16/12/2024: 3-meat tacos barely larger than a 1-meat taco, itself not very full... no effort on mixing the meats inside, no or very little sauce and barely cooked fried... If you want to eat a good taco, go to any of the others which are all pretty decent in Cognac but avoid this one.

08/08/2024: We were there at a market day. Being in an English tea-room we ordered scones and asked for clotted cream alongside which was not available. When we ordered them anyway and asked for butter alongside, we had the impression that the owner rolled his eyes on this request. The scones were very dry and tasted of flour. The young man who served was very friendly, however. But that wasn’t enough to give it another try.

14/09/2024: Very unpleasant waitress who asks us for a supplement to have a second pair of cutlery... And no hot drink when it's not even 4:30 p.m. yet. As if people didn't have a snack. The crepe we ordered wasn't even good and was served with pieces of butter straight out of the fridge... The toilets are on the same level as the rest... To avoid, there are much better ones in Chatelet.

15/07/2024: Very bad experience with a delivery man RUN AWAY!!! 🚨🚨 he deliberately tried to cause an accident by cutting me off, followed by insults, threats and the middle finger, through the driver's window. I point out that my 1 year old daughter was in the back of my vehicle and was scared. All with a clever smile, very happy with himself apparently, it's a real shame!!! peugeot 308 black registered FY 891 EE, police notified because this is not the first time that I have come across this delivery man and it is starting to work well.

16/09/2024: Deplorable, if you want to get food poisoning, go to the pasha! My husband and I fell ill after consuming their dishes which apparently used rotten meat, hygiene standards were not respected despite the recent visit of the health services. To flee!!!!

13/08/2024: I've been going to Pacha for at least 5 or 6 years now. I've generally never been disappointed, but this evening I was really disappointed. I had several menus and there was a menu where there was clearly something to choose from in terms of meat and the second menu is all fat and super hard meat. I'm so disappointed I noticed it too late

22/08/2024: Location with easy access to major roads, very clean and well-maintained rooms and collective premises, the managers and staff are adorable! We come here every time we're traveling east! I recommend going to see the manager's large aviaries with a multitude of birds to observe next to the restaurant 👍👍

17/08/2024: Clean hotel in a quiet location. Hearty and good breakfast. The aviary with the different types of birds is very nice. Small downside, I didn't appreciate that the maid came to my room while I was having breakfast, that doesn't happen.

20/05/2024: I had the most delightful brunch experience today with my family at this charming restaurant in Paris. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Our server, Chris, was exceptionally kind and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Avocado Toast, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee and a slice of heavenly banana bread for dessert. Every bite was simply delicious – the Eggs Benedict were perfectly poached, the Avocado Toast was fresh and flavorful, and the banana bread was the perfect sweet ending. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a family brunch. We can't wait to visit again on our next trip to Paris. Thank you, Chris, and the entire team for making our brunch experience so memorable!

08/09/2024: On demande poliment de nous rajouter du sirop dans un perrier, sirop citron , le patron nous le rajoute rageusement, si on le demande c´est peu être qu´il en avait mi peu , mais ce pause pas la question ,on en était à la 4ème tournée avec 7 boissons on a pas regardé à la dépense, au pire il aurait pu nous compter le plus de sirop ,si on aurait eu sont sourire et pas ça rage . On ne retournera pas .pas du tout professionnel

01/09/2024: An experience not very appreciated... Waiters who ignore you when you wait at the entrance, not at all smiling and not very professional. The food remains very basic and the meat was not cooked properly. The location remains nice in the heart of old Mâcon, in a very unusual building.
