11/12/2025: Order placed at 7 PM. After a 15-minute wait, I politely asked about the status of my order and was told it was being processed. At 7:30 PM, I went back to ask and was told I had been called but hadn't answered, even though I was standing right at the counter, my only task being to wait for my order number to be called. Finally, my order arrived at 7:35 PM. And of course, it wasn't complete. Thank you. PS: This was absolutely not a rush hour.

17/08/2025: The service was subpar, the galette was very sparsely garnished, the salad was ridiculous (3 lettuce leaves in a bag, a cherry tomato), and the chocolate crepe was so thin it was crispy, and the chocolate was replaced by a bit of bitter cocoa. The prices are reasonable, but it's still not worth it. Avoid.

The saleswomen who perform humiliating rituals on new recruits while they're ringing up the cash, in full view of everyone, talking loudly to make sure they're putting their colleagues down in front of the customers—how shameful! Young girls of 19 or 20 who can't even say hello, thank you, or goodbye, who give dirty looks—you need to review your manners before someone loses patience with your disrespect!

07/12/2025: What I don't like is when the staff go outside to smoke right in front of you and then... serve you bread without washing their hands. I find that very unhygienic. The hard floors are very dirty.

28/06/2025: Avoid, major hygiene and cooking problems. My chicken was barely cooked. Two days later, I was hospitalized for food poisoning. Two weeks later, I'm still on antibiotics and antiparasitic medication. An absolute disgrace. The health department should check it out. I learned that I wasn't the only one to get food poisoning after eating at this restaurant.

15/01/2026: I came to buy some lake reeds, but I received a very poor welcome, and the poor saleswoman was mistreated by the cashier. I was told that the lake reeds had just been delivered and couldn't be any fresher. They sold me a pre-packaged box. We tasted the first layer of reeds, which were very good and uniform, but to our surprise, the second layer was of poor quality. Given the price, I'm more than disappointed to have been ripped off like this. They certainly won't be seeing me again.

You offered a bottle to make up for it, but I just want to eat a pizza on time, and Johnny's were much more filling and the welcome was great. I won't be back unless Johnny comes back.

14/01/2026: A 30-minute wait for two burgers is far too long, especially for a place that claims to be fast. The prices are still high for such slow service. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you: it's definitely not suitable for a quick lunch. For a chain like The Roster, orders should be ready in 15 minutes max. We were planning to eat in, but we ended up getting takeout so we could eat quickly in the car. I wouldn't go back if I'm in a rush, which is often the case when I go to this kind of place to eat. Perhaps they should hire more staff in the kitchen.

22/01/2026: The service was appalling from start to finish. The servers were cold, rude, and unprofessional. The service was rushed, inattentive, and bordering on contemptuous. No apologies, no effort whatsoever. An unacceptable experience. I absolutely do not recommend it. Refusing to serve a children's menu to children who are clearly old enough is simply unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.

16/09/2025: Hello, being disabled and currently in a precarious situation, I wanted to test the generosity of this pizzeria by asking them for a little something for free, however, the manager posted a message telling me there was a queue and that he wouldn't serve me. I find it sad that in 2025 we still find ourselves in this kind of situation and that the shopkeepers are so selfish, especially when they are Muslim. As they say, what you do for the good of God will reward you, but these are values ​​that few people take to heart, from what I see... Especially since I've already eaten at this man's place, and I paid the price, really counting on his generosity, but I was quickly disappointed.
