23/07/2026: The restaurant has fast service, perfect for lunch breaks. However, the burgers and fries aren't great. The burger bun is mediocre, and the filling is basic. The fries have very few potatoes, are very soggy, and covered in oil. They're brown. The dessert is okay. I'd like to try other dishes.

11/07/2026: A huge thank you to the Lion d'Or cheese shop for delighting our guests at our wedding brunch! The cheese boards were excellent, beautifully presented, and offered a superb variety. The charcuterie boards were also a big hit, as was the homemade cervelle de Canuts served with gluten-free crackers. We received nothing but compliments! We also indulged in their local poultry rillettes, which were absolutely delicious. On the phone and in the shop, Adrien was particularly welcoming and gave us excellent advice on quantities. They were also kind enough to deliver to us that very morning, directly to the venue where we got married. We highly recommend them and will gladly return on our next visit to Gisors!

08/07/2026: I came in June and was greeted by a young apprentice. He was serious, offered good advice, was welcoming and attentive, and understood exactly what we were looking for. I hope other customers have the same experience with him.

16/07/2026: The food was enjoyable, but I had a disappointing experience at payment. I was charged an extra fee for using my foreign credit card at the end of the meal. When I questioned it, the staff blamed my bank rather than clearly explaining the restaurant’s policy to push the credit card fees onto customers. I’ve used the same card throughout Paris without any additional charges. The way my concern was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. International visitors should clarify any card surcharges before paying. Also she raised her voice in front of other customers.

13/06/2026: Restaurant closed following health reports!! Don't go there anymore, there have been several serious incidents. The dishes look beautiful, but if you knew what was going on behind the scenes in the kitchen, I know all too well...

03/10/2026: Very affordable bar! One of the cheapest in Châtelet. The food is good. However, the waiters are unpleasant; you feel like you're bothering them when you speak to them. Also, there's never any toilet paper in the women's restroom.

02/10/2026: Had dinner here when we were looking for an Italian spot. The service was super friendly, but the place was pretty loud, so just something to consider. We ordered a few dishes, and the best one was the salmon cream pasta, although it was missing a little salt, which is an easy fix. The onion soup was okay, but for some reason, it was slightly sweet. Lastly, the butcher’s cut steak was disappointing. Despite being cooked as requested, medium, the meat itself wasn’t great quality, and it could have done with a better sauce than peppercorn.
