02/04/2026: We've been coming here since 2018... and well, we won't be going back! We had some disgusting sausages and lasagna... The cashier was unfriendly; when we asked him if he had pepper, he was the only one who got the second star for service. The waitress was smiling (lucky for the owner!). I think they're definitely not the same as they used to be. We didn't even want to have coffee after lunch.

20/04/2026: A nice shelter, yes. A clean shelter, far from it. Very far. There's so much dust under the bed you could raise sheep in there... Ah! Sheep! That's how the hotel guests are treated. We're called over by the cleaning lady at 6 p.m. because she hasn't had time to clean our room. We're not warned that we won't be able to park in front of or near the hotel on Friday evenings and that our car risks being towed if we're not careful about the Annecy marathon schedule. They sell you a hotel with air conditioning, and they treat you like idiots when you point out that it's 25°C in the attic. Since it's 6°C in the morning in April, we don't turn on the air conditioning, so we have to open the windows. No problem. Except when you're woken up by microphone checks for the marathon organization at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and then devoured by mosquitoes... In short, paying 200 euros for two nights with such sloppy cleaning makes you wonder if this hotel's three stars were truly deserved or found in a Kinder Surprise egg... You could draw anything you wanted on the bathroom blinds, they're so filthy! The positive points worth mentioning: the hotel is nicely decorated and conveniently located near amenities. The young woman at reception is very friendly and professional. Unlike her manager, who is condescending and insists you "absolutely" must book a table at his restaurant if you want any chance of being served. That's why we went to a brasserie a few meters away, which is much more upscale and offers good value for money, all with professional staff. Other points to note: parking in front of the hotel isn't always easy, as there are only blue zones. You can park in a free lot next to the roundabout, but spaces aren't always available. It's impossible to let the housekeeping staff know if your room is available, as there's no sign for this purpose in the room. There's a bakery a little further away where you can enjoy an inexpensive breakfast by the lake. And finally, the hotel reception is often empty. We were directed to the terrace for any requests—not ideal when it's early evening and you can barely hear yourself speak during the evening service. In short, if you have the option, avoid this place.

19/04/2026: Superb hotel, ideally located during our marathon weekend! Spotlessly clean rooms and excellent service! Special mention to the housekeeper who was incredibly kind and helpful.

25/04/2026: Traditional Savoyard cuisine on the banks of the Thiou River in a warm setting. There wasn't much of an atmosphere during our visit, so I can't comment on that. I recommend it 👍

06/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this quiet and clean hotel, conveniently located in a shopping area with private parking, which is very practical. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, ample storage, and a very nice working bathtub. The restaurant offers a wide selection of quality dishes, and the breakfast was also very satisfying. 20/09/2025: So it's still just as good, very high quality, and local 😋 The only downside was that we were seated upstairs on the partially covered and enclosed terrace, which wasn't very nice and where we were cold. The downstairs room is great, why not open it up? 🤔

27/04/2026: Perched on a rocky outcrop, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The view is simply stunning. Delicious food and a lovely wine cellar. Excellent service. Reservations recommended! It's a cozy little spot that only serves one seating.

24/04/2026: Very disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, an hour per course. The food was served in a hot, lukewarm box, the Mont Blanc ice cream was very frozen, and there was very little view from this restaurant, which really should have had large bay windows. The waitress was pleasant, but the service was incredibly slow! The dishes were expensive for what they were. We won't be returning to this establishment, which is a shame because the view outside with Mont Blanc is so beautiful!

07/03/2026: Change careers! We arrived as a large group and decided to sit outside since there was no more room inside. The gentleman we informed of this decision didn't help us find a table, so we decided to move the tables onto the terrace. He immediately reprimanded us for this in a condescending tone. To continue this magnificent (irony intended) service, he was condescending when taking our order (we asked him if he served syrups, and he said, "Well, of course we have syrups, madam," with a disdainful air), and left before taking our entire order. When it came time to serve us, he placed the tray on the table, and we had to serve ourselves. If customer service and friendliness aren't among his qualities, this person should consider a career change.

10/04/2026: We had some very unpleasant surprises upon arrival. We rented a studio for three people, and when we got to the key box, there were no keys. It was 11 p.m., and we had to call the manager about ten times before getting an answer. The person finally arrived with a key and told us that the other one must have been stolen—"it happens often in Chamonix." So, there were three of us girls in an apartment with a key held by a stranger. We asked the manager to find a solution to ensure the safety of our belongings and ourselves. She didn't reply again until 9 a.m. the next day. We had to prop the door open with a chair during the night. After numerous messages from us trying to find out, management finally told us that the previous guests had forgotten to return the keys. We then asked for some kind of compensation for this stressful first night and the lost money on ski and lift pass rentals, which we only used for the afternoon while waiting for a response. But they did nothing. Too bad for them. Aside from these issues, the apartment is very well located and clean, but unfortunately, the organization was very poor. Management called us back upon our return because they couldn't open the apartment door. But we had already left... So, very strange.

26/03/2026: Everything was great! A quiet hotel, close to the mountains, and excellent service. Plus, they gave me a room upgrade!
