08/02/2026: It's always a pleasure to come for a drink. It's a shame the motorcycle parking is so far from the shops.

04/01/2026: We were greeted by a rather unpleasant middle-aged woman who clearly didn't want to be there, and it showed. Perhaps she was having a bad day, I don't know, but that's no excuse for being so rude. It's a shame, because on the other hand, we saw another young woman who was very kind and polite! What I also find disappointing is that they only accept the card for purchases over €10... it's perfect for lunch or dinner, but not so great for a light afternoon snack.

09/12/2025: The station was clean and beautiful, with clear route signs, places to sit and rest, and even a Carrefour supermarket. I really liked it! ☺️

03/12/2025: In France, at 5:30 in the morning, nothing is open except the Relay store, which everyone ends up in, including the homeless and people who cause a disturbance in the train station. There's nowhere warm to stay; it's awful, definitely avoid it in the morning. I think they should wait even longer to open the cafes, until 11:00...

02/01/2026: Having recently arrived in Harfleur, we wanted to try the service and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Even the delivery driver, dressed in his OM uniform, was very kind and smiling. The telephone reception was excellent; the lady was always polite and smiling, you could feel it through the phone.

15/02/2026: Thanks again to Tristant for having us! You're a lovely person, very kind and always smiling! Your explanations were impeccable!! You deserve 5 stars! You took care of the garage door issue right away, thank you again for everything! However, on Sunday morning, February 15th, we were practically treated like thieves by the receptionist! For breakfast! Because supposedly our payments from the previous day hadn't been recorded! Never! Someone approached us, claiming we were a group of 8 people for a weekend in the Somme Bay area. Anyway!

18/01/2026: Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, it was opened twice during our stay. Furthermore, when we left our room, a housekeeping cart was parked right outside our door. The staff seemed very eager for us to leave the room, even though we had checked out an hour before our scheduled departure time.

20/11/2025: On our second visit, we were a little disappointed. The fish and chips was borderline, the fish was overcooked.

08/12/2025: Conveniently located near the metro and the Bellecour station. Underground parking is a very practical €12 per night. No housekeeping was provided for the two days, and there was no coffee machine in the room.

Nestled in an exceptional setting, this residence offers incredible views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and even the little red train of the Mer de Glace, which you can see passing by in the distance from the balcony… A true daily spectacle. Underground parking if needed. 23/02/2026: Even upon arrival, they wait outside to pressure customers. I advise against going there. I was fooled because the place seemed welcoming, but the quality is disappointing. Avoid it!

23/02/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant, thankfully, because the waiter is watching you closely, the food isn't always good, the hygiene needs improvement, and the first time you have to take your shoes off to go to the toilet, this restaurant is best forgotten.

11/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant in February, just the two of us. The welcome was pleasant and the service professional. Like other reviews, it's true that some of the mussels were slightly crunchy, and there were about ten empty mussel shells. This didn't detract from the enjoyment of the dish. The dessert was a very gooey chocolate fondant, delicious with ice cream and whipped cream. The tableware was worn, hence the 3-star rating for the food. The glasses had chips and some limescale stains.

28/02/2026: 45 euros??? For a takeaway lunch??? Even a restaurant wouldn't charge such outrageous prices. No cutlery, no napkins. Cold meat. Tasteless slices of cake. A complete rip-off! Shameful! Run away!

27/01/2026: When prices are so unfairly inflated for basic everyday items, it becomes downright unbearable for both locals and tourists. Nobody deserves this. It needs to be said and repeated… until the stench reaches the owners' nostrils and they deign to react (even a little). Thank you to them!

02/01/2026: The service was very average, with a manager who was extremely unpleasant in his manner of speaking to customers. His arrogance was such that I won't be returning... the food was of average quality...

02/01/2026: A tourist restaurant for a quick lunch, neither excellent nor infamous. Prices are in line with other restaurants, the ingredients are decent, and it's not clear whether they're fresh or frozen, but we can tell that the calamari and squid were frozen the day we tried it. The mussels are recommended. Friendly staff.
