03/02/2026: We discovered this restaurant this evening with my partner and our son, and it was love at first bite. The staff is lovely, with attentive service provided by Claire, and Aurélie, the manager, is also very pleasant and welcoming. A typical restaurant with a warm atmosphere and traditional cuisine: exactly what you dream of when you come to Megève. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked for another evening. A flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful and delicious meal.

07/07/2025: I knew this restaurant but hadn't been back for a while. I miss the old owners. The service we received Saturday night was mediocre, even though the servers came and went. Perhaps assigning a server to a table would prevent mistakes... But beyond not knowing the menu and calculating the bill incorrectly, the most serious issue is the quality and freshness of the products: two of us ordered salmon tartare, and we both got sick.

22/06/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, except for the pizza, which was very good, and the servers, who were pleasant and professional. 👉 Warm goat cheese salad: barely cooked bacon, more white than pink, on a tasteless salad made with cheap iceberg lettuce. 👉 Pasta with vongole: a bland dish, completely devoid of flavor, served with frozen onions even though the menu mentioned garlic. But the most regrettable thing was the manager's attitude. She dared to contradict us in front of the other customers, claiming that no one had ever complained and that the dish was compliant. However, once the dish was removed, she admitted that it was indeed onions and not garlic. But instead of coming to tell us this in front of everyone, as she had done to denigrate us, she waited until we had paid to discreetly announce it. It's a shame that such behavior ruined the meal. We won't be back.

18/01/2026: Actually, it was good, but no, we went inside to join the queue. After waiting, someone told us we could wait outside and someone would come to take our order. After waiting some more, we decided to look for clementines on a tree (since the trail name was Clementine), but still no one came to us, so we stayed on the tree.

28/08/2025: We always have a great time at Ernestine's! It's a great place for the kids to go for a walk, which motivates them to go up. Beautiful views and a very welcoming welcome!

03/09/2024: It was full elsewhere, so much the better, great setting on the terrace by the lake, relaxed and top-notch service, and delicious Carpaccio.

11/01/2026: I came to get a takeaway treat, but it was wrapped in cellophane. As a result, the bread was soft and rubbery, and the rosette sausage was soggy inside. I strongly advise against it. The service was very poor. What a shame.

01/10/2024: The service is terrible, with endless waiting. The quality of the dishes is mediocre (frozen rice, quality of the meat to be desired, salad not fresh and bathed in an industrial sauce) Even if you are hungry, don't go there! It's not an experience, it's a real nightmare.

They pay attention to the smallest details and ensure that each visit is a pleasant moment. 11/12/2025: Two of us ordered pasta, pizza, fries, and Caesar salad. Honestly, the salad was awful; it tasted like fish. And to top it all off, the young man working at the restaurant was incredibly rude. When we finished eating and he came to clear the plates, I told him the salad was strange and didn't taste good. He replied, "Your opinion doesn't matter to me; I think it's fine!" He was so rude and disrespectful. I've never seen anyone act like that. I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it. Their food gets a 5/10, and it's overpriced and not worth it. The young man who worked there was one of the rudest people I've ever seen. 👎
