25/09/2024: Came here on spec as we did not have a reservation. Service was very good indeed, they did not a nice table outside to start, table inside not great, but they said they would get us a nice table outside in a few minutes and were good to their word. Food was very acceptable and exceptional value.

02/09/2024: Une catastrophe !!! A fuir !! Les moules trop cuite, sûrement préparé en avance et les moules ont été laissé dans l eau car aucun iode. AUCUN goût, !! Pourtant c est quand même pas compliqué de préparer des moules marinière !! Frites congelées . Les cuisses de grenouilles c étais pas le top non plus , l ail et le persil on été mixé au lieu d être haché au couteau. On voit et ressent bien l amateurisme en cuisine

As for the quality of the food, you shouldn't expect more than McDonald's, except that the breads were a little dry. 18/12/2024: I went to this McDonald's today at lunchtime to join my husband with the children during his lunch break. We waited 30 minutes before being served and again we had to ask lol. We eat cold, missing sauce plus dessert. We had to eat cold, quickly because my husband's break was almost over. Poor service, cold meals, incomplete orders, incompetent and really unfriendly staff. Next time I'll go across the street for pizza.

17/12/2024: Honestly, we have to stop!! 45 minutes of waiting at 7 p.m. at the drive-thru and ultimately not being able to be served!! We are still in season, and after a while with the prices charged, we may have to question ourselves!

01/09/2024: Horrible experience, a tray of cheese fries ordered, once the tray is well started, in the end I realize that there are 3 cigarettes under my fries, new cigarettes placed there in a tray of fries. A shame, how did they end up there? It goes without saying that a complaint will be filed. A fly, a hair, it's accidental I agree, but cigarettes??!!

16/12/2024: Il y a tellement de choses à dire, mais commençons par la propreté : ce restaurant est vétuste et sale, la table où je me suis assis n'était pas nettoyée, il a fallu que je le fasse. Mon menu, livré sans sourire, sur un plateau, frites à moitié renversée, salade servie cuite (je n'ai pu la consommer et je l'ai laissé en l'état) les produits sont maintenant servis dans des plastiques qui font sales et pour couronner le tout, vous devez enlever votre plateau et l'ensemble dans un endroit qui est un véritable dépotoir. Je serai le Directeur de cet établissement, je me poserai vraiment des questions. car si la qualité a nettement baissée mais le prix des plats ,'a cessé d'augmenter, c'est une affaire qui ne va pas aller bien loin, malgré la renommée "perdue" de Mac Donald au profit d'autres marques plus "soigneuses" et puis répondre à des critiques de ces clients, ça serait sympa Mr Le Directeur !!!! n'est ce pas ??

23/11/2024: C'est assez simple à décrire puisque rien n'allait du début à la fin. Je déteste critiquer car je me mets à la place des personnes qui travaillent mais nous sommes à la limite de l'indécence. Attente interminable, frites froides, hamburger dans lequel le fromage n'a même pas fondu et froid, boissons imbuvables. Il faudrait quand même réagir et proposer un service minimum.

26/01/2025: J'ai bris un maxi best of bacon qui n'avait pas de sauce,pas énorme de bacon malgré le supplément bacon. Vraiment déçu 😞 un conseil passer votre chemin

16/01/2025: Comment Mac Do France laisse cet établissement ouvert ? La question est légitimement posé. Après une demi journée en Suisse voisine, une détente au centre bien-être attenant, une envie de se restaurer en mi-fin d'afternoon ... et une déception. Ce n'était pas la première fois dans cet établissement, mais nous osions croire que cela aurait pu changer. Que nenni ! Aucunes places de disponibles, des tables non-desservies, un sol jonché de détritus, de saletés, une hygiène douteuse dans sa globalité. Quand à la nourriture : burgers et frites froides, ces dernières étant "flétries" et sèches ... et même un des burgers avec le pain haut manquant !? Quand au(x) bruit(s) ambiant(s), oreilles fuyez ... Par privilèges et chances d'avoir pu fréquenter d'autres établissements de cette marque dans le monde (France, Europe continentale, Caraïbes, Amérique du Nord, Australie ...), celui de Neydens a le mérite prestigieux d'être le pire visité.

03/09/2024: Le personnel est très agréable. C’est rare de nos jours… Les pâtisseries sont toutes excellentes, surtout leur muffin et leur cookie 🫶🏻
