20/01/2025: We went, we had to call the waiter after 10 minutes of waiting for him to come knowing that he was at the bar waiting and in the end we were barely released with an insistence on flee !!!

17/01/2025: Twice we went to this brasserie for a drink after an afternoon of skiing. The staff is very pleasant and warm. We highly recommend.

25/08/2024: Accueil très très sympathique malgré la grande affluence. Le cadre sympa sur une pelouse un peu guinguette et devant un chalet décoré montagne et rétro. Concept ingénieux : commande au bar et bipper pour aller chercher quand c’est prêt (ça fluidifie tout !) Cuisine excellente : à la fois simple et généreux (salades, pizzas, glaces…) Très bon rapport qualité quantité prix. La jeune femme qui gérait tout était très souriante et nous a offert gracieusement des génépis à la fin. Super soirée. Endroit à recommander !

Et surtout des pizza de folie (base comté franc comtois au lieu de mozzarella, tellement plus de gout) Je vous recommande cet établissement Nota : je n'ai pas été convaincu pas les desserts glacés que j'ai pas trouvé au niveau du reste/ Dommage c'est le seul petit bémol

04/08/2024: We stayed six nights at the Les Gentianettes hotel, and overall, our experience was quite satisfactory. The setting of the hotel is elegant, offering a real change of scenery. The services offered, such as the swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzis, are in perfect condition and greatly contributed to our well-being during our stay. The welcome from all the staff of the establishment was very warm. However, we were disappointed by the attitude of the hostess, who lacked commercial sense and friendliness. After five nights, we noticed that the bedding, although of good quality, did not suit us (too hard) because there was no real mattress topper. We asked if it was possible to add one to soften our mattress, but she simply replied that the bedding was exceptional and that she did not understand our request, and above all, she did not try to find one. solution. This unsympathetic response tarnished our stay. As a result, we considered leaving the hotel early, but no refund was possible, forcing us to stay. It's a shame to end on a negative note when the establishment as a whole is rather satisfactory. For future customers, it is also important to note that catering and breakfasts are quite expensive. Plan a substantial budget, with prices of €25 for breakfast and €37 per person for a pierrade, for example. Even if the staff remains very friendly, apart from the hostess, they lack a lot of experience. We had to request drinks at a dinner several times and also had to request that part of our bill be canceled for drinks at the pool that did not concern us. Despite these inconveniences, the Les Gentianettes hotel remains a pleasant place for a relaxing stay, provided you are prepared for certain costs and a variable welcome depending on the people you talk to.

22/08/2024: After being seated fairly swiftly we placed our order. After around 2 hour of waiting and no communication from staff we were left feeling hungry and asking “are they growing the food themselves”. The food took an age so we decided to order crepes. These crepes actually arrived before our main course. Finally when the food came the staff did apologise for the wait and the food was to a good standard. The crepes were banging. Would have appreciate the rest of our evening back , but overall an okay experience. Could be down to them being extremely busy.
