04/03/2026: A very bad experience. The kitchens were visibly dirty and the toilets were simply disgusting, which is extremely worrying for a restaurant. Even worse, an employee didn't even wash their hands, which poses a serious hygiene problem. The service was deplorable: the staff were rude, aggressive, and showed little respect for customers. One thing is certain: they seem to care only about money, to the complete detriment of hygiene, service, and customer respect. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

16/02/2026: The owner didn't even say hello, he's way too full of himself, and it's too expensive for what it is. The Capadoge restaurant is closed every day; this one is just a very, very mediocre kebab shop.

27/02/2026: A very good Portuguese restaurant, the food is excellent. The prices are still high for the quality offered. But okay, it's good, and that's the main thing.

17/12/2024: 9€ the sandwich menu + fries drinks...because the can is extra at 2€ and the sandwich at 7€, vegetables almost non-existent in the sandwich, no sauce either, bread ok but dry, the meat is good cooked is the only good point. The falafels are not homemade and only taste like fried foods. It's really limit for the price.

14/12/2024: basic quality, they don't make their own pins. When you arrive, no one says hello to you anyway otherwise I have never seen so many people in a kebab, respect to the young waiter who is all alone he is the boss (apart from him they are not made for catering briefff)

03/03/2026: The all-you-can-eat buffet was fairly standard, but the quality/quantity wasn't particularly impressive. I went on a Monday evening with friends, and even though it's a day when restaurants are less busy, our experience was mixed. Some chafing dishes weren't replenished, and some desserts looked several days old. The appetizers (salad, maki, sushi) were rather disappointing in terms of taste, and the seafood didn't seem very fresh, especially the mussels. The wok chef was unpleasant. Otherwise, the hot dishes were tasty, the overall service was good, and the mocktail I ordered was also good. I hope the experience would have been more enjoyable on another day.

01/03/2026: Decent breakfast. However, the waiter's friendliness leaves something to be desired. The card is only accepted for orders over €10, but this wasn't mentioned before payment. The waiter rushed us through the payment process without giving us any option. Thank you, have a good day.

31/01/2026: TOURISTS BEWARE I booked a room at this hotel. There was an accidental second booking, which I canceled immediately after booking. I contacted Expedia right away. Expedia told me they would look into it. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk confirmed Expedia had contacted them and said the matter would be reviewed by ownership and discussed with me the next day. The room I was given was extremely small and did not resemble the photos online. The “view” was of a back area with no scenery. I asked whether another room with an actual view was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. I pointed out that I had accidentally booked a second room that I was still being charged for, and was told that room was also booked. The next morning, I was informed the hotel would not refund the unused, immediately canceled room. I checked out and left. Several days later, and after returning home, I noticed missed calls and messages from the hotel. I responded once. The hotel declined a refund and escalated the interaction unnecessarily with vitriol and childish behavior. I paid for two rooms and received one subpar room for one night. This review reflects that experience and how it was handled... Both very poor and unprofessional. Again, NOT AS ADVERTISED.

29/01/2026: Fabulous little hotel in a lovely part of Paris, just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the same from the Hotel des Invalides. 5 minutes from the nearest Metro. A really welcoming place - all the staff are so friendly and helpful and we even got a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfasts are well worth opting for when you book - lots of different dishes on offer, as much as you want and all delicious. Will definitely book here again if we return to Paris.

18/01/2026: We had dinner tonight at the Pedralta restaurant with friends, and the experience was extremely disappointing, to the point of completely ruining the evening. The waiter who served us didn't speak French. Despite this, we were patient: we spoke slowly, pointed to the dishes on the menu, and indicated the numbers precisely. At one point, we ordered a steak dish for two people, an option clearly listed on the menu. The waiter returned with two dishes for two people, the equivalent of a meal for four. When we calmly pointed out the mistake, without being aggressive, his reaction was completely unacceptable: instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution, he became angry, aggressive, and repeatedly returned to our table in a state of obvious rage, bordering on insulting some of the other diners. I had to ask him several times to stop interacting with us and to leave, his attitude was so hostile. Even when it came time to pay the bill, he returned in the same aggressive state, still hurling insults at my colleagues. He had completely lost control. Such behavior is unacceptable in a restaurant, especially given the very high prices. The value for money is disastrous, and the service is unworthy of a restaurant. This is undoubtedly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We left feeling deeply uneasy, which is unacceptable for a place that's supposed to be welcoming.

14/12/2025: We've been coming to Auris for many years and it was such a shame to see this place go downhill so rapidly. Burger was raw (not rare, literally raw). Croque was honestly the worst thing I've eaten in ages. Really expensive too.
