03/01/2026: A terrible experience at this hotel. Room 11, supposedly an economy room, cost €145!!! Twin beds, despite having specifically requested a double room. Bathroom with a tiny bathtub!! A single sink next to the toilet. Carpeted floor. This room is absolutely to be avoided. And to top it all off, the reception was completely impersonal...

25/09/2025: Another place where you can breathe tranquility, savoir vivre without forgetting the enchanting setting. Honestly recommended. Especially since I was sick and the owners didn't hesitate for a single moment to do their best and I thank them again 1000 times. Sure and certain that we will return.

03/09/2024: 12:55 p.m. no more specials of the day while the restaurant is less than full, and printer broken not practical to get reimbursed for costs on bill....disappointed with this restaurant chain between 01 and 74 it's no better...

01/09/2024: The guy tells us 10/15 min wait so no worries, we ask him can we eat outside knowing that there is a shaded terrace, yes you can but it will be in the sun, well listen it won't be in your blah chain They had empty tables and people waiting. I didn't really understand the concept apart from creating a wait.

08/08/2025: Overpriced for a flat, tasteless Coke... the bottle even arrived without a cap (which isn't normal) and with a badly damaged label... all very strange, I wonder if it's recycled... The lemon slice was extra... I've never seen that before. At least I got free ice cubes before.

Nestled in an exceptional setting, this residence offers incredible views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and even the little red train of the Mer de Glace, which you can see passing by in the distance from the balcony… A true daily spectacle. Underground parking if needed. 01/02/2026: Honestly, it was catastrophic, no taste at all, plus he took the cash and then the meat. Very disappointed.

30/01/2026: 8.40 euros (!!!) for a small, uninteresting chicken sandwich. No card payment accepted. No kebab meat left.

24/01/2026: The food was very poor, the tartiflette and pizza were mediocre at best, not worth the price. And don't even get me started on the inedible ice cream.

17/01/2026: Small restaurant with a simple menu... and pizzeria. The Savoyard fondue with porcini mushrooms was delicious and creamy. No complaints, the staff was refreshing and a pleasure to work with!

07/07/2025: A disaster. We waited an hour for a crepe, and everyone except us was served it. We left without trying it.

19/03/2025: Superb location Superb terrace A team serving rare kindness and total efficiency! Bravo to them I don't like easy criticism so I will say that the cuisine is family-friendly to suit the ski break Good end of season and recommended for the ski-in/ski-out location

16/02/2025: Very unpleasant and impolite manager, sharply refused our simplest requests (add an egg to our dish), unable to advise us, and above all she shouted at us in front of all the other customers because one of the children who was with us and who is one year old put crumbs on the floor under his high chair! Lamentable... You should be ashamed of your unprofessional, unbusinesslike and aggressive behavior... Fortunately the young waitresses were nice to compensate :)
