28/02/2026: This is my second visit to this hotel and I'm still just as impressed. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.
15/02/2026: Initially, we booked a one-night stay without expecting much. In the end, we were very pleasantly surprised by the place in several ways. The decor is tasteful and welcoming; we felt right at home. The spa and hammam area is ideally laid out and perfectly romantic for couples. The room we had was clean, spacious, and functional. A truly relaxing getaway—we highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: After the change of ownership, we tried this restaurant several times. Today, we waited over an hour for our pizza. We saw customers who arrived after us eating their pizzas, while we were completely ignored. The server may have forgotten to take our order, but that's not our problem. The service was appalling; we do not recommend this place!

There's something for everyone: don't hesitate any longer!
25/08/2026: We tried the "Tasty Crousty." Disastrous value for money... €11.50. The rice wasn't suitable for the "Tasty," undercooked, and not sticky. The cheese sauce was bland, as was the sweet and sour sauce. The signs are misleading; the portion size was disappointing.
To top it all off, it wasn't even hot.
First time I haven't finished a meal in a restaurant.
A real disappointment…

15/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The welcome was appalling and aggressive. The owner was odious to us, condescending, and immediately assuming that our teenage children who were with us were necessarily delinquents. We were seated outside at dirty, wobbly tables in unbearable heat (the terrace was surrounded by ugly plastic tarpaulins). We left.

09/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Annecy. The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness.
The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant.
A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!

09/09/2026: My order arrived without any sauce. I called to find a solution: "I must have forgotten. If you want the sauces, you'll have to come and get them." The whole point of ordering delivery is to avoid going out...
I asked for a possible compensation, which was also refused. Given the size of the order, a little more understanding, a more customer-friendly approach, and a willingness to find a solution would have been appreciated. The sauces may be free, but they are essential with sushi.
02/09/2026: I ordered Salmon Addict through the app, with pickup scheduled in Annemasse. An offer was clearly displayed at €29.90 until August 22nd, as advertised in your communication.
However, at the time of ordering, the price was €46.
I find this particularly misleading: displaying an offer of €29.90 when the product is billed at €46 at the time of ordering is unacceptable. The price should be clearly communicated and consistent with the actual amount charged.
