06/01/2026: This is my absolute favorite: the best kebab in Annecy. I love it every time. They make the best kefta I've ever tasted in Annecy, no exaggeration. The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

30/12/2025: Nice Staff that spoke English! We had a Fallafel Sandwich which was generally very good for the price but unfortunately had too few sauce so it was a bit dry. This was the only thing I could remark - apart from this all good!

14/12/2024: I went to L’eterle to eat with my boyfriend, First of all, we have a beautiful view of the restaurant, We had an antipasto board, a calzone as well as gorgonzola pasta, Concerning the pasta, I haven't eaten one this good in a long time. My friend who had a calzone (delicious) was also convinced by far. Thank you to the waiter for his sympathy, for ensuring that everything goes well for us at the RIGHT time (and not like in other restaurants where you can feel disturbed by the presence of the waiters) Thanks to the pizza maker and the Cuisto for their delicious meal Thank you simply to the team for this great time with my boyfriend. I recommend 100%!

10/06/2024: Magnificent discovery! Fantastic discovery! It was the first time we ate Indian and it was really a treat! First of all, the extraordinary welcome from the whole team, smiling, efficient and so pleasant, top notch! A cuisine full of flavors, a treat for the taste buds and so hearty! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, it's really a great discovery!

09/12/2025: Don’t come if you want to be discriminated and be treated very rudely by your waiter. We’re Asian and were served upstairs by an Asian looking waiter - other staff treated us nicely. The waiter who served us was so obviously discriminatory towards us, he didn’t smile once, he was so impatient and had such a rude/harsh tone, took away dishes without saying or asking anything (we were still dipping bread into the plate of escargots when he took it away), put our food down and walked away (didn’t say what it was or anything at all). When someone asked if the steak could be cooked medium rare, he immediately said “we are in france, it’s medium or rare, no medium rare” and continued on explaining in such a rude tone. A simple “no sorry” could’ve sufficed. We could see and hear he was laughing and smiling with other tables, described the dishes & said have a nice meal to other parties, etc. The food was decent, but we are travelling around france for the past 2 weeks & not once have we received such rude and racist behaviour. 13/04/2025: Very pleasant place to have a good time between a few slopes. The terrace is sunny and extremely pleasant. The welcome is very friendly and efficient and the dishes are good! What more could you ask for!

30/03/2025: Great place normally. End of seasone could be the main factor here. I wasnt to hungry so opted for thier breaded chicken. There were 3 on a plate and chip. One piece was nice and soft the other two you couldnt cut with a knife chips were good. Thd other two in my party enjoyed theirs very much. Still would go again and stay away from "nuggets" I guess.

13/12/2025: We come to the American Diner regularly because we love the American atmosphere and the food; the seasonal decorations (Halloween and Christmas) are always beautiful. The service is quick, and the €5 children's menu on weeknights is a real bonus. The staff is friendly; I recommend it 100%.

11/12/2025: A word of warning to anyone considering parking on the other side of the road: beware of the "manager," who is about as friendly as a prison guard. She claimed we couldn't park there because it was reserved for trucks. However, when we arrived, there was only one space left for a car. More importantly, there are no signs indicating that only trucks are allowed in this parking lot and that it belongs to the restaurant. After a "cordial" exchange with this "manager," given the evidence against her, her final response was a threat to park a truck in front... In short, a completely unacceptable response.

21/01/2026: A wonderful discovery, an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Excellent value for money, beautiful products, nothing to complain about, or just one word: "perfect." I can't wait to come back with my husband. I highly recommend it 👍 a real gem. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. Thank you.

27/12/2025: The mushroom crème brûlée didn't taste like mushrooms; the ribeye steak was very average, full of fat, and the sauces were too salty and not good; and to top it all off, the worst part was the dessert—a disaster. It was truly awful. The only good thing was the bread; the rest was inedible. I'd say the chef was on vacation, and his replacement has never cooked in his life! And for those who don't speak French, it's really, really bad, and I don't understand where they got their rating from. It's the worst restaurant I've been to since I started using Google reviews (more than 10 years ago), and I'm not exaggerating.

30/11/2025: It was a wonderful experience! We were thrilled from beginning to end. We ate in the middle of summer under a beautiful sun, and the setting was simply magnificent. The food was delicious; from the appetizer to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, even visually! A huge thank you to the chefs and staff, as everything was just perfect!
