travelers a nuisance! My reservation, made on Tuesday, January 20th for an arrival on Friday, January 23rd, was perfectly confirmed. I had even specified that I would be arriving late, since I was coming from the south of France. Nothing unusual, until that fateful phone call on the road. The receptionist, charming and impeccably professional, explained, slightly embarrassed, that her boss had ordered her to no longer accept anyone after 9:30 pm. Fortunately, she knows her job: she even described the protocol for late arrivals, with an external key box and an access code, and kindly sent me photos of the system – location, code, everything. Everything was ready for a smooth stay. But clearly, the owner prefers guests who go to bed before him. He refused to implement this protocol, claiming that this solution was "reserved for regulars." In other words: if you have the misfortune of not being a regular customer, move along, your reservation is worthless. A contemptuous, anti-business, and outdated attitude. One really wonders what kind of "hospitality professional" closes their doors at 9:30 p.m. when everything is ready to welcome a tired traveler. When a hotelier treats their guests this way, they don't deserve the name "hotel," much less the trust of travelers. Absolutely avoid!

16/10/2026: I really enjoy walking around there. I find inspiration there, the restaurant is nice. Very large parking lot. And clean restrooms.

16/10/2026: Very disappointed with the click and collect service. Paying €5 if you're a customer, or even €10 if you don't have a card, just to prepare an order is unacceptable. Being in retail myself and offering this service, we never charge customers... and I could almost "accept" it if it were delivered to your car, but no... you have to go up and collect your products yourself. You might as well go to the store yourself and avoid wasting your money, because you waste just as much time with or without this service!

31/07/2026: It's true it's noisy, but the staff are very good and friendly, giving a good impression of being in Portugal!

20/03/2026: I came today with my mom and husband. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meal was hearty and homemade. It's a shame there was a bit of a wait for our plates. But we'll gladly come back ☺️

12/03/2026: Not being from the area, I booked this hotel for a one-night stay with my family. We had an excellent experience from start to finish, from booking to check-out. The person I spoke to on the phone was very attentive to my requests and gave me excellent advice regarding the room reservation. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the entire team. The room was very comfortable, well soundproofed, and perfect for a great night's sleep. From breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious; we ate very well. I would like to emphasize the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of the entire team. I highly recommend this establishment!

22/06/2026: A very warm welcome; the owners are fantastic. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening, and the food was truly excellent, with very good service. The owner is the chef and uses fresh, seasonal ingredients. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive; nothing was missing. We will gladly return.

01/06/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to the restaurant. The Mother's Day menu, paper napkins, and the very limited meal for 40 euros were all very noisy. Good evening.

25/09/2026: A very enriching experience for us, being big kebab lovers. Our taste buds were certainly satisfied. After class at lunchtime, we went there, ventured into the unknown, and discovered something wonderful. I thank the chef for creating this kebab, which is so beautiful and so delicious. Trust me, go for it! The kebab is excellent, and the fries are too.
