18/09/2026: The bagels are good... but paying an extra €2 for nothing is unacceptable! We ordered two bagels with the avocado option... €2 extra for each bagel. And neither of them had avocado! I find that really unfair considering the price.

12/07/2026: Our favorite little spot for a delicious meal after a good hike. Everything is fresh, prepared on-site, and served with a smile. We love the falafel salad and the gourmet salad. They also have excellent homemade desserts. Thank you to the team!

16/09/2026: Bad experience Second time at this restaurant. The quality of the food and service has declined significantly. The dessert buffet needs improvement; it's all frozen and really not good. The presentation of the dishes needs improvement… For 30 euros per person without drinks!!!! The restaurant was empty; I understand why now!!!

27/08/2026: A truly magical moment! It's a real pleasure to have lunch on the terrace while the goats roam freely in the streets; the setting is absolutely charming. As for the food, the value for money is unbeatable: an adult menu for €23.90 and a children's menu for €13.50—there's really nothing to complain about. A huge thank you to the manager and his entire team for their warm welcome and kindness. I highly recommend this place!

15/08/2026: Little.gem. We initially went to Dahu restaurent where there was only one vegetarian option hence had to leave. Whilst looking for a place we came across " The Office". They had a good vegetarian option. Jules was a fantastic host who helped us going through the menu. We had poke bowls, both vegetarian and non veg and our friend ribs. All were delicious. Great atmosphere , service and prices.

12/08/2026: Went here with my sons a few days ago for lunch. Decent lunch (burgers, poke bowls) and good drink deals. The downsides: the service was so-so, the guys weren't smiling, it must be a real drag for the staff. The price: €22.50 for a burger less than 6cm in diameter is a bit disappointing… Lower the prices or offer bigger burgers!!

13/06/2026: A cute cabin in the mountains right next to Col de Joly, which is a stunning view point. The food was simple compared to other cabins, but they took into account our personal food preferences. The owners helped us find a solution to a hiking problem that we had to face the day after our overnight stay due to snow, and ended up giving us a ride to the nearby village because we couldn't find a solution. The shower and toilet are connected to the bedroom, which helped when it rained, but the equipment room is separate from the bedroom, which makes it difficult to bring equipment, especially since the equipment room is locked at night. There are 2 shower cubicles and one toilet cubicle inside one of them, and it's a shame to use the wifi, which is only used for the credit card payment system, and it's a shame there's no cell phone reception. The view is stunning

23/05/2026: The receptionist was disrespectful, just to ruin the moment. We are shocked and disappointed by the receptionist's behavior!

16/05/2026: Charming hotel on the shores of Lake Annecy. The person who greeted us was smiling and very kind. Regarding the room, it was small but sufficient for a one or two-night stay. The room was clean, the bed linens were perfect, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wasn't as fond of the decor, which I found a bit dated, but that's just my opinion. The bathroom, however, was very nice: a large shower cubicle and a hairdryer available – perfect. We weren't able to have dinner at the hotel on Wednesday evening as the restaurant was closed that night. We had breakfast; drinks are served, but personally, I prefer to serve myself. I didn't find the breakfast exceptional; there wasn't much choice, although there were cold cuts, yogurt, compotes, cheeses, pastries, bread, butter, and jams. Being able to have breakfast overlooking the lake is really lovely.

02/09/2026: A pleasant place to share a moment with friends or family. Unfortunately, there's a major drawback regarding the management and maintenance of the bowling lanes. Some are malfunctioning, or not working at all. And even when your lane is working correctly, there can be problems with the barriers for children, which don't raise properly, or with the scoring system: it's possible to get points even when no pins have been knocked down. Another negative point is the customer service. Comments or requests concerning problems encountered don't seem to be taken seriously. It feels more like the staff are focused on moving games forward and clearing the lanes rather than resolving the issues. Finally, be careful with your personal belongings. They may not end up in the checkout for your assigned lane. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that "the checkout number is useless, it's just for reference," which is quite surprising and unsettling. The place itself is pleasant, but the quality of equipment maintenance and customer service management clearly need improvement.

28/08/2026: A little surprised by the negative reviews... I came to this restaurant with my wife somewhat by chance a few months ago, and from the welcome by the owner to the various dishes we've tried since, I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! A truly warm welcome, good food, very good pizzas (my Italian brother-in-law confirms this). So don't hesitate to stop by!! I highly recommend it!!

15/08/2026: We had reserved a table for four people, and once seated, we waited an hour for a drink. I'll let you imagine what it was like for the meal... I won't be going back.

23/08/2026: Absolutely disastrous, avoid at all costs! I've never in my life been called a bum. The owner is awful to his customers; he thinks he lives in Courchevel. Charging €5 for a syrup drink and €10 for a 33cl can of Mont Blanc beer... He thinks everything's fine. We were just talking amongst ourselves, saying it was a bit pricey, when we heard him call us bums. He'll treat you like an idiot.
