18/04/2026: Excellent lunch in the courtyard. The fish from the lake was superb, and the lamb dish was very good. Impeccable service.

17/04/2026: It's been three years since my last visit, and I was so disappointed—disappointed by the menu, disappointed by my salad where the soft-boiled egg was cold and the bread pieces were rock hard! And as for the €12 dessert, I was so disappointed by that mille-feuille!! It's just not the same as it used to be!

25/04/2026: I was disappointed with my experience. The kebab meat wasn't cooked enough, which really ruined the meal. The welcome wasn't pleasant: despite being seen at the entrance, no greeting was offered (the gentleman with glasses). This gives a bad impression and doesn't make me want to come back. The service was still quick, but the overall quality and the welcome should be improved. One of the waitresses was very chatty about personal matters, which isn't really appropriate in a restaurant setting. Overall, it doesn't make me want to return.

22/03/2026: Good evening. Having stayed for two nights in March 2026, I found the hotel truly exceptional: the welcome, the room, the jacuzzi. Thomas is accommodating and attentive (and the pizza is very good (thank you Thomas, you'll know who I am)). The après-ski was top-notch, thank you for everything.

24/04/2026: A fantastic discovery tonight! The Neapolitan pizza was delicious, the crust perfectly cooked, quite thin but still holding its shape, and the toppings were very generous and high quality. The service was also very pleasant, which was a real plus. After trying several other pizzas in Évian, this is definitely where we'll be back!

29/03/2026: I was really disappointed by this restaurant. I was expecting a delicious meal based on the previous reviews, but that wasn't the case at all. The burrata (4 euros extra) ended up tasting like crème fraîche, the beef was dried out and had an unpleasant taste, and the mozzarella was incredibly dry… and that's not even an exaggeration… I had trouble digesting it, a stomach ache, you can imagine the rest…

Not very happy with the service though, it is a big and busy place but the service definitely has to be of a certain standard (which does not include loooong waits and asking for something 2-3 times). Also, although we attended the first serving of 19.00 and were on time, when we ordered about 45-50’ later, a couple of dishes were finished.
