01/04/2026: A very friendly little restaurant. Good service. Warm welcome and good food. Worth discovering.

12/03/2026: To celebrate some good news with my colleagues, we went back to the Saint-Charles. The waitress recognized me and criticized the review I'd left after my last visit: "5 euros for 10 cl of rosé is highway robbery and outrageous... I asked the owner for an explanation, who told me that was the normal serving 🤔 This brasserie should be boycotted, plus they spoke to me like I was an idiot 😔" She was verbally condescending, unpleasant, and sarcastic... When you're a business owner or employee, you have to know how to accept criticism and be respectful to the customer: that's the foundation of being a professional, something this young lady clearly doesn't understand. If she reads this post, know, Mademoiselle, that your opinion is worthless to me, and don't forget that without customers, there's no business. You have to accept criticism when it's justified. A true professional would have reacted the opposite way.

07/05/2026: A fantastic experience! Incredible value for money! A very warm welcome! And for mountain bikers, you can recharge your batteries (something we were refused at another restaurant), the owners are very friendly!

30/04/2026: I haven't even left the table yet 😂 My husband and I were so delighted to have eaten there! And yet we just stopped by on a whim. The food was good and healthy, it's a shame the salad of the day wasn't on the menu (beef salad 😊). The walnut tart for dessert was very generous. Everything was hearty and delicious. I highly recommend it with 6 stars!

30/01/2026: To book, yes, that's perfectly possible. For 4 people, including 2 children. At that point, the manager's face hardened, and she said in an unfriendly tone, no, that's not possible. As long as you don't have children with you, it might be okay... No Kids, like at the SNCF (French National Railways)?

10/05/2026: A small donut evening; I wasn't disappointed with the quality of the product, which was very good. The only slight downside was the quantity! A shame. Pleasant service.

08/04/2026: Definitely not family friendly nor is if friendly. (Head waiter was rude, and clearly showed he didn’t want us there) - kids menu wasn’t on offer as advertised outside, and walked off in the middle of taking our order. The Risotto was great but otherwise it as expensive meal for a high stress, grumpy staff with not much on offer.

29/03/2026: Discovered thanks to the gourmet passport. A very lovely place. The menu was excellent, and the service and atmosphere were very peaceful. We then enjoyed some time at the casino... A truly wonderful experience!

21/02/2026: We came by chance, without high expectations, and yet we were very pleasantly surprised. A limited menu but quality ingredients, tasty home-style cooking, and quick, friendly service. We highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: Very disappointing. The owner's welcome was rather curt. We came for afternoon tea and ordered a "homemade" chocolate waffle. Unfortunately, the waffle was really not good and the chocolate didn't seem homemade. Even the hot chocolate was disappointing.

05/04/2026: Easter Sunday dinner for a family of five (including three children): we shared three courses—lasagna, burgers, and tartiflette—and there were no leftovers. Everyone also ordered dessert. The service was very warm and the restaurant very friendly.

20/05/2026: Tonight I have a slight craving for Chinese food; I'm a big fan of restaurants and I cook some Asian dishes myself. Looking for a good restaurant and having never tried this one, seeing the positive reviews I thought, why not? Then, 90 euros for two people, including a 3-year-old. After reading the reviews, I thought, okay, maybe it's a gourmet Asian restaurant, but not at all! The worst I've ever eaten. Everything was bland, tasteless. I was disappointed by the Cantonese rice, which is usually quite good. The chicken in sweet and sour sauce wasn't sweet and sour at all. The cashew chicken had no flavor whatsoever; even the cashews were very mushy. My son had fried chicken that was completely soggy. Then the waitress didn't understand my order at all; she added a caramel chicken dish that I had cancelled and added 8 coconut balls for two people. 90 euros for takeout is a bit much, the same price as eating in. If it had been good, okay, why not, especially since there were no drinks included. Sure, there was Covid, but inflating prices and making mistakes on the menu... Order to make up for lost revenue, what a shame. In short, I'm struggling to understand all these positive reviews. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I'm still reeling from the low rating for a bland, dry-meat, frozen-vegetable dish.

14/05/2026: It's always a great pleasure to eat at this restaurant. The cuisine is authentic and excellent. A real treat! Impeccable service! The staff are fantastic!

08/02/2026: It's only open for residents and usually noone there.

06/01/2026: We are regulars here as perfect sleep over prior to early morning flight with direct access via a covered walkway to T4. Service excellent and rooms always pristine.

19/05/2026: Whatever you do, don't go to BNT! I ordered two tacos, and in one I bit into a small piece of bone—it made me sick. My friend ate the other one and got a piece of raw meat; he literally threw up. It was awful. You can see why nobody goes there anymore.

21/01/2026: A truly authentic Asian restaurant, I've been coming here for over 10 years, and the quality remains consistently high. The food is excellent, made with quality ingredients. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I don't go for the atmosphere, but to eat genuine Asian dishes.
