10/11/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The wait was incredibly long: we arrived around 12:30 pm and were only served one course at 1:45 pm. And even then, we were the first on the terrace to get our food; other customers who arrived before or at the same time as us still hadn't received anything after an hour and a half. Items listed on the menu weren't available (Camembert). We chose the trout, which was a huge disappointment because the menu stated "whole trout" for €22.50, but we were served a small fillet (see photo). The draft beer was lukewarm because it was served too late. The waiter, clearly overwhelmed, forgot orders and didn't give us cutlery. The only positive point was that the lamb chops were very good, but they were served with overcooked fries.
10/11/2025: We waited two hours just for drinks... we left before we'd even eaten. Avoid at all costs!

08/05/2026: I had a wonderful time! 😍 Everything was perfect! 👍🏼 From the welcome to the amenities, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the delicious meals. I also really appreciated the politeness of the other guests. 😌 The sea view provides incredible serenity. 😊
06/05/2026: I bought a gift certificate for my wife and our 15-year-old daughter so they could spend some time together. When we made the reservation, we were (curtly) informed that children were not allowed. I find it a shame that a 15-year-old girl WITH her mother couldn't enjoy this experience, even though I understand that children shouldn't be left alone. So my wife won't be able to enjoy a nice time with her daughter. What a shame.

15/04/2026: Hotel in an industrial area, quiet at night. Friendly and decent reception. Clean room, tiny bathroom! Breakfast was adequate but could be better. Still, I'd recommend the hotel if you're working or otherwise in the area.

09/06/2026: For a leisurely dinner... Or just two scoops of ice cream... The white mint ice cream is amazing. The service is always impeccable. This wooden house is steeped in history. A very old lady. The herb garden is inviting. Definitely worth seeing.
04/06/2026: We arrived today, a rainy Thursday afternoon, and wanted to sit down at the establishment, which didn't seem overcrowded. Upon entering, we greeted the waitress with a cordial "hello," a greeting to which we received only a nasty, disapproving look in response… In my opinion, the service leaves much to be desired. I advise you to avoid this place and go to "Aux Copains d'Abord," a welcoming restaurant where we received a very warm welcome, located about a hundred meters away.

30/05/2026: We went today with friends for lunch. We were delighted. Warm welcome. Magnificent, relaxing setting, a beautiful dining room with exceptional panoramic views. The meal was prepared professionally, everything was very well cooked, very refined, and the dishes were beautifully presented. No complaints whatsoever. Regional products. Congratulations to the chef, Mr. Benoît Court, who is carrying on the family tradition. We highly recommend it. We will be back.
25/05/2026: We came to spend a weekend in Aubenas. Our schedule didn't allow us to have lunch at the restaurant, but the hotel was magnificent, the rooms comfortable, the welcome warm, and the breakfast excellent. Thank you, and we'll be back again.

29/12/2025: Excellent restaurant 👌. The chef is a virtuoso. The waitress was 0*, friendly, smiling, and very efficient. The prices are admittedly a bit above average, but considering the feast, it was well worth it.
01/11/2025: Had dinner here, the food was good with good sized portions, staff are wonderful great service. The bad point that you need to be aware of is the ridiculously high price of wine by the glass and beer. 11.50€ for a 150ml glass of Chablis and 9.50€ for 50cl of Carlsberg.

07/05/2026: The spices were amazing, chef! The kebab was so fresh, Chakal! Thanks for the extra cheese for 30 cents! However, the Coke was frozen solid, like a granita! See you at Châtelet at 6 PM to settle this.

24/05/2026: The place is simply amazing! A little slice of paradise right next to Montpellier. It's spacious, beautiful, and decorated with impeccable taste! We had a fantastic evening; part of the venue was reserved for a wedding, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was perfect, from the venue to the food and even the cocktails. The staff was welcoming, warm, and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints. We truly enjoyed ourselves, and I've included a few photos! A wonderful discovery; I can't wait to go back!

01/04/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception and the staff's lack of friendliness. As a person with a disability (no mobility issues, but other problems), I called a few days beforehand to request a specific type of room. The person on the phone told me it wasn't their problem and that I should ask at reception upon arrival. So I arrived at the hotel and repeated my request. The response: I should have called earlier. I explained that I had done so and that I had been told to ask at reception upon arrival. The new response: no, it wasn't possible, without even checking the availability of the rooms in question. This is the second time this has happened (the first time was in December). Oh well, next time I'll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and understanding.
13/02/2026: A very pleasant and affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. Good value for money.

13/02/2026: The Hotel Marie Stuart in La Roche-sur-Yon is fantastic, with a superb restaurant where the chef even grills your food right in front of you. The staff are welcoming and dynamic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic hotel and restaurant.

05/05/2026: Ikea: The chain where profit matters more than the customer Ikea used to be a trusted brand for home decor and furniture. Unfortunately, they've decided to eliminate all the cashiers. After retrieving your boxes from the stockroom yourself, you now have to scan your purchases on the way out. Only one overworked student is tasked with addressing the numerous problems at the six self-checkout kiosks under his supervision. A Securitas security guard watches you throughout the process with an unpleasant, inquisitive eye, convinced that every customer is a closet thief. Self-checkouts were implemented in other stores to reduce waiting times. Not at Ikea. You have to queue to do everything yourself. One day, they'll ask us to sweep the floor on our way out. Since the checkout experience comes at the very end of the store, it leaves a rather disappointing shopping experience. I prefer to go to the Danish store in Vendenheim while waiting for the Jysk store in Kehl to open in June. There, you have a checkout counter where employees greet you with a smile. The complete opposite of the impersonal experience at Ikea. What a shame.

26/04/2026: Don't take the risk and give them the benefit of the doubt; avoid this establishment. There are plenty of restaurants in Mouans-Sartoux. I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The fries were served barely cooked, practically frozen, and the pizzas were certainly frozen as well, because they were far too hard to cut. The cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired; the tables were sticky upon arrival. I would be ashamed to work there. Your response unfortunately perfectly reflects the quality of service we received. Yes, we were offered a bottle of champagne, but it seemed more like an attempt to deflect attention than a genuine gesture of goodwill in response to our dissatisfaction. During the meal, faced with our numerous complaints, your team of servers did not hesitate to blame the kitchen, even admitting the poor quality of the dishes served. This clearly demonstrates that there was a real problem. The pregnant woman at our table also thanked you for the bottle of champagne, which she obviously couldn't drink, just like her pizza, which she also didn't eat because it was so unsatisfactory. We also note that your team came to apologize at the end of service, but it's always easier to respond after the fact, without having truly grasped the extent of the disaster at the time. It would have been far more professional to acknowledge the errors of this catastrophic service and correct the bill by removing the uneaten dishes. Offering to remake the dishes was not a suitable solution when a table of more than 10 people was dissatisfied. The already excessively long wait didn't allow us to risk waiting even longer and potentially being disappointed again. Your location is certainly ideal and the concept appealing, which probably ensures you a steady clientele. But after 25 years in business, one can unfortunately wonder whether customer satisfaction is still truly a priority, or if only profit matters now. This is regrettable, both for local customers and for visitors.
