07/12/2025: We came to this hotel for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday.
The reception staff were excellent: very professional, with clear explanations of how the different services worked.
We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with a lake view. The room was perfect: very clean, elegant, and comfortable.
At the spa/sauna, we were also greeted by a very kind, warm, and professional person who gave us all the necessary information.
The next day, at breakfast, we received an exceptional welcome from Walid, who demonstrated great professionalism, remarkable kindness, and a very warm smile. A big thank you to him and to the entire Hilton team.
A longer spa/sauna time slot for children would be a real plus.

we ordered a cheese platter and we were served with salad at the same time, we thought it was included in the formula but in fact no it was added by the waitress without telling us that it was an extra... .It was a pleasant surprise when adding…
I advise you to go eat elsewhere with more honest restaurateurs…

17/09/2024: Several orders come through, the waiters are not friendly, the service is long even though there was no one there and something is always missing even in a small order for 3 people.
15/09/2024: I find this unacceptable, I went to Mcdo Scionzier at exactly 9:30 p.m. this Saturday, I got takeaway and I still got it for a little over €40 to get ALL my cold order.. none of my sandwiches were hot, the fries were simply indigestible they were hard, having already worked we all know that fries after being cooked must be served within 7 minutes max otherwise it's heading towards the trash and well there perhaps we should have thrown them away rather than us serve them...
again it would have been during the rush I would have been a little more lenient but there wasn't a rat...it's not the first time this has happened, it's excessive!!😡

24/08/2024: The restaurant is open until 9 p.m., but shortly after eight o'clock you are no longer allowed to sit down and eat there, but only take the food away.
15/08/2024: The person who checked us in was very rude, always with a disgusted face or looking away, it's clear he doesn't like his job. It really bothered him that we asked him for sandwiches. What an unpleasant feeling!

24/11/2024: Je suis très déçu, cliente abituelle, je garde une mauvaise expérience de ce restaurant ce soir, le restaurant a affiché des prix ne correspondait pas aux produits, j’en ai fait part au gérant qui m’a prise de haut et même pas fait un geste commercial.
Ne reviendrai plus la bas.
24/11/2024: Vente mensongère une mauvaise Accueil de la part du responsable. malpoli les produits sont mal positionné . Dommages.

23/11/2024: Génial. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h45. On nous a accueilli avec le sourire trouver une table et servi rapidement. Les pâtes étaient succulentes, très bon dessert très généreux. Le serveur est hyper sympa et serviable. Allez-y sans hésiter. Le décor est sympa il fait chaud changez rien
08/10/2024: Un cadre agréable et un personnel efficace, attentionné et souriant. Nous avions peu de temps car nous avions un bateau à prendre et nous avons été servis très rapidement. Les plats aussi bien pates que pizzas sont très bons et copieux.

23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.
21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

11/08/2024: Arrived on the 6th August with our caravan. The pitch is tight and right opposite the noisey park with inflatables so screaming kids in the evening makes it hard to relax. The electric hook up doesn’t have water also as other campsite do in France. There needs to be a swimming pool
On this site as it is very hot in the summer and the lake isn’t comfortable to sit on a slop. Can I suggest you make the beach area longer! So it’s not comfortable to sit on. The staff in reception are nice and the animation. The staff in the shop are super slow. don’t just go and buy one thing at this shop as it will take you 10 minutes to pay . You are best off getting supplies from Lidl up the road. Will not stay here again it’s too busy for me and also actually quite expensive for 70 euro a night.
11/08/2024: Beautiful campsite well located, 5/10 minutes from the beach depending on your location.

31/03/2024: Awful experience. Staff are rude, demanding you squeeze in and dump clothing, helmets on the floor. Food tastes of soap. Chips were stone cold. Place is a joke, worst mountain restaurant you will come across.
19/03/2024: Service good. Meal poor. This had been one of the few remaining decent restaurants on the slopes in Chamonix which hadn’t been taken over by a corporate group - until now.. Unfortunately it is now a chain of 18 restaurants. I ordered fish and chips for 26 euros. The fish was battered fish fingers out of the freezer, virtually no fish in them, chips also from freezer. My partner ordered vegetable crumble, he thought it tasted like microwave food reheated. Felt ill afterwards as not been eating UPF for several weeks. Gave it 2 stars because service was very good.

26/08/2024: Une carte alléchante avec hélas plusieurs produits non disponible, mais on nous a prévenu.
Nous avons été reçu par une jeune serveuse très souriante, mais une autre personne a pris le relais et n'étais pas des plus agréable, elle ne vendait pas la carte.
Pour les plats, c'est mitigé : agneau confit qui était très bon, mais léger pour le prix. En effet l'accompagnement est en supplément à 4.oo€ ... Donc vous payez une vingtaine d'euros pour un morceau de viande, sans accompagnent...
Bizarre de proposer cela, mais peut être un nouveau concept ?
A côté un autre plat, côte de porc sauce soja miel. Belle présentation, mais une viande très sèche et le miel inexistant, donc qui baigne dans le soja salé.
Dommage car il y a du potentiel dans les propositions de plats qui changent.

Si vous cherchez un restaurant authentique, loin des pièges à touristes, ne cherchez plus ! Nous avons adoré la cuisine du chef, raffinée et pleine de saveurs.
Ce restaurant se distingue vraiment des autres restaurants.

Magnificent restaurant (terrace), welcoming and caring staff, very friendly and very helpful.
Quality of the dishes… good, nothing more.
Quantity on the plate: MINIMALIST! From starter to dessert.
Really unfortunate.
Always the same problem with restaurants believing they serve semi-gourmet meals. Stingy with a real lack of flavor.
But once again, the staff was really great! And that is our only satisfaction.
08/07/2024: We really enjoyed the brunch, both in terms of the choice, the quality of the products, the cuisine, the attentive service and the setting.
